This gorgeous cabin is located on an all sports lake and was recently renovated to an open floor plan. The bathroom has a full tub/shower with an endless hot water system. Equipped with dish network, DVD/CD & portable radio & patio fire pit to use. There is a full size charcoal grill on the uncovered brick patio along with a couple of chairs & a picnic table.

The yard is large enough to play games and also has a large fire pit. All of the essentials you might need (including movie rentals, ice cream stand, pizza, hot food, fire wood, etc.) is located across the street.

There is a bike/rollerblade/walking path right outside the front door which will take you around all 7 lakes in the area. A playground is located around the corner and a public beach/picnic area on Sand Lake is about 1/4 mile, restaurants, gas station & additional stores (all along the bike path).

We are located 15 minutes from East Tawas where there is plenty of shopping, piers for fishing, beaches on Lake Huron, putt putt golf, etc. We are also 30 minutes either way from Omer & Oscoda where there are canoe rentals. Hale is 15 minutes away also.

Please note that there are 2 cabins located on the same property which share the private sandy beach, yard and large fire-pit.

- "We booked this 4 day staycation for my youngest's birthday, so it was my Husband, two kids (9yr & 7yr), and myself. I'm so grateful to the owners tips with the driving directions, as we did in fact pass the cabins and turned back around. The lot isn't huge, but we still found a spot easily, and the walk to our cabin (we stayed in cabin #10 with the deck, definitely recommend the deck!) was short and quick. The cabin itself does have some wear and tear, a bit of siding damage, outdated electrical, small plumbing and floor issues...but IT'S A WATERFRONT BEACH HOUSE! Of course there's wear and tear. I found the staff did a great job at keeping things clean. The cabin is very cozy, I think 4 people may have been it's limit, and I got a good laugh squeezing into the small standing shower (for reference I'm only 5'5" tall, and I bumped my elbows, also my yoga came in very handy when attempting to shave lol). But it has great hot water. My kids came in for a quick shower after every swim session, and we never once ran out. The view here is absolutely incredible, honestly breath taking. So who cares if the cabin is on the smaller side, you should honestly be outside enjoying the beauty of this private beach. Visitors were in other nearby cabins, but everyone was respectful and kind. There was a small, open, central storage area with beach toys and chairs to share. I could go on and on about this cabin, but recommend you check it out yourself instead, I promise you won't regret it."

- "It was very pretty and new. Loved the inside decor and outside property. One thing that concered me is there is no ventilation in the kitchen for using the beautiful gas range. We kept on setting off the alarms in the house. If I had any other thing that would be nice it would be a covering outside so you could still sit out in the rain. My husband had a medical emergency and we only got to enjoy the property 1 night and part of a day. It was so upsetting to have to leave didnt even get to have a fire with the firewood i purchased or put the kyacks in the water"

We have many many bird species and lots of black squirrels and chipmunks to watch. Lake Huron is a short walk down the driveway for beautiful views. We have a picnic table and hammock at the water front for all guests to enjoy. Bring your bike and take a ride down Baldwin Resort Rd to Tawas Beach where you can take the bike lane all the way to the Tawas Point State Park or into town. This property sits on wooded sand dunes next to Lake Huron. It is rural and quiet. However, because it is next to the lake and in the woods we share our property with nature. We take every precaution to keep nature outside but this is a 1950's style cabin and sometimes nature comes in anyway. Wifi is functional but slow. Not recommended for streaming.

We will definitely be back!" - "The cabin was perfect for what we needed. The double sized bunk beds were a nice bonus. The hosts were amazing and responded to our need’s immediately. It did not bother us but the WiFi was spotty. I’d just plan on not having any reception. Beautiful location and the private dock was nice. Did not bother us walking by the other cabins to get to the lake. I would definitely stay here again if in the area."
