We are in a central area close to shopping, a museum, weekly flea markets and fruit and vegetable stands. There are 5 different beaches to visit with 20 minutes. If you enjoy spending the day at the beach but would like to sleep where it's quiet, this is the place for you. Perfect for bird watchers or hikers, with newly paved trails for biking. Very clean. The loft has a full kitchen with a dishwasher and bathroom with tub, both bedrooms have queen beds, wifi, BBQ and private fire pit. Linens and towels provided.

It's one of those hidden gem kind of places that you just never want to leave. Quiet, serene and relaxing, yet close enough to the action if you crave a good pub and some live music. Many properties for rent in this area are all bunched together with other rentals. If you rent downtown grand bend or water front you pay more, and run the risk of spending your vacation dealing with excessive noise from drunken parties, dogs in unfamiliar surroundings and barking all night or just obnoxious groups of people you can't avoid. We are the only rental in this area, so the only noise is your own and nights are quiet and serene. No one else's loud music, no drunk and disorderly types wandering around at all hours and no barking dogs. It is called Loft in the woods because it is a 'Loft'. It is a completely separate upper living space with it's own parking, entrance, outside yard and fire pit area. It is a space all it's own with nothing shared no houses beside or behind, only woods. The kitchen is equipped with everything to cook meals and a grocery store is a six minute drive. This is the second time we have stayed here and we able to enjoy a new deck which was added since our last visit. It has a roomy washroom, a 9 feet ceiling open concept Great Room where you can enjoy more than 100 TV channels in front of a cozy, electric fireplace, or play foosball games, or have a tête-à-tête conversation at the mini bar...if you think of a therapeutic treatment after a tiring day outing, you can simply setup a session in our Infrared Sauna and listen to your favourite music... it certainly will not only relax your body but also your mind.

A few things to remember when you are packing up for the trip, our well outfitted kitchen comes with a cone drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, tea kettle, toaster, basic cooking ware, plates, cups and cutlery etc. We also provide kitchen linens, but no food and beverages are supplied.

Our cottage is 5 minutes walking to Huron Lake with lake access offering phenomenal sunsets. Southcott Pines has multiple access points to the private beach. Walk or bike through the woods to the Huron Woods and the Pinery.

We are offering our 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathroom Chalet for your enjoyment. The cottage is used by our family when time permits and is truly unique and special. The place is spacious and stocked with all the essentials.

The basement has a pingpong table and board games.

There are two outdoor patios for morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

There are 3 king sized bedrooms on the main floor with Endy Hybrid mattresses. The primary bedroom has an ensuite and the main bathroom is beside the other 2 bedrooms.

The living, dining, and kitchen area is open concept. Curated in its design and one with nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need.

The lower level has another open living area which has direct access to the outdoor living space. There is an additional bedroom with 2 queen beds that have hyrbrid Endy mattresses. Another bathroom is directly across from the bedroom. Enjoy family time with an air hockey table or dart board.

Steps from the coziness of the indoors is a short 15 minute walk down to the beach where our guests can access their own private deeded beach and soak in the world class sunsets of Lake Huron.

Lambton shores has a strict 11pm noise by law. We ask guests to respect the noise by law and the neighbouring houses.

Welcome to your perfect family getaway! Enjoy the fun and exciting events of the strip on Grand Bend, or hide away and relax in the quiet trees of Southcott Pine Forest. It is close enough to London to pop in for a quick meeting but far enough away to be unavailable and unwinded.

This beautiful lake house-inspired cottage is only a 2-minute walk from Southcott Pines private Sun Beach and about a 15-minute walk to the Grand Bend strip.

Having been newly and completely renovated, this is a 3-bedroom and 1-bath cottage that comfortably sleeps 10 inside, plus 2 on the sofa bed or an additional 2 on the sectional couch.

With washer and dryer laundry, dishwasher, updated new appliances, gas fireplace, BBQ, air conditioning (ductless system), and ceiling fans in every room with additional fans available and all the extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Our kitchen is fully stocked, and we have some additional child items, such as a playpen, change pad, etc., available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We also have internet available for our guests.

Our outdoor area is beautiful, with a brand new BBQ (2021) and sitting area. We also have a large deck out back in the trees with a fire pit area that is perfect for connecting with friends and family in the beautiful weather. The sunroom is a great additional space for reading in our cozy reading corner or playing board games and sharing laughs with friends and family at the table!

Please note there is a Ring Security Camera at the front door for the exterior only.

Exhibit A RENTAL RULES

1. Smoking is not allowed on the cottage property.

2. This is not a party cottage. This is a family and relaxing space. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above.

3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbours; Code-enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 11:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.

4. This dwelling is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

7. Pets are NOT allowed

8. Parking :
Parking is limited to 4 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.

9. Housekeeping : There is no daily housekeeping service.

10. Garbage : Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle and taken to the end of the driveway on garbage day if you are staying that day (Tuesday). The Renter and the Renter’s guests shall place all garbage and recycling in the designated containers and ensure that no garbage or recycling is left in the Cottage on the Departure Date.

11. Firepit : The firepit is intended for recreational fires only. You must abide by all Southcott pine rules.

12. The Southcott Pines private beach has no dogs allowed.

13. You will be given a private parking access for the Southcott Private Beach upon your arrival to use for your stay. You must return this pass once you have completed your stay with us. There will be a $50 fee if you do not return this pass.

14. You will not move or rearrange any furniture inside the Property.

15. You will not flush sanitary items down the toilet.

16. You will not sit on furniture in wet bathing suits, and shall ensure that sand is removed from shoes and feet before entering the Property.

17. You will comply with all applicable laws and Resident Association requirements (if applicable) in connection with their use of the Property.

18. You will leave the property in the same condition of cleanliness in which you find the Property.

19. There is no linen service at our cottage. Please bring your own linens, towels, sheets, etc. There are 2 queen beds, 1 single and 1 double bunk bed, and 1 double sofa bed.

The Blue Paddle Lake House was originally built in the 1950s so it has loads of charm and a cozy quaintness. This renovated cottage is nestled on a large lot with space for the kids to run and play or for you to sit and catch some sun.

A short distance from the beach (no stairs to go up or down) and all that the town of Grand Bend has to offer.

The space
During the summer we rent by the week only - Saturday to Saturday. Property is really nice in spring and fall seasons, and is then available for weekend stays (2 night minimum)

The space
Our cottage has an open concept family room/kitchen, a front sun room, and 3 cozy bedrooms that can accommodate 6 guests with 2 queen-sized and 1 double bed. There is room for 2 additional guests since the main room has a stackable bed (or day bed) that can act as a single or 2 singles when unstacked (so really the cottage can sleep 8 people). We provide, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, and a comforter for all beds. We also include bath towels.

There is one 3-piece washroom with shower and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a long day at the beach. This cottage comes with a half bath in an out-building - always a handy thing with a large group!

The Blue Paddle Lake House has great outdoor spaces for the family to enjoy including a treed lot, a fire pit with lots of seating and firewood, outdoor deck and porch, and an outdoor eating area.

Guest may access the entire cottage.

Other things to note:
To assist you with your beach adventure we have on site a beach wagon, 5 beach chairs and a small cooler that you can use.

The side door leading into the kitchen is not a standard height. A person over 6 feet will need to be cautious when coming through this door. The front door is a standard height.

Since this cottage is close to the conservation and river there is wild life in the area and on the property.

Super cute cottage located in Grand Bend village. A short stroll to all Main Street's quickly growing amenities and a 5 minute walk to Grand Bend's famous Blue Flag Beach. It features a 1 bed, 1 bath, kitchen and living room in main unit plus a separate 1 bedroom bunkie (double bunk beds) with its own bathroom. The kitchen is functional with a full fridge, cook top, microwave and toaster oven but there is no oven. There’s also a propane BBQ for use.

Green Haven is a peaceful escape from the city, our picturesque cottage is surrounded by majestic trees and only 15 minute walking distance from the private beach. This beautiful getaway cottage is located in Huron Woods, a private community area that includes a Basketball court, Tennis court and a playground for kids. Green heaven backs onto the Pinery Provincial Park and is only 3-4 km away from the Main strip of Grand bend which has lots of activities, restaurants, antique shops & mini golf.

The space
This 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath cottage is very spacious fitting up to 9 people making everyone stay cozy and enjoyable. Green Heaven just like its name has taken the nature from outside and shined it inside with Large Windows and Skylight and Green Décor. Rainy, Snowy, Windy, or too hot our guests will always find something to do inside our game room that has lots of board games, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4 and many more card games. In addition to the game room our basement has a foosball and a ping pong table.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and the dinning area offers a big table for family breakfast, lunch or dinner. Apart from all the space inside, there is also a sun room that is accessible from inside and outside, so you are not too far from the barbeque party, or the fire pit and hammock.
Green heaven has 4 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds and one bunk bed with a double and single sleep. One room is located in the basement.

The public beach does not allow popup tents to be used as it destructs the view for others.

We do not provide beach towels. We do have 6 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas, sand toys, mini cooler, 2 noodles and 2 floaties that can be used. We do have a beach wagon to transport all the beach gear.

We do provide toilet paper (4rolls), paper towels (2 rolls), garbage and recycling bags, aluminum and Saran Wrap. Dish detergent pods.

There is a Keurig and coffee drip machine, with coffee pods and ground coffee as well as tea bags. We do provide sugar, salt, pepper and oil.

To ensure the best fit for our guests and respect for our neighbours, we do not rent to groups under 30 years old or permit parties due to the local noise by law.

Guests have full access to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths spread over three fully finished levels which is rare in Grand Bend! With all bedrooms on the main or upper levels, there are no bedrooms in the basement! There are also 4 living room spaces, giving everyone lots of space to enjoy.

MAIN LEVEL
The main level features a large dining table to share meals all together along with an eat-in kitchen table adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen. In the sitting room, catch the morning news while enjoying your cup of coffee or sit back with an evening cocktail and enjoy some tunes. Working from home is easy in this bright space which also features a desk. The main level also features a large living room perfect for hanging out or cozying up next to the gas fireplace. The master bedroom with King sized bed and ensuite is fully accessible on the main floor.

UPPER LEVEL
Upstairs you will enjoy 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed and 2 twin beds. The upstairs bedroom suite features a queen bed complete with a separate living room with a Smart TV and total privacy. Relax and unwind in the large soaker tub looking through the skylight featured in the main bathroom.

Back Patio - our back patio has a BBQ where you can show off your grilling skills, as well as after sunset when you come back from the beach you can enjoy a fire in our enclosed fire pit.

Driveway- we have a beautiful interlocking stone driveway with lighting built in to light up the driveway at night. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

A serene escape from the city, our picturesque cottage is surrounded by majestic trees and only minutes away by foot to the private beach. The Sunny Woods Beach House is located in Huron Woods, a beautiful community area that includes a basketball court, and a playground for the kids.

The cottage also backs onto the Pinery Provincial Park with many of its rooms and the large deck and patio overlooking the forest with views that will make you want to come back.

The space
This 5-bedroom fully furnished cottage, is renovated from top to bottom, is very spacious, tastefully decorated, and offers many amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It can comfortably accommodate 4 families offering all you need for an unforgettable stay. And if you want to go shopping, eat out, or rent a Sea Doo / boat, the main beach in Grand Bend is only 4.5 KM away.

Inside, you will be welcomed by ample natural lighting from the large windows and skylights throughout the main level. The kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious with plenty of room to gather for an early morning breakfast or a late evening chat.

On a rainy day, or just for fun, there will be plenty to do in the games room that’s furnished with a large sectional, a full-size air hockey table, and a foosball table.


The building is ranch style with a long driveway and plenty of onsite parking.

In the backyard, there is a large patio with 3 patio sets so your entire group can enjoy an outdoor meal or afternoon drinks. The patio is equipped with a gas BBQ so you don't have to worry about running out of propane.

There are also Muskoka-style chairs surrounding a fire pit to enjoy the outdoors, make memories, or share some laughs roasting marshmallows.

You’ll also have access to bikes that you can use to ride around the neighbourhood, check out the beach, or visit the local trails.
