This country apartment adjacent to the main house has a sprawling deck with a bbq, patio set and lounge set to enjoy the outdoors in comfort. Inside there is a sunroom with skylights and its own tv, a living room with another tv and a country kitchen if you prefer to cook inside. Come relax and enjoy peace and quiet! There is a fire pit to enjoy as well.

Just make sure you are trying to get into the right one (this unit is on King St facing the convenience store across the street). Otherwise a good, clean place to sleep with comfy beds. Lots of space for your own additional seating. The kitchen was a nice setup, though you may need a few of your own tools. Kitchen table expands, so great for our family. Overall a good stay and a great value!"

ARRIVAL / EARLY ARRIVAL. The scheduled arrival time is 3:00 p.m. on the initial day of your reservation. A potential earlier check-in might be accommodated, based on availability and subject to an early check-in fee.
DEPARTURE / LATE DEPARTURE. The check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on the last day of your reservation. We reserve the right to charge late fees for departures after 11:00 a.m. A later departure may be allowed subject to availability and check out fee. Late check out fee is at $50/hour.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE. This includes but is not limited to tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs. We operate marijuana and tobacco sensors in order to help enforce this rule. Please refrain from littering cigarette butts on the ground. If discovered you have been smoking inside we will automatically charge a $300 smoking fee.
NO PETS. Unfortunately, we do not permit any pets on the premises. Our no-pet policy is enforced without exceptions. If a pet is found, an automatic fee of $300 will be imposed
NO NOISE / NO PARTIES. The Guest may not disturb the quiet enjoyment surrounding neighbors. At all times, the Guest shall refrain from making loud noises and excessive television and/or radio volume that may disturb others. The Guest shall observe quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Noise sensors are operational.
VISITORS. Visitors must be accompanied by the Guest at all times, and no unauthorized overnight guests are allowed. The Guest is responsible and liable for the actions of all Visitors. Penalty for undisclosed overnight guests is $100 per day / person.
CLEANING. Guests should not leave the property in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. Cleaning fees set are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. An extra cleaning charge could apply if the property is left in a condition of excessive dirtiness.
DAMAGE. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the property caused by the Guest, their Visitors during the Guest’s stay. This includes damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings and equipment (such as towels, artwork, electronics, and kitchen equipment). Guests are expected to pay reasonable requests for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.
LOST & FOUND POLICY. We hold no responsibility for items that are lost, misplaced, stolen, or harmed, even those left behind at the property after your scheduled departure.
PARKING. Only one parking spot is available. The driveway is on Linwood Ave by the red garage. Street parking is available. Vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. We shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicles, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property.

We work Mon-Friday, you may hear noise transfer from us walking before we leave in early morning and while we are home. One car driveway for guest, separate from owner.

The space
“The Flat” is a beautifully designed, fully furnished two bedroom apartment found on the upper floor of a 4 multi unit building. The apartment has several design features to leave you gasping in awe as soon as you walk in the unit with our custom “it was all a dream” selfie moss wall feature. Follow the stairwell to heaven upstairs to a bright, well designed living area with 55” Roku tv and designer furniture. You will also find the dining area, office nook and the exit to the rooftop patio.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essential to start a beautiful meal for you or other guests. Don’t worry about the washing dishes by hand with undercounted dishwasher.
Enjoy our full bathroom with shower and tub and bright led mirror for when you get ready. You will also find in house washing machine and dryer.
Relax and rejuvenate in either of our romantic bedrooms. The master has a queen size canopy four poster bed and the second room with light wall and another queen sized memory foam bed.
It took all our power not to move in to this gem of a unit.. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
New in 2023 to the property. HOT TUB TIME!!! The hot tub can be found at the rear of the building. It is shared between guests that stay at any of our units. Please time use on your own and be considerate for other guests.
