We have stayed at probably at least a dozen different houses/cottages. This one is one of the best! It has a large fenced yard that is perfect for pets and kids. Also there is a concrete patio all the way around the front and side of the house with tons of outdoor seating, a propane powered fire pit table, picnic table, and hammock. Also there is a big fire pit out in the yard. It is about a 1 minute walk to the strip and maybe 5 minute walk to Township Park. The house is well equipped with plenty of dishes and lots of extras like laundry detergent,Keurig K cups, dog treats -they really thought of everything! There are TV’s in every room and the rooms are all nicely furnished and spotlessly clean, but we spent the majority of our time out on the patio - which also has a TV. We had a couple questions when we arrived and the owner Lisa is very quick to respond. Overall the house was great but the outdoor space was even better and the location was an easy walk to all the attractions. We all agreed that we would love to stay here again next year. And THANK YOU for being pet friendly!"

This is a large compound, family-owned, and will be getting improvements as the summer goes on. A garage was converted to a cabin-like space, and there are outbuildings finished with refrigerators, beds, and televisions.

Two vehicles are included with each reservation. Additional vehicles for registered guests are $10 per day and subject to availability of parking in designated areas. Car passes are issued to registered guests listed on the reservation only and must be visible at all times. Car passes are not transferrable and may not be shared with another guest or visitor. All guests' vehicles must be parked on their designated site and may not stick out into the road. Unregistered vehicles found without a pass may be towed at the owner's expense.
VISITORS
Visitors must register at the welcome center and are subject to any applicable guest fees.
Visitors are required to abide by all Resort Rules and Regulations. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors. Visitors are only permitted to be on property when resort guests are present. It is the responsibility of the guests to come into the welcome center to register all visitors.
PETS
Pets may not disturb other guests, and must be cleaned up after by owners. Pets must always be on a leash and restrained when not confined inside, and no pet may be left unattended outside, even on the site or if restrained. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. If management determines that a pet is disruptive or aggressive, they have sole discretion to require the guest to restrict the pet's behavior or location, or remove the pet from the resort.

Our Lovers Chateau is great for all you couples! This location is directly on the GOTL strip! This space has been totally renovated for your comfort! We have added a two person Jacuzzi tub. All brand new furnishings, and you will have Starlink Internet. There is also a community Grill area with propane and charcoal grill along with a gas fireplace to sit around and enjoy your time.
