This peaceful 2 bedroom unit is on the main floor of a duplex in a residential neighborhood. Located in the heart of Brantford, a 3 min drive to the Sanderson Centre, downtown and trails. 7 min drive to the Wayne Gretzkzy Sports Centre.
This cozy unit has its own entrance located at the back of the house along with a private fenced in backyard to enjoy. This is the perfect place to relax if you’re looking for a quick get away, visiting family or for business.
The space
This bright and spacious unit features a peaceful atmosphere with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Relax in the cozy living area, equipped with Netflix, Disney +, Prime and IPTV for endless entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove will make your stay feel like you're at home if you love to cook.
The upper unit is occupied by long-term tenants that are quiet and respectful so we appreciate guests to be respectful of our home. Because of tenants living upstairs, loud noise/activity inside or outside and hosting large groups of guests are strictly prohibited.
Guest access
Entrance is Located at the back. There is a fenced gate at the backyard to gain access.
Please park to the right of the shared driveway near the garage.
There is a Ring doorbell camera located at the back door.

We supply an initial stock of common necessities (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.) to get you started. For longer stays, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.
