FORKS OF THE CREDIT RULES

1. Fur friends are welcome. Please directly contact the host regarding your pet. You are solely responsible for your pet; please ensure he/she does not damage any of the furniture. Be mindful of the neighbours and pick up after your pet.
NOTE: There is a pet fee of $75.00.
2. Please be mindful and respect all the neighbours and their property.
3. No excess noise and loud music after 10 pm.
4. NO partying allowed.
5. NO smoking inside the property. If you are smoking outside, butts and packs must be disposed of. Otherwise there will be an extra cleaning fee of $150.00 if they are left on the ground.
6. In the event of rainy weather, please store the furniture cushions inside.
7. Please put the garbage and recycling bags in the appropriate bins and in front of the garage door after your stay.
8. Children must be accompanied by adult(s) outside the property at any given time.
9. Please place any used towels in the laundry bin (located beside washer/dryer) after your stay.
10. Any remaining dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and run the appliance after your stay.
11. DO NOT exceed maximum guests capacity (please inform the host ahead of time for confirmation prior to booking). There is a fee of $80.00/night per guest after 8 guests.
12. If any guest(s) take any dishes, cutleries, and/or glass outside, please ensure to take it back inside.
13. Please report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manner.
14. Please clean the BBQ grill after use (BBQ propane is provided).
15. Please store back any leftover firewood beside BBQ grill.
16. Please ensure all windows, backyard door, and front door are locked when leaving.
17. Please do not forget to place the house key back in the lockbox.
18. Fire pit must be attended at all times and please ensure it is fully extinguished once you are done.
19. If something is damaged or it does not work, please inform us right away.
20. Please be mindful: There are 6 cameras located outside of the property for security purpose. Cameras record videos at all times, no audio recording.
21. Please DO NOT flush any sanitary products, paper towels, and wipes. TOILET PAPER ONLY!
22. Check in is 3 pm, Check out is 11 am! NOTE: There will be a fee of $50.00 in the event guests check in early or later than the time referred above!

Note: Failure to adhere to the rules will result in deductions from security deposit and/or other penalties.
