- "The only not so positive comment would be about the Front Desk associate at our arrival who really seemed to be hating to work there that moment. Very grim, not even a good night or welcome. My husband went down and asked them to stop, they superficially agreed and continued partying anyway. We tried to contact property staff for an hour, both directly and through expedia, to no avail. My husband had to call the police, and they came twice but only got the room below to turn down the volume a little (they had a right to party it seems). Finally at 2AM we connected with property staff, and they explained that the person who rented the room below didn’t know about the party (???) and they are now returning to stop it, which to me makes zero sense. Property staff never came, left it to the tenants below to deal with themselves. They turned off the music, but continued to loudly argue, yell and swear at each other past 3AM (we continued to hear everything). Stay here at your own risk."

It looked much better in the light. We really enjoyed our stay. But the first night, it took an hour or more on the phone and via email and text to get sheets, blanket, towels for our third person. So that was such a pain. Another issue is that there were directions for using a garage (no price listed), but the garage opener was not in the loft, so we had to use the street parking, which was OK. It ended up being in a really convenient part of town and walkable or drivable to many restaurants. The kitchen was stocked well, although I wasn't sure of that, and brought some pans. What the loft is missing is a dining table. There was plenty of space, but no table. You could eat at the counter on the most uncomfortable backless bar height seats. We brought games to play and there was no table to play them on. So get a table and some regular chairs!! Plenty of space for parking our bikes inside. This is the first time I stayed in a loft so I was a little surprised what exactly that was. I think this is a fairly new loft, but I could see 10 years down the road the huge pipes that are about 15 feet up, but 5 feet below the ceiling would get coated in dust. Also the floor would never get clean, since it is not flat, it has huge gouges in the concrete"
