Near us is 1911 apple orchard, song mountain ski resort and several golf courses.

On the main level there is an open floor plan with a spacious living area, modern kitchen with granite counters and dining room seating for (8). The second level has a Master bedroom with on suite jacuzzi bathtub and queen bed, guests bedrooms with queen bed. Fully furnished with linens, livingroom and kitchen ammenities. Pamper yourself with the luxuries of a home theater, hot tub, downstairs sauna and internet service. Catch up on some reading on the wrap around deck, or just veg in our covered hot tub and open porch overlooking the lake.
There is a dock, fire pit, and over 80 feet of private lakefront for you to enjoy! If you brought your fishing gear - catch some fish off the dock!

The lake is not swim-ready until mid-June unless you are a very hardy soul! Sit on the front deck and you may see our resident eagles. The sunsets from the deck are absolutely magnificent!
Rent a party boat from the local marina to tool around our beautiful lake and motor up to "lakeside vista" and enjoy one of our local eateries. You can bring your own boat and dock at the marina nearby.

This spectacular 4 bedroom lake house on Otisco Lake is just steps from 75 feet of private waterfront. Separated into 2 floors and endless outdoor space, this is the perfect lakefront getaway!

Located on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen, living area with 55" television, enclosed porch with large dining table and sitting area, full bath, and one bedroom with two single beds. Air conditioning is provided in both the downstairs and upstairs.

There are three bedrooms located on the second floor. A larger bedroom with a king bed and television. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin. And a third bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a half bathroom located on the second floor. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

The main floor wrap around deck has amazing views overlooking the water. The deck is set with a table that seats 6 and an umbrella, 2 Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill.

Situated directly over the lake, the spacious, newly renovated lower deck is filled with plenty of seating areas and a large picnic table.

Stairs lead from the lower deck to the lower dock and 75 feet of private waterfront. This spot is perfect for swimming, fishing, sunbathing, and much more! A canoe is included with the rental. Boat rentals are available at the marina.

Located only 15 minutes from fine dining in the village of Skaneateles, 10 minutes to Beak and Skiff Apple Orchards and the 1911 Tasting Room, and 30 minutes to Downtown Syracuse.

Bicycling, motorcycling, hiking trails, golf, apple and pumpkin picking, wineries, restaurants, and shopping all within 10 to 20 minute drive.
Or, you can hang out and try your hand at farm life. This is a great opportunity to introduce yourself and your children to livestock and animal care. Help feed, clean and water the animals, groom animals, or collect eggs from our free-range chickens.

- "We used this as a halfway point to stay with family from Pennsylvania, New York and Ontario. We had 5 adults and 3 children ages 2 and under. The house had a great layout with the rooms far enough apart that the kids didn’t wake each other up through the night. The kitchen was also nice and open for family meals and games together. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The backyard was also a really nice space if the weather allows it. We would recommend this property! "

Extraordinary is a 19th century building that was previously used as the farm’s grain storage barn. There are two floors and 4 porches - all open for guests to enjoy. This space is heated by electric baseboard heating and a cozy woodstove fireplace. There is also a window unit AC on the first floor for use during summer.

Behind Granary Farm Pond across the creek are mowed trails that will take you through and around our entire 150 acre property. We encourage you to stroll, jog or walk your dog on those trails. There are exceptional birding and wildlife viewing opportunities to be had, and early mornings and evening are the best time to do so.
The center of our preserve and the main water feature is the man-made Granary Farm Pond. This pond is spring fed and its cool water is a great for a refreshing dip, even in the height of summer.

Otisco Lake is perfect for a quiet, romantic getaway, but is also known as THE place to go for the avid fisherman. It is especially good for bass, walleye, trout and record setting tiger musky. Ice fishing is especially popular on Otisco Lake in the winter months. Boat and jet ski rentals are available at the Otisco Lake Marina and Lake Otisco Campground Marina in the Spring and Summer months, and for those with their own watercraft, the public boat launch is located directly across the lake from our house or launch at one of the marinas for a small fee.

The Nest has strong Wifi and a Firestick for watching your favorite movies or shows. There is a large sofa that is also a queen-sized pullout bed, as well as a large swivel recliner for relaxing. Beautiful lake and sunrise views from the dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, pots, pans and utensils, as well as a coffee/tea bar, toaster, microwave and outdoor gas grill.

There is a queen bed and dresser in the bedroom for plenty of storage.

The studio apartment will be locked on both sides. There is not any shared bedrooms or bathrooms if you are renting the 4 bedroom 1 bath portion of the house.
The 4 bedroom house shares a wall with the studio, but each space has a separate entrance and does not share any interior access. Perfect for guests who value privacy and quiet in a country setting.

Other things to note
This house is basically the full house EXCEPT for the Studio apartment 5th bedroom/2nd living room with a kitchenette.

This is a newly updated 1600 sq. foot, 3 bedroom, 2 Baths. Both bathrooms beatiufilly tiled, equipped with towels. Paper products are provided upon arrival as a courtesy, once depleted guest is expected to supply any additional needed for their stay. Large foyer, washer & dryer. There is a small creek that passes through the yard that is great for fishing and a very spacious back yard with a fire pit. The back deck is perfect for gatherings, it is complete with patio furniture and a grill.

The house is on a small septic and hot water heater please be conservative with water use.

If bringing a boat you must let us know ahead of time and will need to be launched and stored at marina prior to arrival. Our street is small one way with a dead end. No docking boats overnight due to possibility of heavy storms. There is no area to keep or fit a trailer

Dock is seasonal only available late Spring to Early Fall depending on water level of the lake

- Coffee Bar: A starter set of K-Cups and some teas are provided. With a French press, Keurig, and drip coffee pot machine, everyone can have coffee their way. This also makes it hard for us to have enough for everyone for all the options so you may want to bring your own.
- Dogs and some people may not like the spiral staircase leading from the 2nd to 3rd floor. Luckily there are stairs just outside the door that connect the upper and lower decks.
- Firewood: The Lakeside Grocery convenience store is next door and sells firewood bundles. We do not provide lighters, starter logs and such to start a fire (per our insurance).
- Pool Heating: The pool heater will be set and cannot be adjusted by guests.
