A great shower with instant hot water and a washer/dryer kept things fresh. Nothing you need in town is more than a 15-minute drive away. My 2nd time visiting the area and a great place to stay if I return again."

Have a swim in the lake or build a sandcastle on the beach. This home is newly renovated (2021) and includes two bedrooms with queen sized beds and a double pull out sofa. On rainy days, you can watch a movie on the Smart TV, play a board game or borrow a book from the bin. There are dozens of local wineries and craft breweries within a 25 km radius with many offering fantastic food for brunch, lunch or dinner! Erie Shores golf course is a 5 minute drive away.
So whether it’s a family holiday, couples weekend, a friends weekend, a girls weekend or a weekend of golf, this is the spot for you! After a long day, come back, sit on the spacious deck and enjoy the sunset, relax or take a nap. Appliances & kitchenware: Only use appliances for their intended uses. We have provided kitchenware for our guests; we kindly ask that you load dishwasher and start before leaving. Dish soap and cloths are located under the sink.
Furniture & décor: Please do not move the furniture or decor. This can damage the floors and disturb the atmosphere of the home we have work so hard to create.
Pets: Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.
Towels: Please leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom.
Water & septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.

Seacliff Park is home to many updates, including the Music Amphitheatre right off the beach, the children's splash pad, and a beautiful walking trail throughout the park.
There is parking by the beach, or walk the distance from the cottage.
There are 2 Queen beds, and the couch pulls out to a double bed, to fully accommodate 6 guests.

Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before check-in.
All reservations canceled more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Bookings become non-refundable within 30 days of check-in.
Please make sure to complete these steps before your arrival date.
Our rental agreement ensures that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms of the rental. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules and guidelines for your stay. This helps to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved.
In addition to the rental agreement, we require a $350 offline security deposit hold. A link will be sent to you.
To make your check-in process easier, we have an online check-in form and ask for a copy of your valid photo ID. This will need to be completed in order for your door access code to be generated.

Rental Agreement - Guest must sign rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed.

Check In: after 4 pm
Check Out: 10 am to avoid the $75 late check out fee.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of all cigarettes butts appropriately
Shoes: We ask that you do not wear shoes inside the house, as it tracks in a lot of things we prefer stay outdoors.
Bugs- We recommend that you come prepared with appropriate bug repellent, such as bug spray, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your outdoor activities. Bug spray can greatly assist in minimizing any inconvenience caused by insects.
Unannounced guests: We ask that there are no unregistered guests past 10pm.Pre check in form must be submitted- All guests must be registered.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit to towels or linens to be taken from the house. Should you need extra maid service, please contact us to arrange it. Extra maid services would be at an extra cost.
NOISE- GUESTS SHOULD NOT CREATE EXCESSIVE NOISE AT A LEVEL THAT DISTURBS NEIGHBORS. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM-8AM
Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the appropriate bins. We recommend the garbage is taken out daily to avoid unnecessary odors.
Parking: Please Park vehicles in designated parking areas only. Please do not park on the grass. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Appliances & kitchenware: Only use appliances for their intended uses. We have provided kitchenware for our guests; we kindly ask that you load dishwasher and start before leaving. Dish soap and cloths are located under the sink.
Furniture & décor: Please do not move the furniture or decor. This can damage the floors and disturb the atmosphere of the home we have work so hard to create.
Pets: Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.
Towels: Please leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom.
Water & septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.
Liability: The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other whom the invite to use the premise.
- "Loved it. Coming back in the summer. " - "We had a lovely stay at the Hammock Beach House. The home was immaculately clean, tastefully furnished, and set against a backdrop of stunning natural beauty. It was fully equipped and stocked with everything we needed—including plenty of towels and comfortable bedding. I even ended up using the provided pillow instead of my own, which is rare for me!The listing noted that there was no oven, but this wasn’t an issue—the convection / microwave and stovetop met all our cooking needs.There is a fireplace, but unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy it on the cooler evenings. No instructions were provided, so it was essentially unusable during our stay. I did speak with customer service who explained how to make it work but even then it did not function. Similarly, while the house rules mention that garbage and recycling must be sorted properly—or a 75 charge may apply—there were no instructions or labeling on the bins to clarify what goes where. This was confusing as recycling rules vary by region.The furniture is attractive and comfortable, though we would have preferred if the couch faced the fireplace, allowing us to enjoy both the fire and the beautiful view of Lake Erie through the window. In respect of the house rules we did not move any furniture.Despite a few small details, we really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area and the overall experience. We hope to return for another stay at the Hammock Beach House in the future."
