Who doesn’t like labels to know where things go! The backyard has lovely landscaping, quite a large pool and hot tub, and a private deck with seating for 4. The Outlet mall and now brewery is also across the road in the other direction. And lastly, the Village of St. Jacobs' is only 3 km away. Exit the market, turn right onto Albert St left at the traffic light and 2 km down the road. You'll love it!

It's easiest to travel by car, but #9 bus which stops at our corner will get you to the University of Waterloo within 15 minutes. If you feel like some exercise, you can reach the University within a 20 min. walk.

Once I found my bearings around the city, it was very near all of the facilities at Wilfrid Laurier and close to shopping and dining. There is a double-sized bed, and space to store your things including a rack to hang clothing, a chest of drawers in the room one drawer in the wahtoon and a sgelf in the kitchen. The neighborhood is stately and beautiful, steps way from King street and Uptown. Full-kitchen access and fridge space. Shared washroom and kitchen. You will surely enjoy your stay. No parking is available in driveway, but you can park on the street for free for 15 days, or get a parking pass (2 min walk).

The space
This is nice and soothing room with a view to the quiet street, same level as the kitchen and washroom. Has wood laminate flooring and a small desk. The window is sealed in the winter so there are no drafts, functional during the warmer spring and fall days. We have air-conditioner in other windows so during the summer we keep the windows closed and the cool air spreads all throughout the house.
There is a possibility of one or 2 more guests sharing the washroom and the kitchen. The kitchen is used by all guests and me ( with my 2 children who are here every other day). The laundry is in the building basement and is used by all tenants , so us and other 2 apartment units.

This has been a problem for very few people and we try to be considerate and quiet at sleep times (10pm to 7:30pm), however if you need we have ear plugs, just ask us.
