1) NO smoking in the home, violating this rule will result in a $1000 fee to de-smoke the house.

2) Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 5 pm, and check-out is 10 am. If you'd like an early check-in at 3:00 pm and/or late check-out at noon, please let us know 24hrs in advance and send us $35 via the Airbnb platform so that we can authorize this for you.

3) We allow pets on a case-by-case basis. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance. The extra cleaning fee per animal is: 1-6 nights: $150; 7-29 nights: $300; 30+ nights: $500.

4) No shoes in the home. Please take them off at the front.

5) Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail costs through the Airbnb portal as part of our process.

6) Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbours to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund for your stay—no more than 3 people in the home at one time.

7) Management fee covers a damage protection insurance waiver during your stay.

9) Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $100/guest/night

10) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - the price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but pick up your trash and put everything where you found it!

11) Do not wash hair down the drain.

12) We require a $300 security deposit for stays 20 nights or longer and an extra cleaning fee of $100 for an extended stay (20+ days)

13) We charge a $150 security deposit for any same-day/day-before reservations.

14) There is a $150 charge for losing, damaging or missing the key fob/home key

15) Any cleaning issues or matters must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.

16) Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff.

17) By booking you agree not to hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen at the property whether in the inside or outside areas.

*Welcome to your private room in our charming townhouse! Rest assured, the primary house is occupied by a delightful family who respects your privacy and does not have access to your room or unit at any time. While you may hear them during the day, we have taken extra measures to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for you. We kindly request quiet hours after 10 PM, allowing you to unwind and relax without disturbance. Newly constructed, large, bright, quiet (800 sq. ft) loft in our house. Only 2.5 km from highway 401, 15 km from 407 and 21 km to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. This self contained bachelor style apartment with kitchenette and laundry facilities, is accessed through a private entrance. The full second story of our house, looks onto the treetops from all directions. Close to stores/restaurants but away from traffic. You will have a key to lock the side door entrance and the Airbnb space.

Apartment is accessed through a shared side entrance and comes complete with a full private 3 piece ensuite bathroom, large sitting area, kitchenette and laundry facilities. The apartment has both a queen size and single bed options. Coffee and tea is provided. This 1 room Bachler air bnb has just been built. It is 2 minutes of the 401 (Holt exit), about 3 minutes from Darlington Nuclear. Great location, clean, private, lots of parking. You can park in front of the door and walk right in, can't get more convient! Oh, and did we mention its got heated flooring and ac for the summer.

The entire property has 3 levels connected by stairs. The first level is the main entrance of the home. The main access is from the rear of the property, next to the garage. This level also has a 1 bedroom suite that is rented and not accessible to our guests.

Our guests have full and private access to the second and third level of the home.

The second level is the common area of the home with an open and spacious living room, kitchen, dining, workspace area and laundry. This area gets a lot of natural light all day long as it has big windows on the east and west side of the floor. The kitchen and dining area has a large deck that looks out over the subdivision. The living room area also has a balcony that looks over a large park.

The third level has the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, along with 2 cozy bedrooms and another full bathroom. One of the rooms also has a balcony looking over the Park.

1. Bring your own wood and fire starter. Host does not provide any wood for fire pit.
2. Please bring mosquito repellent/sprays/cream.
3. Only 1 pet is allowed per stay (after paying pet fees point#8).
4. No loud music is allowed ever (incase loud music complaint comes from our neighbors can result into cancelation without refund and guests will be ask to leave the cabin immediately), No party and absolutely NO tress passing on our neighbors boundaries and their shore lines. Absolutely NO tress passing on adjacent Cottage and its boundaries, please stay on your own boundary and shore line.
5. Please keep in mind that, there might be other guests in adjacent Cottage during your stay, so NO tress passing on Cottage boundary. please stay in your area.
6. Number of people on Listing while booking are only people allowed on the Property all the time during stay. No extra guest is allowed any time without notifying the Host.
7. Enjoy the place while respecting the privacy of others.
8. If you are planning to bring your pet, please make sure you choose the pet while booking and pay pet fees accordingly, incase pet is on premises without knowing the Host, this can lead to cancelation of the booking immediately without any refund (No excuses).
9. Host is providing BBQ Grill and cylinder but there is no guarantee that the cylinder is filled up all the time, we try our best to fill the cylinder but incase the cylinder is empty or less gas, please feel free to fill the gas from neary by gas station.
10. It is advisable to bring water shoes if a guest is planning to go to lake as lake has small pebbles and some guests are not comfortable of going to lake without water shoes.
