Our Cottage, located in a quiet neighborhood, is a short walk or bike ride from beach access and two miles from the heart of Caseville. Enjoy your day at the beach and evenings around the bonfire in our spacious yard shaded by giant Oak and Maple trees. Our additional outdoor amenities include a large picnic table, patio chairs, and even a sandbox for young children to enjoy. Inside, you will find our fully furnished cottage provides a welcoming space for a relaxing family getaway.

During the Fall months only (starting October 2nd), the Turtle Hut will not be included in the rental. It will be closed-up for the colder months. Only the Wishing Well cottage will be available during this time which sleeps 6 comfortably.

The main cottage (The Wishing Well) and the guest house (The Turtle Hut) comfortably sleep 8 adults or10 with children between the two cottages. The guest house is great for the in-laws or grandparents that want more privacy or even for the teenagers to have a space of their own. This property also works well with multiple couples or for a girls vacation.

The inside of the Wishing Well offers a sunroom and TV room, dishwasher, full size fridge and furnace/AC. The Wishing Well has a main bedroom queen bed), front bedroom (bunk bed), bath with shower, full kitchen to seat 10, sunroom with 7 windows to view the lake and a TV room room with comfortable furniture to kick back and relax after a day at the beach. The Turtle Hut has 2 bedrooms (queen beds in each), bath with shower, living room, closed in sunporch and a partial kitchenette (sink, small fridge, microwave and coffee maker). There is an air/heat unit that is vented. Both cottages are well maintained.

This property offers plenty of space inside and out to relax, play, view sunsets over the lake or hang out with family and friends. Includes outdoor fire pit for bon fires, grassy area for outdoor games and gas grill for outdoor cooking. Large deck with seating for 10 connects the two cottages and the front porch offers great views of the lake. Enjoy the lake and beach with private access directly across the street to 50ft of sandy beach shared with Sylva Beach residents and guests. Philp Park is only .2 miles down the road for even more sand beach to enjoy!

Only 8 minutes from downtown Caseville and 16 minutes from Port Austin.

Rental rate includes BOTH cottages. Bed linens not included but can be requested for an additional fee.

Relax on Lake Huron / Charity Bay away from the traffic and noise of M-25 (Port Austin Rd.). Charity Bay Beach House has the original cottage vibe with its knotty pine and wood interior as well as amazing sunsets. Layout includes 3 bedrooms: 2 with Queen beds and 1 with child bunk beds, 1 bath, sun porch, deck, comfortable living room and full kitchen with dining area.

The beach house faces west overlooking Lake Huron with views of the Charity Islands, the shoreline leading to Caseville / Sand Point and spectacular sunsets. A large, shady maple occupies the front yard and provides great cover from the midday sun. Railed steps lead you to the sugar sand beach, lake and fire pit. The rear of the beach house is ringed by lilac's and pines that provide privacy.

Beach house has central air conditioning and includes a propane grill, washer & dryer, dishwasher, cable, Wi-Fi, coffee makers (drip & Keurig), fresh linen and bath towels. The kitchen is equipped with various cooking utensils, plates, silverware, glasses & cups. Maximum of 4 adults (+children) and 2 vehicles.

We do provide starter quantities of dish and laundry soaps as well as paper towel and toilet paper. Feel free to bring additional quantities of these items or purchase them locally. We do not provide personal soaps or shampoo.

We are local and live in the Caseville area and can respond quickly to any issues or questions you may have.

Beach House address is 5876 Oak Point Drive, Caseville Michigan 48725. Look for the white block cottage with blue trim and you're there.

Summer bookings are weekly and we book Friday to Friday. We do allow less than full week stays (minimum 2 nights) for the months of September and October. The Beach House is closed for the season starting in November and reopens in late May.

Our cottage is always professionally cleaned. Comfortable Cottage sitting on an immaculate beach with the most incredible sunsets. Wide beautiful beach, perfect for volleyball, beach football or long walks east or west. 1950s Vintage Knotty Pine , simple serenity (with air conditioning) 5 total rooms, 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, 1 bathroom, kitchen, 3 Smart TVs, wi-Fi, AppleTV, Gas Fire-pit, Huge Deck. All you need. Launch your boat or jet ski in town, and anchor it right in front of the cottage. Lake is perfect for fishing or water skiing. - "The cottage is exactly as pictured. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans and a toaster. Also various spices. Beds are comfortable with nice quality sheets. Enjoyed our meals at the table with a big umbrella on the deck overlooking the beach/lake. Living room has two comfortable recliners, couch and a TV with streaming and a DVD player. Our family of four adults enjoyed our week here. This is our third year staying here and hope to come back next year."

River Cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood on the Pigeon River. From the cottage it is a 5 minute walk to the festival grounds at the Caseville County Park. Take a left and walk an additional 5 minutes to reach downtown where there are restaurants, shopping boutiques where summer weekends feature a farmers market and outdoor concerts. Take a right and walk down to the beach at the Caseville County Park.

The Cottage features 2 bedrooms with Queen beds in each bedroom and a twin/full bunk bed, two bathrooms with sheets and towels provided. A three season enclosed patio, BBQ grill, fire pit. Spend a day boating on the lake then tie up to our dock. Spend the evening around a campfire or take a short walk to Dairy Queen for sweet treats.
