- "We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage. It's essentially a tiny home set right next to Lake Ontario with wonderful views and a quiet setting. We loved that it was only a quick 30 minute drive away from the chaos that surrounds Niagara Falls. We were able to enjoy our various tours and adventures at the Falls and then return to a quiet refuge. A couple things to note, the spiral staircase is the access to the loft. This can be tricky to navigate at 2am when nature calls. There's a little bit of a walk from the driveway to the cottage via a stone path that can be a challenge with luggage. We just took our time and brought things in onesie/twosie. I wouldn't change this, it's part of the charm but it may be a consideration for some. The hosts ensured we had everything we needed including some treats (peaches and peach preserves) as well as recommendations for local wineries and restaurants. We will happily stay here again. It was a completely delightful experience."

Inspired by the beauty of rustic European farmhouses, this bright, spacious studio space has room to stretch & practice yoga in the lounge and a private deck to enjoy your morning coffee with views of the vineyard in the back. It’s within walking/biking distance to local wineries, restaurants and a grocery store, very close to hiking trails and on a popular cycling route. There are many delightful culinary options as well as some local highlights such as the Watering Can.
The space
The studio consists of two large rooms and a 3-piece bathroom in a converted attic space. The 50+ year old floorboards are painted white, as well as the walls and ceilings for a bright and airy feeling. Each room has a skylight and the main area has French doors, allowing plenty of natural light. There are sloped ceilings due to the pitch of the roof, however the main areas of the space are 7'6". You’ll have your own private sitting area on the deck as well as access to the fire pit in the yard. We love to landscape and maintain a beautiful property. Our home is surrounded by mature trees and backs onto a ravine with vineyards in behind. We do live on the main road in town so traffic can be busy during certain times of day but it's not heard inside. Just a short walk up the hill brings you to the Bruce Trail if you love to hike, we are also very close to Balls Falls.

You will have the entire upper floor and balcony to yourselves with shared access to the hammock and fire pit in the yard. Firewood available for purchase on site. We do have cruiser-style bikes available for rent as well.
Other things to note
There is no stove or kitchen sink. Food can be kept cold in the mini fridge/freezer and heated in the microwave, there is a toaster and a small balcony-size Weber bbq upon request. There is a small sink and dishwashing station in the lounge room. Most of our guests take full advantage of the local culinary scene, we highly recommend Revalee for brunch.

The town of Lincoln does require us to charge a 4% MAT tax on each stay, this goes directly towards improving tourism within the area.

While we welcome children we do want you to be aware that there is a staircase between the two main rooms leading down to the main floor. There is no way to block off the stairs at the top. This could be dangerous to a little one who is not comfortable around stairs. The bedroom does have a door you can close and the sitting room has a baby gate installed in entrance. We also built a small rock climbing wall on the side of the deck for our children to use. There is an opening in the railing on the first landing.

On that note, we do have 5 children (aged 8-16) and you may hear chatter, play, etc. We do our best to be very quiet, especially in the morning.

Our bright and modern private walk-out basement suite sleeps up to four (4) guests comfortably. Please note, for your protection and safety we have total of two (2) outdoor security cameras installed around the property (outside only). During times when our guests are checked-in we have hired a third party security company to monitor the cameras for suspicious activities in order to protect our guests.

It is along a regional road so it is very convenient; It is just less than 5 minutes drive to Ball's Falls and Twenty Valley golf course and central to an array of wineries and breweries, hiking trails and farms.

It is an hour away from Toronto and 1 hour from the US border (Buffalo) and only 25 minutes from Niagara Falls/Niagara on the Lake. Take the country road so you can explore different villages around the area.

Cozy seating in the entertainment area with a nice sound system. Dimmer switch would be a nice future addition. Definitely there is awarenenss of the hosts' presence so more like a bed and breakfast feel. Great value and was perfect for what we needed."

Brand New Build. Located on Serena Drive directly off the main artery of Ontario Street, this condo is adjacent to the Fleming Community Centre, Ice Rink and Library. Beamsville is the entry to the Niagara Wine Region and this condo has many amenities nearby; such as drug stores, local restaurants and grocery stores and a medical centre. This condo complex has ample parking in the back, brand new finishes and appliances and is conveniently placed right off of the Queen Elizabeth Way.

The kitchenette is equipped with basic cooking utensils, a microwave, a compact fridge, small coiled stoves, a hot water kettle and Keurig single-serve coffee maker perfect for making snacks or a simple meal. No oven or toaster is available.

Our water is filtered through a UV purification system. This is a non-chemical natural method to disinfect water and protect against bacteria, cysts and viruses.
