This is an old home built in the early 1900s, so certain imperfections should be expected. We work hard to provide a 5-star experience for our guests, but PLEASE have realistic expectations!

There cannot be more than 6 persons in and out of the property at any one point of time. The violation of this rule could lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund.

Please turn off lights when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
- Please place all used towels and linens on the bathroom floor.

There is a $50 late check-out fee if your late check-out is unauthorized for more than 30 minutes.

If you hold possession of the property for more than 2 hours after the allowed check-out time, then we will charge you for an additional day. However, this does not award you the possession for an additional day (base rate without any discount).

If the home is extremely dirty after check-out beyond what a courteous guest would normally leave, then there is a charge of extra $100 fee for cleaning.

You agree you are booking in good will with your host and you will not attempt to damage your hosts business because you are unhappy with the ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that you experience anything dissatisfying in regards to your stay or you can't come to a resolution, you are waiving your right to a trial and if we sue you and this has to go on trial for any reason you agree to pay all court and attorney fees that the host incur in addition to damages.
