There is a dining area with table for four that is expandable for those that may require additional workspace. There is a full bath with single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Tenants will enjoy access to the beautiful sun filled yard with their own designated area that includes a round picnic table, electric barbecue, and comfortable lounger. There is outdoor parking for up to 2 vehicles and the garage is equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, accessories and a wagon to make your stroll to the beach easy. Fishermen will have access to the garage for their fishing equipment and to unwind with the Ethanol Fireplace. The garage is not available for vehicular use.

This Town Licensed Property guarantees Fire Safety to you and your family and being a newer home it is completely mould and mildew free, dry and comfortable.

This is the main floor unit of a triplex home. You will have the entire unit to yourself with 2 private entrances. One entrance at the front of the home and one at the back near the driveway. There are approximately 4 steps to enter the space and then the unit is all one level. The front sitting room boasts comfy furniture and a beautiful view to enjoy as well as a small TV with basic channels. The hallway then leads to one of the bedrooms with queen bed, dresser, nightstands and closet. The kitchen is next door, cozy yet well equipped with lots of light. Spa-like bathroom with a shower awaits your sandy toes from your day at the beach. The laundry room has brand new, full size washer and gas dryer.
