Pertaining to parking, I had to park on the side of the small driveway so as to not impede the host from coming & going themselves - a slight inconvenience, but a workaround. You`ll enjoy completely private access to the entire lower floor apartment and all areas shown in the photos.
Our apartment has its own private driveway, yard and private entrance at the side of the house. This ensures complete privacy for you during your stay. While we typically stay upstairs when hosting, occasionally, we also welcome guests upstairs when we`re away. We are quiet people and have house rules of quiet hours from 9pm-8am. If we are away during your stay, we always inform the guests who stay in the upstairs of the house of the quiet hour times, although we cannot guarantee that the rules will always be followed while we are not there.
Additionally, you’ll have full access to the laundry room, which is the only shared space, located in a common area of the basement. The laundry room is accesses without needing to enter the basement apartment.
You have full privacy when using the apartment. No one will be there but you. You won’t see me unless you need me. You will be able to access the house yourself via a smart lock. I am available anytime by the app.

Our home is centrally located in Burlington, in a perfect central location to visit downtown Toronto and Niagra Falls!
There’s quick access to all major highways and it’s an easy walk to restaurants, activities and shopping in the area. If you’re heading to Toronto or Niagra Falls, the GO Station has regular inexpensive trains and is just a 5 minute drive away.
Despite soundproofing that exists. There can be some sound transfer between the upper and lower floor. Music and footsteps tend to transfer through due to the vibrations, but voices tend not to carry through as much.
All guests are asked to not listen to music or make loud noises between 9pm -8am

- "This is my very first experience with short term stay options in downtown Burlington Ontario. I am a local resident who required an offsite location for working on plans for 2025 and needed a quiet space—this apartment fit my needs perfectly. If the need rises again, I hope to have the opportunity to rebook with Michael and I’ve already highly recommended it to a friend. There were a few hiccups on my part with the checking in (I was one day early) but Michael was very gracious and patient with me—we had a good laugh. Fortunately, I was able to return home LOL. With the checking out, after reviewing all reservation information from Verbo and from the host, my understanding was checkout time was 11 am but was informed the morning of it was 10 o’clock. Unfortunately, I did not see or read the message in time so there was a bit of a crossover between myself still being there in the process of leaving when the cleaning team arrived. I’ll know in future to confirm with the host for checking out time. My apologies for any inconvenience caused to the cleaning crew. This is a lovely little property in walking distance of everything you would hope to enjoy in downtown Burlington. Close to the lake, restaurants etc. I look forward to booking with Verbo again when the need arises. You walk through the main entrance and are greeted with a nice big open space. The open space will encompass the living, room, dining room, and kitchen.
The kitchen has a nice granite L-shaped island with bar seating to hang out and have a couple drinks. The kitchen has a nice white backsplash accompanied with modern white fridge, stove, and dishwasher. There is plenty of cabinet space if needed. Tons of sunlight comes through the main living space as there are plenty of windows.
You are led down a hallway that leads to the 2 bedrooms and washroom.
The washroom is nicely tiled and newly renovated and has everything you need. Granite vanity with big mirror and a nice shower with bathtub.
The first bedroom has 2 really big closets along with nice big windows which allows plenty of sunlight to come in.
The second bedroom is smaller than the 1st bedroom but still a really good size and has a big window.
The bedrooms are complete with queen sized beds, all with new memory foam mattresses, and brand new linens (bed sheets and towels).

Beautifully decorated with charming touches, this unit is located in a small apartment building of a total of 7 units in the center of Burlington. This is very close to downtown and the Lake as well as shopping and public transportation. We have just finished renovating this apartment, new kitchen, bathroom, and flooring. Our places are very clean and safe. The building has a FOB-controlled entrance for safety.

The apartment is bright with its many large windows, in the photos the blinds are pulled up however we do have privacy and window coverings. Parking for guest or visitors is available, and there is laundry facilities in the building. Please note we have stairs to get to the unit.

You have the entire second floor of the building to yourselves. It consists of 2 side by side apartments. One apartment is 2bed/1bath and the other apartment is 2bed/2bath. Both apartments are tastefully designed and renovated with hardwood flooring throughout. Perfect for any occasion!
For Unit 1:
You walk through the main entrance and are greeted with a nice big open space. The open space will encompass the living, room, dining room, and kitchen. There will be a nice long dining table to be able to have nice meals with family and friends.
The kitchen has a nice granite island with bar seating to hang out and have a couple drinks. The kitchen has a nice dark grey backsplash accompanied with modern stainless steel fridge, stove, and dishwasher. There is plenty of cabinet space if needed. Tons of sunlight comes through the main living space as there are plenty of windows.
You are led down a hallway that leads to the 2 bedrooms and washroom.
The washroom is nicely tiled and newly renovated and has everything you need. Granite vanity with big mirror and a nice shower with bathtub.
The first bedroom is a really good size with a nice big window. It has a good size closet for all your clothes. This bedroom also consists of the ensuite washroom. Nice granite vanity with a glass shower. The glass shower is equipped with a high-tech shower column with rain shower.
The second bedroom is a bit bigger than the 1st bedroom and again a lot of sunlight comes through since there's a nice big window. There is a double closet in this bedroom.
For Unit 2:
You walk through the main entrance and are greeted with a nice big open space. The open space will encompass the living, room, dining room, and kitchen. There will be a nice long dining table to be able to have nice meals with family and friends.

2. Quiet hours start at 10pm on week nights and 11pm on weekends.

We have a strict no-smoking policy in all our units. You will be fined $500 if you violate. If you must smoke, please do so in the back yard.
4. No pets. **Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $100.00 fine charged to guests.**
5. No parties and/or large social gatherings. No events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays **There is a $250.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.**
6. Check-in and Check-out times are MANDATORY unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance and if we are able to accommodate without double booking. **$50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time. My cleaners are on tight schedules**
7. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Please be honest. We must coordinate cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests that occupy the unit.
8. Please leave all shoes at the front door and do not wear them throughout the house.
9. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly.
10. Lock all windows and doors if your are not home.
11. Turn off all lights when not in use.
12. If there is any maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it.
13. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out. Please dispose of all garbage inside the unit to the outdoor bins.
14. Garbage, recycling, and organic wastes is to be disposed of properly and up to city regulation. **$50.00 surcharge charged to guest who fail to follow proper waste protocol. My cleaners will have to dedicate time to re-sort the garbage correctly.**
15. No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture.
(unless otherwise specified)
16. No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
17. Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.
All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.
Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed. Our cleaners operate on strict schedules and 100% of the fees go to our hard working cleaners to compensate them for the last minute changes.

Welcome to our Roseland Burlington apartment. Close to Burlington mall & restaurants in Downtown Burlington. Guests can enjoy walks in Spencer smith park & bike rides on the Centennial bike trail. Centrally located between Hamilton and Oakville/Milton. 15 mins walk to Lake Ontario. Close by attractions include museum, art gallery, performing arts center, Kelso Conservation Ski slopes & Bruce trail. Closest bus stop#3180 provides easy access to Go train/bus network.
The space
There is one bedroom with closet space. There is one sofa bed, in the living room, queen bed size, in addition to an air mattress. A kitchen with stove, oven, coffee machine, microwave oven, small fridge, and an electric kettle are available. Pots, pans, plates etc. are available for use. You will find: Porridge, Pancakes mix, cooking oil, maple syrup, salt pepper and other basic spices for your use. Baking utensils, and other basic kitchen supplies are also available. A dinning space for 4 is also available. Bathroom too has supplies, towels, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, toothpaste. You will also be provided with bed linnen.
board games, some balls to play with to have agreat time with your family and friends. Our space is good for 4 people at most. However, we do provide an extra air mattress on request.
This is a basement apartment, a separate unit inside a semi-Detached house. Some noise from ground floor is normal, as in all Canadian homes. Also, please note that there is no separate climate control for the besment apartment. There are vents, which you can close or open as per your requirement. Also you can let us know if you wish to increase or decrease the temperature of the Air Conditioner, if need be. There is an extra potable heater to be used if needed by guest to keep it extra toasty.

As you enter the building from the side door, head downstairs and enter through the door on the left. Please don't go in through the door in the front (it is not for guest use).
The boiler room in the apartment is not to be entered or used.

You'll enjoy completely private access to the entire lower floor apartment, back patio and all areas shown in the photos.
Our apartment has its own private driveway, yard and private entrance at the side of the house. This ensures complete privacy for you during your stay. While we typically stay upstairs when hosting, occasionally, we also welcome guests upstairs when we're away. We are quiet people and have house rules of quiet hours from 9pm-8am. If we are away during your stay, we always inform the guests who stay in the upstairs of the house of the quiet hour times, although we cannot guarantee that the rules will always be followed while we are not there.
Additionally, you’ll have full access to the laundry room, which is the only shared space, located in a common area of the basement. The laundry room is accesses without needing to enter the basement apartment.
Other things to note
Despite soundproofing that exists. There can be some sound transfer between the upper and lower floor. Music and footsteps tend to transfer through due to the vibrations, but voices tend not to carry through as much.
All guests are asked to not listen to music or make loud noises between 9pm -8am

If required, for one of the two persons in the booking, we can provide an additional, very comfy, single bed in the main room at an extra cost of 20.00 CAD, pd before or upon arrival. We would need to rearrange the furniture a bit for that.
If there are three or more people included in the booking, floor mattress and bedding are provided at no cost. Please ask if you need this service.
Leave your dishes in the wash basin and I will gladly wash them when bin becomes full.. or every third day of your stay!! If you'd like them washed, send me a note and I'll take care of it in your absence.. No Problem at all!

Proceed down the small set of stairs at the rear of the building and enter through the door marked unit '3'. Automated self-check-in is in place. Guests have access to all areas of this lower level apartment, plus one included parking spot.
Please treat the space with respect and do not wear outdoor shoes throughout the apartment. There is a business above, please be mindful of noise levels during business hours.
Other things to note
External security cameras provide assurance at all hours. And for those inclined, designated smoking areas are located outside.
Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.

Great basement apartment, conveniently-located within a 15-minute drive of the beach, forests, farms and the mall. Less than an hour of Niagara Falls, Canada's Wonderland, 5 airports, and downtown Toronto.

The space
Pjila'si Home is a warm and inviting space with 2 bedrooms that easily host 4 people. Both beds are incredibly comfortable. The living room has recently been upgraded to include a sectional couch where the back of the couch folds back to provide two twin-size bed sleeping areas.
Great times in the backyard where you are relaxing in the pool, shooting hoops or practicing your soccer shot. Inside enjoy time playing foosball, ping pong, or air hockey.
The kitchen is large and spaced to easily allow several people to cook and prepare food at once.

The pool and backyard are not always available for use (due to servicing and cleaning). If you would like to use the pool and backyard, please let me know so I can determine availability. If available, it only available for registered Airbnb guests.

Other things to note
Pjila'si Home is in the basement of a 2-storey home. The ceiling height is 7ft. There is also a flight of stairs to access the side door. There is some noise transference. Luckily we are pretty quiet.
There is a sensitive smoke detector in the unit. Smoking or vaping will set off the detector. Removing the batteries also notifies the alarm company who then in turn alerts me that the detector has been tampered with.
The beds have down duvets which are wonderfully warm and cozy.
