Carpeting was clean and looked brand new, the air in the building was fresh, without any musty-cigarette smoke smell that's common in hotels, and the pool, gym, and hot tub areas were clean and perfect. I'm so used to bad experiences that staying here was literally a breath of fresh air. They were pet friendly, and to show their appreciation, my 2 small dogs left no accidents anywhere within the room or building. There was one minor issue - a maid put a sheet with a wine stain on the bed. This was resolved. The lobby was nice and had a bar, which I never used, but it was still a nice addition. Staying here felt like I was staying at a resort, compared to my past experiences with other hotels (including those also run by Hilton). I traveled here from New Jersey for the solar eclipse in April 2024 and I highly recommend to travelers who are staying in the Buffalo area."

The private rooms are cleaned for every guest. However, we do not clean the common areas everyday. The common areas are cleaned around once a week. The guests, including you, are required to keep the common areas cleaned as used. Please book accordingly as this is a shared space.

It is located in one of the best neighborhood in the best area in Buffalo. 29 min drive distance to Niagara Fall.

There is a camera in front yard and a doorbell camera to communicate with guest who needs help.

The space
There are three bedrooms, each room is uniquely designed. Master bedroom has a king size bed set, guest bedroom and basement room share a bathroom. I also have a finished a basement with a full size bed and furnitures, some guests like basement bedroom more than the guest bedroom, it’s your choice :)

Ours is a big comfy former farmhouse with historical designation in the town of Williamsville, NY. We have a barn, a large flower garden, and loads of parking, all in a village setting. I live in this house with my youngest child (out of 9!). Two large comfortable rooms are set aside on the second floor for guests, so stair climbing is necessary. Each has a queen bed, desk and ample seating. I can put a twin mattress in one room if needed. Two full baths are shared with my family.

The space
Our house was built around 1905. We have an old horse barn out back (but no horses), and hitching posts out front. In the backyard is an old well with a pump that ran off a hit-and-miss engine to transport water to a holding tank in the barn. We have historical designation through the town of Amherst, as a typical vernacular farmhouse.

Guest access
There is a coffee bar in the kitchen for your use. There is always extra room in the fridge if you need it, and a microwave to warm things up in, but please, no serious cooking. Relax in our family and living rooms, read our books, and play the piano. There are multiple chairs outside in the garden. We have a tv downstairs with dvd player, but no regular tv service.

We would love to get to know you, but we'll give you plenty of privacy, too.

Please - no alcohol, drugs or smoking of any kind at the Albert House. It is a family home.
