The space
The Sandpiper Cottage is located on a private beach lot, behind the main beach house. Although the Sandpiper Cottage does not have direct water views, it is only a 20 second walk to the beach.

There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The entire cottage has undergone a total coastal themed, open concept renovation within the last few years including new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bathroom, washer and dryer and new furnishings.

We can rent both houses to one group to accommodate all of your guests, with a maximum of 16 people.

This is not a party house. We have strict rules of quiet hours after 10pm.

We are pet friendly, we allow one small to medium size dog, max.22kg, 50 lbs.!

The Hosts do live on site but you will have your freedom and privacy as much as if you were at a resort in the Caribbean.

No smoking inside the house.

HST excluded in price.

Minimum age requirement is 35 years old.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS COTTAGE DOES NOT HAVE A DIRECT WATER VIEW!! The Sandpiper Cottage is the rear guest house of a waterfront main house. The main house is also a summer rental listed in Airbnb.

- no drinking and driving! We are within walking distance to all local restaurants and shops, a shuttle is available for concerts at the waterfront park;

- make friends with neighbours enjoying their summer cottages! We are a very friendly community.

All we ask is that you respect the quiet of the neighbourhood and are respectful towards our neighbours and their quiet enjoyment of their cottages. We are located primarily amongst friendly seasonal cottage owners and their beachside rentals!
