This studio has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Either you are on the way and you just need a day to rest or you want to spend a whole week in Port Stanley. You will have your own room, washroom and kitchenette (microwave, fridge/freezer/coffee maker - comes with 2 pods/day) for yourself and a separate entrance. 10 minutes walk to the main beach, restaurants and pubs. We also got 4 pickle ball court 5 min walk from our property.

You have everything to enjoy your vacation in our newly built guest house, which is located in a very desirable area, just minutes from the beach and down town Port Stanley, and yet away from the beach and the village traffice and noise. 10-15 min walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. 5 minutes walk to the brand new playground and pickle ball courts.
The space
Our guesthouse has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, an open concept living room and dining room and a full size kitchen. The kitchen includes all the appliances, full size fridge with freezer, oven with air fryer, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker (4 person) and toaster. Cutlery set, utensils, dinnerware, glasses and mugs. Cooking oil, Coffee, sugar, salt and pepper will be provided for short term stays. The guesthouse also has a washer/dryer.
The bathroom has a wall-mounted hairdryer. Shampoo, shower gel and towels, bedsheets are provided.
During your stay you can also use the big shared (with owner) backyard with a 12" trampoline.
Guest access
You have the whole 1 bedroom apartment of the guesthouse for yourself with separate bathroom, kitchen and entrance and the big size of backyard with 12" trampoline shared with the owner and possible other guests in the studio room from our studio room.

The space
Our home offers spacious, comfortable rooms with on suite bathrooms. Our laid-back pace allows you to sit back on our wrap-around porch before breakfast or through out the day and do some bird watching with a glass of wine or sit by the fire pit (weather permitting) and toast up a marsh mellow. Breakfasts (Reviewed by guests as 5 Star) are normally served at 9:00am (unless otherwise requested) consisting of coffee, tea, fruit juice, a mixed fruit medley with yogurt followed by a hot breakfast.
Guest access
We will normally greet all our guests on arrival. We will also provide you with an easy to remember door access code to come and go as you please through the front door.

We have two rooms that we let out, with maximum occupancies. Our Portside Suite is maximum 2 people. Base room rate is $208.00 + HST. Our Captains Quarters is 4 people. Base rate is $208.00 for 2 people and $20.00 per person, per night plus HST.
