This Light on the Lake Beachcomber apartment opens directly to some of the deepest beach, approximately 50 yards, in the entire Erie area. The apartment offers a spacious living room and a kitchen. The apartment is in the lower level of our home.

The deck overlooking the beach features its own dining table with deck chairs. The property includes a 30-foot high lighthouse (not available to guests). It is a modern construction but not for navigational purposes.

This beautifully upgraded apartment is located five minutes from downtown. It’s right beside Saint Vincent hospital. And located down the road from one of the largest and oldest cemeteries in Erie. Our building is a very nice turn of the century converted brick single family. This space is on the 2nd floor and was renovated in 2021. You will have private access to the whole apartment, with another long term guest on the 1st floor private apartment.

Once in the apartment, you will find a perfectly installed set of front end washer and dryer directly ahead in the converted coat closet. To the left is the kitchen with all the amenities needed with a compact table and chair set for 2. A folding chair is also available to accommodate a 3rd guest.

The bathroom features a new full shower stall and chair height ADA toilet.

Bedroom 2 features a clean and sealed FULL size bed, nightable, dresser, and furnishings.

Living Room features a 2 person reclining love seat, single recliner, and a new 50" Insignia Fire TV

The Master bedroom features a clean and sealed Queen size sleigh bed with full dresser with mirror, small walk in closet, and built in cabinetry.

24hr lighting is featured at all entrances, common areas, and stairwells for safety and convenience.

The best procedure is to simply pull up to the front of the house and park on the street. Check in and unload. From there, find the alley access off the Cochran street side (west) which leads you to off street parking at the rear of the building. At night, this area and walkways are illuminated for safety!

Please note that we do not offer linens, toiletries, or pillows. You will arrive to clean and sealed beds. There is a tendency for noise so we have added box fans in each bedroom and window A/C units to help drown out the noise. Black out curtains are also available upon request!
There is also very limited storage at this unit. There is a small cubby behind the fridge and each bedroom has its own closet space. Please keep this in mind when planning personal belongings. There is no dedicated work space.

* During winter months, rear parking may be restricted by snow. Unfortunately we are not responsible nor do we have the right to plow the alley. This unit is a full one bedroom[queen bed], with central air The bathroom is between the living room and the bedroom, Family room has a flat screen TV large couch [non pull out sofa] and one extra cushion chair. This unit can sleep 2 great if you have more like 3 or 4 they should be small kids that can share bed, bring a small air mattress or can both sleep on sofa. Kitchen is off the family room and has room for two or three people to eat at the counter top bar, smaller style fridge and gas stove. Off the kitchen is the private deck which has two outdoor seats and a small table. The deck is great for sunning in the afternoon and private with fencing all around . The dry dock is the outside public area for all guests, it is located next to apartment eight, and has several outdoor eating tables, a gas grill, outdoor fire pit and chairs. There are some games like cornhole and yard games to play in the yard in front of apartments.

Each guest will have exclusive access to the apartment they rent, One free parking spot but we will try to accommodate other cars or trailers as needed . We asked that guests don’t have large groups over because the dry dock is available to all of our guests. However if you’re looking for a large venue to have a family gathering or family reunion we’ve had people rent all of the units.
Many of our units have a private deck. We do not allow pets in dry dock 6 but we do in other units at our complex.

Other things to note
Please review the dry dock rules since this is a public area it is also outside of apartment eight we do have certain hours of operation so that we’re not interfering with other guests sleeping. We have always found our guest to be very respectful to others and we hope for this to continue, we also have several ring videos and cameras including security cameras on the exterior of the property in parking lot for our guest safety, We also have dust to dawn lights covering most of the units and parking lot.

If you have a pet, please let us know. As always pets do need to be on leashes. In the back apartment complex area, there is a designated area to exercise dogs behind the fence. If they do need to use a bathroom area we ask that you take them behind the fence when possible. There are dog poop bags on the fence and we asked that you pick up after your dog every time immediately. Thank you.
We do realize that it is not always possible to have your dog use that area. Also, this unit has shared walls. Please do not leave dogs alone or allow them to bark for extended periods to disturb other guests.

This romantic wine themed basement apartment is the perfect place for a couples get away or for an elegant home away. Plenty of places to store your wine collection from all the wineries in North East, PA just 1/2 hour away. It has a fully stocked and capable kitchen. - Our driveway accommodates vehicles up to 16.5 feet. If your vehicle exceeds this length, please utilize the free street parking.
- Ensure your vehicle does not block the sidewalk; violations may result in city-issued tickets. Please pull all the way forward to our rubber curb stop.
- Free street parking alternates sides depending on the day due to street cleaning and snow plowing. Please observe street signs for daily restrictions.

The space
This apartment is a small (400 sq ft) but cozy unique space for one or two people. It is located on the second floor, with a shared entry/staircase entrance, but completely private apartment with locking door & deadbolt. It has a eat-in kitchen for 2 people, a 4 burner gas stove, apartment size fridge, microwave, Keruig Coffee/Tea maker, plates, and other eating/cooking supplies. It also has a living room with 32" Roku TV (Netflix), wifi, couch, as well a dedicated office space. This leads to a bedroom with A/C unit, and finally the bathroom with a shower, and closet area.

Guest access
Parking is available in our driveway, or on the street. It is located only a block of Peach street, but is far enough away that you don't hear the noise. Located in a quiet, older Erie neighborhood. The apartment is on the second floor and has a shared entrance with the other apartments. Because of the shared guesst access, we cannot host to pets due to the health/safety concerns.

Other things to note
The apartment is on the second floor, so there are stairs to get into the unit. There is a window unit A/C in the bedroom as well as ceiling fans for you to use. In the winter you'll have a gas wall heater, and a electric radiant heater as well. Some rules: Please do not put any food down the kitchen sink (there is no garbage disposal). Please dispose of the food in the trash. There are no parties allowed on the property, no smoking allowed inside, and no burning incense. Thank you!
