* Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible. Text messages and notifications may not be seen or heard after 11:00 p.m. Please call my cell instead of text after 11:00 pm.
*Wifi may sometimes be slow since we live in a rural area. If you need to work during your stay and need a reliable internet connection, our place may not be a good fit for you. Thank you for understanding.

The space
Studio guesthouse direct lakefront on beautiful Lake Ontario. Completely separate structure with its own dedicated outdoor propane BBQ and outdoor fire pit. One side faces peach orchard the other side faces the Lake.

Guest access
You can use the property. You have your own private outdoor space that includes a dinning table, Muskoka chairs, outdoor fire pit with wood, and a propane BBQ.

Other things to note
There are 2 parking spots and a free Tesla charger on-site. Please park on the road in front of the orange sign. We are located at the end of a dead end street and it is fine for overnight parking. If you need you use the free on-site Tesla charger please reverse your car into the driveway and park in front of the white door on the barn.
