We are in a central area close to shopping, a museum, weekly flea markets and fruit and vegetable stands. There are 5 different beaches to visit with 20 minutes. If you enjoy spending the day at the beach but would like to sleep where it's quiet, this is the place for you. Perfect for bird watchers or hikers, with newly paved trails for biking. Very clean. The loft has a full kitchen with a dishwasher and bathroom with tub, both bedrooms have queen beds, wifi, BBQ and private fire pit. Linens and towels provided.

It's one of those hidden gem kind of places that you just never want to leave. Quiet, serene and relaxing, yet close enough to the action if you crave a good pub and some live music. Many properties for rent in this area are all bunched together with other rentals. If you rent downtown grand bend or water front you pay more, and run the risk of spending your vacation dealing with excessive noise from drunken parties, dogs in unfamiliar surroundings and barking all night or just obnoxious groups of people you can't avoid. We are the only rental in this area, so the only noise is your own and nights are quiet and serene. No one else's loud music, no drunk and disorderly types wandering around at all hours and no barking dogs. It is called Loft in the woods because it is a 'Loft'. It is a completely separate upper living space with it's own parking, entrance, outside yard and fire pit area. It is a space all it's own with nothing shared no houses beside or behind, only woods. The kitchen is equipped with everything to cook meals and a grocery store is a six minute drive. This is the second time we have stayed here and we able to enjoy a new deck which was added since our last visit. It has a roomy washroom, a 9 feet ceiling open concept Great Room where you can enjoy more than 100 TV channels in front of a cozy, electric fireplace, or play foosball games, or have a tête-à-tête conversation at the mini bar...if you think of a therapeutic treatment after a tiring day outing, you can simply setup a session in our Infrared Sauna and listen to your favourite music... it certainly will not only relax your body but also your mind.

A few things to remember when you are packing up for the trip, our well outfitted kitchen comes with a cone drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, tea kettle, toaster, basic cooking ware, plates, cups and cutlery etc. We also provide kitchen linens, but no food and beverages are supplied.

Our cottage is 5 minutes walking to Huron Lake with lake access offering phenomenal sunsets. Southcott Pines has multiple access points to the private beach. Walk or bike through the woods to the Huron Woods and the Pinery.

We are offering our 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathroom Chalet for your enjoyment. The cottage is used by our family when time permits and is truly unique and special. The place is spacious and stocked with all the essentials.

The basement has a pingpong table and board games.

There are two outdoor patios for morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The Space:
Priolo on the Trail is a fully renovated Viceroy cottage that immerses you with it's natural light coming through from floor to ceiling windows allowing the surrounding nature to be its focal point. Every area within the home has been thoughtfully curated with high end natural materials.

Relax, Recharge and Reconnect in the many distinctly designed areas: lounge in the sunroom, cozy up to the fireplace in the living room, or make your way to a Nordic inspired retreat where you can soak in a wood fired Hot Tub & Sauna or take the challenge of a Cold Plunge. Gather with family and friends around the fire pit at night reflecting on how unforgettable Priolo on the Trail truly is!

There are 3 king sized bedrooms on the main floor with Endy Hybrid mattresses. The primary bedroom has an ensuite and the main bathroom is beside the other 2 bedrooms.

The living, dining, and kitchen area is open concept. Curated in its design and one with nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need.

The lower level has another open living area which has direct access to the outdoor living space. There is an additional bedroom with 2 queen beds that have hyrbrid Endy mattresses. Another bathroom is directly across from the bedroom. Enjoy family time with an air hockey table or dart board.

Steps from the coziness of the indoors is a short 15 minute walk down to the beach where our guests can access their own private deeded beach and soak in the world class sunsets of Lake Huron.

The Neighborhood:
Priolo on the Trail is located in the beautiful Huron woods.
Lambton shores has a strict 11pm noise by law. We ask guests to respect the noise by law and the neighbouring houses.

Other Things to Note:
All bedrooms are fitted with linens.

Bath towels provided, hot tub towels are also provided.

Washer and Dryer provided on site.

Standalone Generator installed to provide peace of mind if power should go out.
