The neighbourhood was quiet, restaurants and grocery stores were about a 3 - 4 minute drive away very convenient. The host was very responsive in terms of replying. I would recommend and stay again. One note, I was unaware of an additional temporary charge (hold on credit card) in terms of a security deposit for the rental. It was only a temporary hold but I was unaware of that and the i.d. check in scan (photo) having utilized other rentals before. It is understandable and reasonable, but I was unaware. It may have been in the contract, and I overlooked it, but it was a non-issue in any event. If I did overlook it that is my fault. If I did not and it was not advised beforehand, I would recommend advising persons beforehand."
