This one bedroom apartment has a spacious open concept lay out with a large well equipped kitchen and living room area. There is a sofa bed and electric fireplace in the living room . It’s a lovely neighbour hood to explore with the Grand river right across the road , ball diamonds and soccer fields , parks and trails and two of the cities favourite restaurants are all within walking distance. It is a quick drive to anywhere in the city yet still in a small town setting . A short drive outside of the city puts you in the heart of Mennonite country with villages that offer local attractions and markets. Also close by is the Elora racetrack and casino.
I also offer the opportunity for you to take a private three hour canoe trip down the Grand river where you’ll be surrounded by nature . I will provide all the essentials and the transportation .

- "From check-in to check-out we couldn't be happier. Kristy was professional and helpful from the get-go. The property is clean and has everything you could need. We were attending a wedding, and I needed an iron and ironing board. We had been travelling, so needed to do laundry, and washer/dryer there with cleaning pods. We wanted to save cost and eat at 'home', and we didn't lack for anything to do that. The bedsheets are super white, perfectly pristine, and soft. I slept every night deeper and longer than I do at home. Our teenage daughter was able to have her own room, and the little deck out front was agreeable to enjoying a morning coffee. Parking is just out back of the house. You go right through the front door, so it feels like your 'own' little house. You can hear footsteps of people above, but this is a house, not a concrete apartment, so to be expected and personally, I find it a homey sound. The bed is squeaky, but it didn't keep us from getting a good sleep and it certainly didn't affect the comfort of the bed. Overall just a terrific set-up and will book there again next time we're in KW."

Parking
Please let us know if you need parking (paid parking $34 per day). If parking is required, the make, model, colour and license plate of the vehicle must be provided. If you don't want to pay for parking, there is free street parking just before the traffic light on King Street North, Wellington Street and also on Walter Street. Street parking cannot be guaranteed.

Guests with reservations of 5 days or more are responsible for their own consumables and supplies after the initial supplies have been used.

This is a lovely studio apartment (with AC) in a downtown home. It’s located in the East Ward which is an historic, friendly, and quiet neighborhood. The studio apartment is filled with character and warmth. It is also very sunny and has a lovely porch that can be enjoyed with a morning coffee or a good book. There is one very comfortable queen sized bed. The kitchen is fully loaded. There is ONE off-street parking spot available for this apartment.

Since the apartment is located centrally, there is easy and close access to public transit, the KPL library, the Kitchener market, the Centre in the Square, Kitchener City Hall and the TECH hub. Many lovely restaurants and cafés are nearby.

Universities and Conestoga college are a short bus, LRT, or bike ride away.
