The location is close to the medical center, which is a plus if you need to be close. The bayfront is about 5 blocks away. If I return to Erie, I would stay at the Victoria Inn again. "

Greetings, Please note that our home is being offered as a traditional "Bed n Breakfast" meaning your reservation is for ONE Bedroom with access to the rest of the property. So if you need more than one bedroom you will need to book more than one reservation. You will find our lovely home is situated on top of a hill with a drop dead view of the valley. The home has meticulously cared for flower beds, gardens, fountains, fish pond, and swimming pool. Build a fire in our fire pit anytime of year. We are conveniently located only five minutes away from Interstate 79 and Interstate 90 so there is quick access to town. And only five minutes away from Splash Lagoon, and the Casino. Fisherman, there is plenty of space to park your fishing boats on our property. Again, please keep in mind, this is a traditional Bed n Breakfast so my wife and I will be here for your stay and the price you pay is per bedroom. Also note we have a total of three rooms we offer to guests. This specific listing is for Room #2, which offers a King size bed. We could also supply you with one floor mattress that could accommodate an additional person. The bathroom is private in that you only access it from the bedroom, not the hallway. However, it is still a "Jack n Jill" style bathroom which means IF a guest books Room #3 you will share it with them. Rooms 2 & 3 have a separate door to that bathroom which has a HUGE double bowl sink. Then there is another locked door to the commode/shower area.

Hello, our property is a "traditional" Bed n Breakfast so my wife n I are always here not only to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable but we also make you a wonderful "made from scratch" breakfast every morning. Also, we only have 3 rooms we make available to guests, this specific listing is Room #1 which offers a Queen size bed with its own private bath, so there is no hallway access, you only access your bathroom from your bedroom. Although there is only one bed in this room, we can supply you with 1 or 2 floor mattresses that could accommodate an additional two people.

Very charming traditional Bed n Breakfast on a private 8 acre estate with a pool. Your hosts will always be on site to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This two story, private, detached guest house offers views of Lake Erie's beautiful sunsets and is only minutes away from some of the area's most excellent wineries on the Lake Erie Wine Trail.

The space
Upon entering the guest house property, you will find a first level patio and a second level deck. There is seating on the patio and also a swing. A grill is available for your use. Guests can enter the house by using a unique key code which is provided 24 hours before arrival.

The first level of the property includes a full bathroom and game room. The game room has one set of bunk beds, a table and chairs, two couches, a pool table, a shuffle board table, a TV, and plenty of board/card games.

The first level includes a brand new bedroom with two queen size beds. There is also a laundry room with a washer and drying located on the first level.

Upstairs, guests will find a combined kitchen and living room. The living room offers two couches, a flat screen TV, and access to the second level deck. The kitchen has all new appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave), plenty of glasses/plates/silverware, a breakfast bar, and a four person table. There is also a coffee maker and a blender available for your use in the kitchen. The second level deck has seating to enjoy your view of the lake.

Down the hall are the two upstairs bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser, and flat screen smart TV. Across from the second bedroom is the upstairs full bathroom. There are also plenty of towels and linens located in the upstairs hallway for your use.

We have two very friendly golden retrievers who live at our house on the property. They don't usually make their way down to the Airbnb and we do keep them contained at our house. Please let us know if you have any issues with dogs and we will be sure that you don't have any interaction with them.

Guest access
Guests have access to the guest house property and the shared subdivision beach access road. Guests are allowed to use the field located directly across from the guest house and barn. We have just added a fire pit (with available wood for burning) which guests will also have access to. Guests are not allowed access to the barn, garden, or any other properties in the subdivision.

As you enter the lodge you are greeted by the main dining room and a huge round fireplace. The natural rustic feel of the hand hewn beams with the granite floor and bar instantly feel as though you have stepped back in time. Our beautiful outdoor space including hundreds of acres of private land and miles of trails are second to none. There are 9 guest rooms with a max capacity of 31. There are 7 bathrooms in the upstairs and 2 downstairs.The Kitchen was fully upgraded in January 2015
