- "This hotel is really a university that is not used as a dormitory for college students in the summer. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that the dorm room was actually nicer than a hotel. There were 2 separate,private bedrooms and a kitchen and bathroom that was shared in the unit. Each bedroom had a flat panel tv and there was free wifi if you had an Ethernet cable. The rooms were very clean, had comfortable beds, and nice down comforters. There was also a free continental breakfast each morning served in the lobby area with bagels, cereal and fruit. Perfect for our group. It is located only 20 minutes from the falls, which we loved because it was away from the tourist areas and yet easy to get to them if we chose. It was also extremely inexpensive with great value!! We will definitely go back."

The other down fall which had nothing to do with the owner, we're the upstairs neighbors, it sounds like they're pacing in clogs all night. It served its purpose for our stay though. The house holds 3 spacious bedrooms with one queen bed in each room. We also have 2 sofa beds in the living room. The sofas pull out into double beds. All linens and towels are provided for you.
The house contains a spacious open concept combining an area for entertainment satellite TV and WIFI and a sitting room by a fireplace for a rest or relaxation time and a lovely dining room.
We provide extra sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, body wash gel, paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, laundry soap and basic cleaning supplies. The full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor and are accessible for guest use. This is a Basement located Wellnad city, Niagara, Ontario. prime location, 25 km to Niagara water falls, not far to Crystal beach, easy to access 406 Highway. - "To the property and the host, I would give 6 stars. Sibi is very kind and answered all our concerns on time. The property was very clean, we had the whole apartment (basement) to ourselves, with 2 rooms, a bathroom, and whole kitchen, and all the utensils needed. He was also so kind as to leave coffee and bread for us. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it was so far from Niagara Falls that we had to Uber at night and each ride was close to $50, so it did not make sense to save on lodging. Also during the weekend, there was no public transportation, but Sibi took us to our destination. I would highly recommend this place if you have a car, or you're just going to Niagara College in Welland. "
