The Space
ARKA Tiny House offers stunning forest and water views with a cozy, open-concept design. Inside, you'll find:
• Kitchenette: Equipped with essentials, including a toaster oven, electric cooktop, French press, Starbucks coffee, different kind of teas, and basic condiments.
• Living Area: A convenient sitting space with a bar countertop overlooking the river.
• Sleeping Area: A full-size mattress covered with a waterproof sanitize cover with a couple of blankets and pillows will be provided in the sleeping area. Hosts recommend that guests bring their own towels, bedding sets, or sleeping bags. The mattress is double or full size.
• Bathroom: Located 2-minute walk away from the tiny house, with a sink, toilet, and shower.
• Climate Control: A heat pump system ensures comfort with both heating and air conditioning.

ARKA Tiny House is part of our year-round family property. Here's what you'll enjoy:

The main house is located at the same property so guests will share some outdoor common areas of 16 acres of land with the host, that lives also at the property, and sometimes with other guests.

Drive through the park on the charming and well maintained dirt road , pass the Olympic size public swimming pool to the very end of the road to this seasonal cabin. A cool 10 x 10 treehouse you must climb up into. The treehouse has a small table and seating for two with a fabulous view of the famous Lionshead Golf Resort. Step off the large rear deck closest to the 2nd hole of The Masters to the two cast iron seats by the large chimnea for an evening fire, roast marshmallows.
Retreat and unwind in the enchanting surroundings of a forest in the city with an abundance of birds and deer. There is a short walk to a closed community lux shower & sauna, laundry machines. Many thoughtful ammenities too many to list.

Please note there are 3 cabins sharing the two bathrooms / 2 showers. Please be considerate and keep pets on leash if necessary.
There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden anywhere on our property and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.

No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may potentially result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.

NO FIREWORKS (except on Canada & Victoria Day).

Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise. We reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning fees if the property is left in a condition beyond what is reasonably expected.

Our friendly rescue animals love saying hi to our guests! Dora and Roc our Hyland cows love banana and yams cut up in small pieces ;) guests are encouraged to interact and feed them.

Mr.Rumba and Miss Daisy our baby pigs LOVES belly rubs and so do our 4 dogs who are constantly roaming the land and love greeting our guests.

TLC our rescue chickens home is in the gated garden area. Pick a tomato for them and they will be eating it right out of your hand and will follow you around for hours.
