- "Kozy on Kenwood was much better than the pictures conveyed. It is an older house that has been beautifully updated. There is a lot of interest decorative pieces throughout. It was very clean and the ac (a window unit) was left on for our arrival. For the cost per night, two bedrooms in this home-away-from-home is great. It is very well equiped with appliances although we were there for only 1 night and didn't cook. Kozy makes it sound like a small space which it is not. The open floor plan drawing room, dining room and kitchen is perfect for a group of 4 people. The kitchen is large. Everything was provided for us. There were welcome snacks, Almond milk and packets of oats, and patoto chips, liquers (we aren't drinkers) and more. There was plenty toiletries, and the towels were good quality, brand new. No wash clothes are provided so if you need one, bring it with you. The arrival instructions was easy to follow, and I received communications from the owner as needed. The parking regulations on a side of the street was important and the owner gave instructions on that. In terms of location, we wanted to be by Destiny Mall (shopping for winter clothes for college) and it was 7- 10 minutes drive away. I highly recommend Kozy on Kenwood and I will be staying there again if I need to be in the area again. "

The office desk is thoughtfully positioned in the center of the room near a window, offering the ability to stretch your legs, a pleasant view, and ample natural light. Largely settled by immigrants from Ireland, the Tipperary Hill Neighborhood proudly showcases its Irish roots still to this day. Located on the West Side of the city of Syracuse, Tipp Hill is home to a number of Irish pubs, restaurants, and bars. This district is loaded with history, parks, festivals and the city's own Rosamond Gifford Zoo.

If you happen to be in the area around the month of March, Tipp Hill knows how to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Green Beer Sunday kicks off the festivities traditionally on the last Sunday of February at Coleman's Authentic Irish Pub. And, for those searching for fitness and fun there’s the annual Shamrock 4-mile run that also celebrates the beautiful hilly landscape of the area.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement, present a valid driver's license, and provide a selfie for identity verification. Access will only be granted once these requirements are fulfilled. The agreement includes the house rules listed below and clearly outlines specific Airbnb terms upon booking acceptance. Feel free to request the document before confirming your booking.

The primary guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of the hosts on a case-by-case basis.

Local bookings—defined as guests residing in the same city or county as the property—are allowed; however, guests must provide justification for their stay, and approval is at the discretion of the hosts.

For stays of 30 days or longer, a separate long-term lease may be required to comply with New York State law. Any automated rental agreement sent after reservation acceptance (e.g. via our property management system) is not considered valid or binding for long-term stays unless specifically approved and confirmed by the host.

If a guest is unwilling or unable to complete the lease or screening requirements, or does not meet the screening criteria, the host may request that the guest cancel the reservation. As long as the cancellation occurs within the timeframe specified by the host, the guest will receive a full refund with no financial penalty or impact to either party.

These requirements and timelines are designed to ensure a smooth experience for both guest and host, and will be clearly communicated during the reservation process.

- Keep noise levels to a minimum
- No slamming doors
- No stomping or jumping

This is a city property in the heart of downtown Syracuse. All guests should expect typical city noise, including but not limited to ambulances, firetrucks, garbage trucks, and nightlife noises. If you are very sensitive to noise you may want to consider staying 2-3 miles from downtown Syracuse. We have provided a noise machine in the bedroom for your convenience.

Other things to note
It's important for guests to be aware that parking can be tricky downtown. There are several parking garages that can be used while staying with us. All within walking distance to the suite. We recommended using these garages if you can't find close parking to the suite.

- "You couldn't ask for a better location if you like having tons of food and adult beverages right out your front door since you are right downtown. Beautiful modern yet vintage feel, comfortable king bed and nice hot shower. We did not prepare any food during our 4 day stay but there was plenty of appliances and dishes if we wanted to do that. Only a mini fridge but again with all the eating options downtown really no reason to stay in. Cannot do laundry but we did find a laundry mat if needed less than a mile a way. I am not sure if adults would enjoy the pull out bed in the living room, it had a thin mattress but good enough for our 16 year old. In the description the owner does say there is city noise and they were correct. It never bothered us because frankly the location and comfortable home feeling trumped the outside noise. Parking was tricky at times but always found a spot close enough it was never really a big deal. If you are not used to the city life (which we are not but ultimately it didn't bother us) you will encounter a few folks looking for a hand out or food but honestly it was always the same people hanging around downtown. Overall we would one hundred percent stay again if ever back in the area. The owner was very responsive, communication was great."
