This sweet cottage is a comfortable place to relax and rest, and rejuvenate. It is the perfect place to read and write. It is my home, and my three cats live here. You can take a five-minute walk to the lake to watch the famous Erie sunsets. It is the perfect spot to read, write, and daydream. All of the furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. The deck is a great place to listen to the birds and the wind in the trees. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you will feel at home the moment you step inside the door. Wi-fi is provided.

Eagle View Cottage, is a gorgeous 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage . Eagleview sits upon a bluff overlooking Lake Erie. Our cottage is newly remodeled with genuine hickory hardwood floors through out, a blend of red pine paneling and white pine logs give our cottage a rustic look and a unique feel . The kitchen is complete with all brand new appliances, granite counter tops and all the amenities of home. Our kitchen is filled with everything you"ll need to cook a great meal. coffee maker, toaster and crockpot are among some of the appliances. The master bedroom located in the loft area includes a queen size bed, window air conditioners are available in both bedrooms. Some Features of our Cottage:

This is an older cottage with some newer renovations. You will see slightly steeper steps to the 2nd floor than you would see in a newer home. The kitchen/dining room ceiling is about 7ft high. The ceiling in the 2nd floor bedroom and bathroom is around 6 1/2ft high. You will hear some creeks in the floor in certain areas, a few nics on some walls and other things you would find in an old country cottage. The kitchen base cabinets and countertops were replaced in 2021, the living/great room was completely remodeled in 2014.

If you are use to staying at the JW Marriott, you will probably not be satisfied with our cottage.

There is a private residence directly (within 25ft) beside this cottage against the kitchen window.

Two downsides - the front door won't lock and needs repair; the bedroom is on the 2nd floor and the stairs are very steep." - "This was the perfect property for us! My husband was hunting nearby with family and friends. I was able to set up my "office" in the dining area and there was a great outdoors for walking and playing with our dog. - "This house was perfect for our family of four. My 17 and 19 year old had plenty of room to spread out. Each had their own bunk bed and they also really enjoyed the living room space. It was really great to have use of a fully stocked kitchen, including a dishwasher. It was also a great convenience to have a washer and dryer. There is a very spacious fenced in backyard with a fire pit. We left our dogs at home this time around, but it was clear that it would have been a very welcoming place for them to stay. The best part about this house is the convenient location to Waldameer Park and the beaches. We were there within minutes. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. They go above and beyond with the amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. We had everything that we needed. I would definitely stay here again."
