The kitchen had many appliances and utensils. My kids had no wifi issues either. The drive to Niagra Falls took 30 minutes or less and was well worth the additional space the house provided over a hotel. My only issue is that I live in the suburbs of Texas and was not used to the environment of inner city Buffalo, especially with small children. But the house itself was excellent !"

The driveway is very narrow and slopes up to the carriage house. 8 ft wide at the narrowest point. Guests are responsible for any damage done to their vehicles while using the driveway. Based on experience, we have found its easier to back up the driveway when arriving opposed to having to back down the whole length of the driveway.

Driveway is for the Guest of the Carriage House and may only be used temporarily by other Guests for loading and unloading their vehicle then they must be parked on the street. If you encounter another Guest using the driveway, kindly park on the street and ask them nicely to move their vehicle as soon as they finish loading/unloading.

Buffalo has a great reputtation for its art and architecture community, so while you're here take a look at the Albright Knox or Burchfield Penny Gallery and take one of Buffalo's many architectural tours.

Niagara Falls (30 minutes away) and Toronto (about an hour away) also make great excursions during your stay in Buffalo.

The Elmwood Village contains many of locally-owned shops and boutiques. If these don't suit your style, we are located just 15 minutes away from the area's largest shopping center, Walden Galleria Mall.

This historic home contains an apartment on the first and third floor occupied by permanent tenants. The second floor contains 4 private rooms. These rooms share a kitchen and bathroom. You are welcome to use the kitchen, but please be neat! Because the bathroom is shared, we ask that you are courteous, keep it clean, and leave personal items in your room. Coin operated washer and dryer in the basement are available for guest use.
Free street parking is available, but please follow street signs regarding alternate day parking. If you come without a vehicle, there is a bus stop within walking distance!
We are located near many of the area's colleges, including Buffalo State, D'Youville, and Canisius, as well as the medical campus. We want to do our best to make your stay in Buffalo great and are ready to provide any suggestions or advice to help you enjoy your stay!

The private rooms are cleaned for every guest. However, we do not clean the common areas everyday. The common areas are cleaned around once a week. The guests, including you, are required to keep the common areas cleaned as used. Please book accordingly as this is a shared space.

This Studio is in an old mansion near Allentown and the Buffalo medical corridor. This updated but small studio has all the basic things you would need including a small kitchenette. There is a shared bathroom with the studio next door. The bathroom is directly outside of the unit door. We have a cleaner every 2 weeks to clean the bathroom. This is meant for extended stays greater than 30 days who need a nice but inexpensive option while visiting or working in Buffalo for 30-90 days.

This studio apartment is a short driving distance from Roswell Park Hospital, Oishei Children's Hospital and Buffalo General Hospital. As well as many vibrant restaurants and bars. This apartment is clean, comfortable, and is perfect for a comfortable long term stay on a budget. This is the perfect base to experience Buffalo during your 1 month+ stay.

The space
This is listed as a private room but it actually lives as it's own apartment. You will not be sharing the apartment with myself or any other tenants. It is listed as a private room only because it does not feature a formal kitchen.
Instead we have set up a nice kitchenette area featuring a toaster oven that also doubles as an air fryer, microwave and a Keurig coffee machine.
