The love which has gone into building this B&B is obvious from the delicious breakfast (complete with homemade maple syrup!), the comfortable, meticulously set up rooms and the lovely pool area. We loved enjoying the rolling countryside around the B&B - it is a short drive north of Toronto and from certain vantage points, you can glimpse the city skyline. There are walks and small towns to enjoy whilst just being at peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We would return here in a heartbeat if we are ever in the area. We are still missing lovely Titan the dog!!"

- "Beautiful flat !" - "Too noisy specially in the early morning, no cookwares as indicated , there is no window covering so the lights gets in the room too early and you can’t sleep, the main door half glass with no covering so no privacy or light protection " - "I liked my hosts, very helpful, accommodating, pleasant. I needed to be up early each day so a quiet early evening was needed. A basement allows sounds to be heard from upstairs so running, laughter, and loud voices easily are heard and did disturb my sleep. I was back early so I slept when it was quiet and it worked out ok. The cleaning adequate could be improved, mirrors were all smeared, hard to use without cleaning myself. The glasses and cups were clean but stuck to the tray so I washed off the items, and counter with a cloth I found but a dish cloth and tea towel would have been helpful. My profession is housekeeping so my eye is more critical than most. I noticed the garbage can needed cleaning inside and a smell was there. The fridge could have been cleaned out better as well. Bathroom was best feature hot water shower various heads and large. I had a hydro issue addressed immediately and the hosts were very helpful, with using their laundry and delivered to me. My first stay I had trouble accessing the key pad but the hosts helped immediately and left the door unlocked for me next time. I had no issues with the key pad afterwards.It was very cold the second stay and although the heat was turned up after my request, I was still cold and wrapped in a wonderfully soft blanket to stay warm while watching tv or reading. At night I was very comfortable. The place was beautiful, convenient with places to eat or for all I needed within 5-10 minutes. Small improvemen"

Excellent location near many amenities: 5 Minute drive to HW 410, Airport is only 25 min away, Shopping area restaurants and other facilities on walking distance.

We may visit the house during your stay for an inspection if your stay exceeds 28 days or in response to any complaints from neighbors.

The front yard and back yard are not accessible to the guests at the moment.

During your stay, please be aware that other guests might be staying on the main floor. We request that everyone keep noise levels down, but you might still hear some sounds as they can sometimes travel through the walls/floor and sometime food smell.

Although we maintain a consistent average temperature throughout the house, there may be temperature differences between floors due to natural convection currents (warm air rises and cool air falls). As a result, the basement may be somewhat cooler, while the top floor might be a bit warmer.

Guests without any profile reviews, with less than 5-star ratings or with any negative host feedback may be asked for a refundable surety deposit for their stay. This will be requested during the booking process, collected via Vrbo and returned to the guest upon departure and inspection by our cleaner assuming there have been no house rules violations or damages. We appreciate hosting respectful guests and this surety helps us maintain this.

*All guests are required to provide ID before receiving check-in instructions. Drivers license or passport is an acceptable form of ID. Cancellation policies apply.

Check-In Time: 5 PM
Check-Out Time: 10 AM

1) NO smoking in the home, violating this rule will result in a $1000 fee to de-smoke the house.

2) Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 5 pm, and check-out is 10 am. If you'd like an early check-in at 3:00 pm and/or late check-out at noon, please let us know 24hrs in advance and send us $35 via the Airbnb platform so that we can authorize this for you.

3) We allow pets on a case-by-case basis. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance. The extra cleaning fee per animal is: 1-6 nights: $100; 7-29 nights: $200; 30+ nights: $300.

* If not notified prior about pet/pets during your stay there will be an additional $500 fee.*

4) No shoes in the home. Please take them off at the front.

5) Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail costs through the Airbnb portal as part of our process.

6) Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbours to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund for your stay—no more than 5 people in the home at one time.

7) Please notify us about pets

9) Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $100/guest/night

10) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - the price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but please pick up your trash and put everything where you found it.

11) Do not wash hair down the drain.

12) Any cleaning issues or matters must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.

14) Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff.

15) By booking you agree not to hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen at the property whether in the inside or outside areas.

*We provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.

*As this is a newly constructed community, there might be ongoing construction outside during your stay. Though, this should not be a disturbance to your unit.

Escape city life with an off grid bunkie set on 48 acre farm that backs onto the Cheltenham Badlands in Caledon Ontario. The bunkie is set on the one of hills on the property. Enjoy the private area nestled amongst growing trees including a walking trial to take in nature. Wildlife include deer, turkeys, foxes and coyotes. Cabin is completely off grid with no water, electricity or solar power (potable water provided). Guests are required to bring all camping supplies, including bedding, etc.

The space
When you arrive, you will have access to the farm laneway during your stay and will park by the shed and will need to walk through a farmers field (there is a slight elevation to reach bunkie) for five minutes to get to bunkie location. We can provide transportation to the site with a John Deere gator upon request.

12 x8 bunkie with wooden deck to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the birds. Beds include a double and twin with 6 inch gel/foam mattress. Twin mattress is on top bunk requiring to climb a ladder for access. Clean fitted sheets are included.

You will need to bring all your camping supplies, including bedding, cookware, flashlights and drinking water.

Picnic table and fire pit are on site. A Coleman camping stove can be provided if needed with a one propane cylinder. Additional cylinders are available to purchase at $10 each. Potable water only is provided. If you do need a refill, please let me know.

One bag of firewood with kindling is included. If you need to purchase more firewood it is $10 a bag.

We follow the town of caledon fire bans if any.

4 Adirondack chairs for outside use.

Private out house with toilet paper and hand sanitizer. A small push light is in outhouse, but it is suggested that you bring either a headlamp or flashlight.

This space is suitable for people who want to camp without a tent.

Cell service is excellent with a Rogers network.

At night, you can hear the coyotes howling as they run through the back of the property.

Flashlights or headlights are required, as there are no lights at night at the bunkie/outhouse sites.

Other things to note
I do have two dogs on site, who may or may not wander to your site. Please keep that in mind. We do have sheds and outbuildings on property. Please do not enter them. Field will be planted. Please do not walk through. There is a walking trail against the fence line to use to get to your vehicle/bunkie.

A bright queen sized bedroom suite with a private entrance ideally nestled in the quaint hamlet of Alton.
A great location if you're in town for a weekend wedding or taking in the picturesque rolling hills of Caledon with all of it's restaurants, one-of-a-kind shops, galleries, fine art studios and spas.

The space
This approximately 600 square foot private suite is equipped with one queen sized bed and a sitting area with a pull out sofa. There is wifi access, a smart tv, and an electric fireplace.
There is a basic kitchenette that is furnished with a small bar fridge, sink, and a microwave.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
There is a small porch area and provides a great spot for spectating the local traffic.
The modest three-piece bathroom has a stand up shower and is supplied with essential toiletries for your stay. If you require anything extra please don't hesitate to ask.
There is a Keurig coffee maker with a variety pods. Fresh fruit and baked goods are provided for the first night of your stay.
The suite is perfectly close walking distance to scenic trails, Alton Mill, art galleries and immediately adjacent to Rays 3rd Generation Bistro and Bakery.
