This cottage has a sister cottage (listing #507926 Firefly Cottage) on the same parcel that can also be rented out together for bigger groups, or by itself for small groups. Either way we tried to keep them separate from each other so they both have their own outdoor space and privacy if rented alone.

Short drive to State Park Beach, Spire Institute and wineries. Walking distance to GOTL strip and Township Park.

Please Note: The cottage has a supply room that is only accessible to workers. We own several properties in the are and occasionally they will walk over to use this room. They will do their best not to bother you and will not need to access any part of the cottage that you will be renting. If you see a worker and need anything they can help you out as well.

Starshine is a two-bedroom Sears and Roebuck cottage that was constructed in 1950. It was completely restored and renovated to better-than-new condition in 2013.

Bamboo floors, comfortable modern furnishings, ceiling fans, lots of windows, and the beautiful surrounding woods make this the perfect getaway cottage.

Starshine is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on the east end of the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip (Ohio's oldest resort town). It is one block away from the beautiful waters of Lake Erie and the Township Park, and one block from the fun and excitement of the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip.

Starshine is a two-bedroom cottage with a queen bed in each room, and there is one bathroom with a shower. Bed linens and pillows are provided; bath towels, wash cloths, toiletries and beach towels are not provided. Full-size kitchen is equipped with all cookware and dishes. Maximum of four guests, please. Starshine is situated on two large private lots, with plenty of room for lawn sports. No smoking. No pets.

- "So happy I selected this ‘brand new built’ rental home! First, it’s extremely clean, very well appointed with beautiful decor, furniture and flooring. The living room offers a big comfortable sofa with a large screen tv. The kitchen is a nice size and has everything you could need to make a delicious meal. The bedrooms offer wonderful comfy mattresses for a great night’s sleep. All the windows in the house have blinds for a feeling of privacy. Plus, the living room, kitchen and both bedrooms offer a separate Heat/AC remote for each room. Such an outstanding feature esp. for sleeping at a desired temperature you like. The front porch is covered with outdoor furniture as well as a picnic table. Out back there’s a gas grill and there’s also a zippered screened canopy with seating and a gas fire-pit. Bonus was it’s on a nice street and was approx. a 10 minute walk to the strip. We walked it easily every day while there. The owners are very attentive to detail and obviously take great pride in their vacation rental! They want to make sure you enjoy your vacation and are readily available if you have any questions. Moonbeam is a two-bedroom cottage that was constructed in 1954. It was renovated to better-than-new condition in 2021.

This 600 square foot Cottage was built in the 1940`s and originally stood in the historic Chestnut Grove, one of the area`s first cottage encampments. We believe that the Cottage was moved to the current location in the late 1960s when the Lodge was built.

This Cottage is situated on a large open courtyard, which has four cottages in total. You will have full use of this courtyard, as well as your own outdoor seating, charcoal grill, and a picnic table with an umbrella. The courtyard has a fire-pit for our guests to enjoy and we provide the firewood!

This is our only PET FRIENDLY cottage, and since it is situated near the woods at the rear of the courtyard, you will have lots of space for your pup to explore!

Cottage #4 is the largest of our cottages and will comfortably house and sleep six guests. It has a good sized living space with a sofa and loveseat and an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining area. Dining table seats 4 with additional dining area outside.

Each of the cottage`s two bedrooms has a queen bed, and there is a pull out queen size sofa bed in the living room. We provide bed linens for all three of the beds.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. It is fully appointed with cookware, dishes and silverware, and should provide you with what you need during your stay. We also provide a complimentary coffee and tea set up for you to enjoy during your stay.

Bathroom has a walk in shower and is supplied with bath linens for six as well as emergency toiletries.

This Cottage is wifi equipped and has a wall mounted flat screen tv for streaming. It has a drying rack for swimsuits and towels. Cottage 4 has a wall mounted mini split unit which heats and cools the entire space for those balmy Lake Erie summers and cool spring and fall nights.

Our property is located directly across the street from the lake. Cottage 4 is nestled up against the woods and is in a nice quiet spot. Parking for cottage 4 is in the driveway of the main house and is on asphalt, a short walk across courtyard to the cottage. You will be permitted to park a maximum of two vehicles.

Guests will have the entire cottage to themselves and will share the outdoor space with 3 other cottages.

My family and i spend some of our summer in the Lake House on the property, and at those times i will be present. Most often however, i am off site but just a phone call away!

Located in the quieter west end of GOTL, between the Lodge and AdventureZone, yet only a half a mile from the excitement of the Strip.

Cottage is a 1.25 mile walk or bike ride, or a 5 minute drive from the beauty and relaxation of Breakwater Beach, where you can swim, relax in the sun or paddle board the day away.

Property is across the road from the Lake.

Parking is limited on the property and in GOTL in general. Golf carts and bicycles are available on the strip to rent and are a great way to get around. Many of the area wineries provide a shuttle, and there is even a golf cart taxi service to shuttle you to and from the Strip!

We ask that you limit yourself to as few vehicles as possible when staying with us, as parking on the property is limited. You will have space for a maximum of two vehicles when staying at the cottage, if you park the vehicles in a single file line. Additional parking is available nearby on the Strip.

- "We booked online for a last minute, end of summer family get away. We were taking out boat to Lake Erie for a fishing trip and wanted to stay at a house instead of camping. The house was close enough for a quick drive to the marina for early morning fishing trips. It served as a great afternoon respite then we would walk about 10 minutes to the strip for dinner and drinks. The cottage was simple, clean and had all of the amenties that we needed like a small kitchen, living space with tv and wifi for the brief rain, and 2 bedrooms. We brought out own outdoor games and used the picnic table and adirondack chairs at the cottage for outdoor gatherings. Firewood was pre cut and available for our use...a definite plus! Loved the ease of check in and check out too."

The owner was responsive and provided coffee, water, and some snacks. Only a few minor concerns: there were some cobwebs on the ceiling (everything else was clean!), we were only given 4 towels for 5 guests (luckily less people went on the trip - otherwise I would've reached out), and the top bunk was difficult to get into because the ladders can't move and are against the wall (maybe a higher step stool would help!). This completely rebuilt all-electric 2-bedroom cottage has cathedral ceilings, stove & fridge, appliances, baseboard heaters w/thermostats, A/C, WiFi, Smart TV, futon. We are on the south side of Lake Road. Catch a view of the lake with an easy 5 minute walk!

Please note that two units in this complex are under renovation. There will be construction from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays. This should not affect your stay. However, there is potential for noise during these hours. if you have any questions or issues regarding this, please reach out. Thank you!

Gia Cottage is a sweet little 1 bedroom cottage with a new Queen sized bed. Off of the bedroom there is a full bathroom with an original, authentic sink, new toilet, and shower stall. It is a smaller bathroom.

The cottage has a smart TV, a new stainless steel full size gas stove, a new stainless steel full size refrigerator, a new microwave, a Mr. Coffee drip coffee pot, basic pots and pans, dishes, cups, and silverware. There is a double size futon in the front of the cottage along with a window A/C unit.

Definitely a charmer with seating outside and a path to the door. We have a newly re-done pool available for our guests, a fire pit, and green space (all shared with the other cottages at Tiffany's Cottages).

The space
This adorable 500 square foot cottage was built in the 1940's and originally stood in the historic Chestnut Grove, one of the area's first Cottage encampments. We believe that the Cottage was moved to the current location in the late 1960s when the Lodge was built.

Cottage #2 will comfortably house and sleep four guests.

This Cottage has a large living area, with a loveseat and a new Queen size pull-out sofa bed. The living area and kitchen/dining area are an open floor plan, with room to comfortably move around. The bedroom is a nice size, and has a queen bed with a brand new memory foam mattress, a dresser and a closet. We provide bed linens for both of the beds.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. It is fully appointed with cookware, dishes and silverware, and should provide you with what you need during your stay. Small dining table seats two with additional dining space outside. We also provide a complimentary coffee and tea set up for you to enjoy during your stay.

Bathroom has a walk in shower and is supplied with bath linens for four as well as emergency toiletries.

You will access the Cottage with a keyless entry system, for flexible self check-in.

Cottage 2 is wifi enabled and has a wall mounted flat screen tv for streaming. It has a drying rack for towels and swimsuits, and a basket of colorful beach towels for your use while at the Lake. There is a small wall mounted heater for chilly nights, and a window AC and two portable fans for those Lake Erie summers.

Situated on a large open courtyard, which has four cottages in total. You will have full use of this courtyard, as well as your own outdoor seating, charcoal grill, and a picnic table with an umbrella. The courtyard has a fire-pit for our guests to enjoy and we provide the firewood!

Our property is located directly across the street from the lake. This cottage has a courtyard view, parking for a maximum of one car is directly behind the cottage, on grass.

Classic, newly renovated two bedroom cottage near the shores of Lake Erie and the GOTL strip. Come relax or enjoy all the excitement that Geneva-on-the-Lake has to offer! This nice sized Cottage is the perfect spot for a ladies' weekend, bachelorette party, a trip with friends, a couples retreat or family getaway to the Lake. The space
This 600 square foot Cottage was built in the 1940's and originally stood in the historic Chestnut Grove, one of the area's first cottage encampments. We believe that the Cottage was moved to the current location in the late 1960s when the Lodge was built.

This Cottage is situated on a large open courtyard, which has four cottages in total. You will have full use of this courtyard, as well as your own outdoor seating, charcoal grill, and a picnic table with an umbrella. The courtyard has a fire-pit for our guests to enjoy and we provide the firewood!

This is our only PET FRIENDLY cottage, and since it is situated near the woods at the rear of the courtyard, you will have lots of space for your pup to explore!

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing your pet, you MUST declare your pet during the reservation process, by adding them as a guest. To do this, just choose PET In the guest drop down menu.

Cottage #4 is the largest of our cottages and will comfortably house and sleep six guests. It has a good sized living space with a sofa and loveseat and an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining area. Dining table seats 4 with additional dining area outside.

Each of the cottage's two bedrooms has a queen bed, and there is a pull out queen size sofa bed in the living room. We provide bed linens for all three of the beds.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. It is fully appointed with cookware, dishes and silverware, and should provide you with what you need during your stay. We also provide a complimentary coffee and tea set up for you to enjoy during your stay.

Bathroom has a walk in shower and is supplied with bath linens for six as well as emergency toiletries.

This Cottage is wifi equipped and has a wall mounted flat screen tv for streaming. It has a drying rack for swimsuits and towels. Cottage 4 has a wall mounted mini split unit which heats and cools the entire space for those balmy Lake Erie summers and cool spring and fall nights.

SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Short-Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between (“Homeowners”) and (“Guest”) as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:

1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the cottage or porch area, if you must smoke please do so outside and pick up after yourself.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. The cottage is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

13. As you may have noticed I do not charge my guests a high cleaning fee as most of the homes on Airbnb, I do ask that before checking out that a few things are done:
a. dirty dishes are put in the dishwasher and turned on to clean
b. a load of laundry (towels) is started
c. garbage is picked up inside and outside of the cottage and the put in the garbage can outside the back door.
14. When using the grill, please pull away from the siding on the house before using, turn off the propane and clean grilling utensils after each use.
15. Please be gentle on our cottage. This is our vacation home and yours while you are here, we have spent a lot of time any money this past year renovating the entire inside of the cottage and we continue to work on the outside.

SMOKING & DRUG USE: No drug use or smoking of any kind as this is also our personal home and we are highly allergic.
