Our place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids). Very Close to the Main stripe of Grand Bend and only a 5 - 6 minute drive to Huron county Play House or the piney provincial park.

The space
Over 3000 sq. ft of living area and deck space. Perfect place for 1 or 2 families to enjoy a beach vacation on a quiet cul-de-sac. You will be able to relax indoors as much as outside. Our spacious, open-concept cottage features an updated kitchen and a family room that walks out to a 500 sq foot deck complete with outdoor furniture and a brand new BBQ. There is a glassed in sun room for those of you who want to relax with a good book, a gorgeous fireplace in the living room, and dining area for family dinners after a long day at the beach. There is even a mud room for the kids to unload their beach gear with a new washer, dryer and an extra fridge. You can also relax with a movie in front of our 60 inch flat screen TV or wander downstairs for board games with the family! (Please note that in the peak months of July and August, we only rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday.)

Upstairs kids' bedroom has 2 sets of single bunk beds, as well as a trundle daybed that can sleep 2, for a total of 6 sleeping spaces, each bedroom has a double or queen bed.

Huge deck out front with a view of the lake, propane BBQ and table and chairs for dining, loungers for sunbathing, as well as a huge outdoor sofa area with fire table!

2 minute walk to the beach, located on Lakeshore Drive (closest street to the beautiful white sand beaches of Lake Huron). Less than a 10-minute walk to Grand Bend's main strip, which has restaurants, ice cream shoppes, clothing stores, mini-golf, etc. Less than a 5-minute walk to Oakwood Inn, which features an 18-hole, Par 70 golf course, spa, restaurant and lounge and many other local attractions located nearby. Two large grocery stores nearby as well.

This cottage will surpass your expectations and provides today's modern conveniences, along with the charm and character of "Ontario's West Coast". Parking spaces for 3+ cars (2-3 cars comfortably).

The beach is sandy and shallow perfect for sunbathers, family picnics and lots of fun for children. The main beach offers entertainment for all. Grand Bend is known for its beautiful sunsets.
