This apartment unit is a one-bedroom, lower-level rental. It is at the south end of the complex but still very close to lake!
This unit has all newer furniture and appliances. There are adjoining locked doors to this unit and the unit above/next to it that stay locked, unless unlocked by the tenant (just like a hotel)
The one bedroom/living room has a queen bed and a fold out futon and can sleep a total of 3 people. All bed linens, pillows and comforters provided for the number of people in the reservation.
There is one bathroom with standup shower. We supply two rolls of toilet paper and hand soap. We do not supply bath linens.
The fully functional kitchen is equipped with all basic appliances, cook wear, utensils, cups and dishes. We supply kitchen towel and cloth, dish soap, one roll of paper towels and two trash bags.
The living room has a 48" TV with satellite and free Wi-Fi.
There is a large, shared picnic area with your designated charcoal grill, fire pit marked with a 1, and picnic table. We do no supply char coal or firewood but feel free to use any supplies left behind by renters from your unit.
Parking for 1 car is located on the south side for the building next to but not blocking the dumpster. Any additional parking is across the parking lot near the picnic area.

The master bedroom had a queen size bed with a dresser and bedroom 2 has a full-size bed with a set of bunk beds and a dresser. This unit sleeps 6 total and all bed linens, pillows and comforters are provided.

-Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. There is an additional one time $50 fee that applies to guests who travel with pets, otherwise the stay with the pet was unauthorized. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.

- "There were several insects killed on the ceiling and not cleaned up. The silver appliances- the refrigerator and microwave were wiped down at one time. Whatever was used made a smearing look. It just didn’t look clean. I was afraid to use any kitchen appliance with my food so we ate all our meals out. That in turn cost us more money. There were black circular objects in the shower before I showered and even more after 3 or 4 shower. Don’t know where they came from and it was a bit alarming. Then there was no indication of where the towels and washcloths were located nor the extra garbage bags. Then if we run out of something we were told in a note to go buy it. After all this, there was a tip envelope for a cleaner. And we were appalled that we were required to wash the dirty towels. There was no instruction on what setting to use. My machine has a sanitize setting which I use for towels and sheets. Stripping the bed, is normal. We were to sign the guest book but we couldn’t find one to sign. There was no phone number given in case of an emergency. And no candles in case the electricity went out. Also, there was no snack basket or a breakfast basket It wasn’t very warm and inviting."

Renovated in July 2023, this 1BD 1bath apartment is the perfect place to enjoy GOTL. It has it's own private entrance and deck to enjoy that morning coffee plus a shared back deck to enjoy that afternoon glass of wine. You can enjoy the music from the East side of the home from The Cove Club and Sportsterz from the West side. Looking out from the front porch, you can see the strip and all it has to offer. There are 2 fire pits (1 in front & 1 in back) to enjoy on those breezy nights. Bring your corn hole & other outdoor games to enjoy in the large shared yard. There is plenty of parking for all 4 units. The home is within walking distance to everything the strip has to offer.

- "Just stayed for St Patrick's Day 2024 (Fri to Mon)... Cozy rental with exactly what you need for a weekend. Couple of things to beware of; 1. Bathroom is upstairs with bedroom which is up STEEP steps. 2. Bed is made for a smaller couple since the bed might only be a full. Unit is definitely only for 2 people! Location is walkable to everything! Parking is no worries. Park right in gravel lot belonging to the property.. Pictures are exactly what the unit looks like.. SUPER clean... Owner was extreme nice and takes pride in making sure your stay is good. See you GOTL next year!!!"

Great location - this fun 2BD apartment is in the middle of all the excitement. Right off the strip, you can walk to all the bars, restaurants & shops. You can hear the music from the front porch. Enjoy this century old home that has 4 apartments. There are fire pits in the front & back as well as a back deck in addition to the front porch. Bring your lawn toys as there is plenty of space to play. There is a queen bed in the first bedroom & in the loft there is a queen bed and 2 twin beds.

- "Good time!" - "Overall, this was a perfect place for us to sleep at night. It's close to the strip and we were able to walk everywhere except the adventure place and state park. It is a hotel room, not a house with a kitchen, living room etc. If you need all that, it's not here. In the middle of all the fun. You can sit on the front porch to listen to the bands playing. Located directly off the strip. Outdoor fire pit in the front & back. Big yard space, so bring your corn hole or other toys. 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and a loft that houses a futon and twin roll away bed for the kiddos. Big kitchen with all the necessities. One full bath downstairs and a half bath upstairs. There is a fun spiral staircase that everyone loves to take pics on but there is a main staircase to carry luggage to the 2nd floor.
There are more than a dozen wineries to tour and taste. This is Ohio's wine country. Tour the covered bridges or sit on the beach and enjoy the lake that looks like an ocean.
Events are happening every day and the live music and dancing is ongoing.
