We had many issues with the card keys not working to our room which was frustrating. One elevator was not working and the other took a long long time to make its rounds. Main desk gal (I think Amanda) was great - very personable. Continental breakfast was good - not much for proteins, but thats what you get for continental usually. Carpets in our room badly in need of shampooing - lots of staining. Linens were fresh and clean and seemed to have enough hot water for all 4 of us while showering."
