This beautiful home boasts over 2400 square feet of living space. It has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathooms. It is situated on beautiful Otisco Lake and less than twenty minutes away from Skaneateles and Destiny Mall USA.
Drive up to hike the nearby 90 foot tall Carpenter's waterfall near Skaneateles or Tinker Falls in Tully NY. Explore the Village of Skaneateles' unique shops, boutiques and world class restaurants. Take the 5/20 drive while exploring the wine country, rolling hills and the Finger Lakes Region of beautiful Upstate New York. Near us is 1911 apple orchard, song mountain ski resort and several golf courses.

The Space:
On the main level there is an open floor plan with a spacious living area, modern kitchen with granite counters and dining room seating for (8). The second level has a Master bedroom with on suite jacuzzi bathtub and queen bed, guests bedrooms with queen bed. Fully furnished with linens, livingroom and kitchen ammenities. Pamper yourself with the luxuries of a home theater, hot tub, downstairs sauna and internet service. Catch up on some reading on the wrap around deck, or just veg in our covered hot tub and open porch overlooking the lake.
There is a dock, fire pit, and over 80 feet of private lakefront for you to enjoy! If you brought your fishing gear - catch some fish off the dock!

The lake is not swim-ready until mid-June unless you are a very hardy soul! Sit on the front deck and you may see our resident eagles. The sunsets from the deck are absolutely magnificent!
Rent a party boat from the local marina to tool around our beautiful lake and motor up to "lakeside vista" and enjoy one of our local eateries. You can bring your own boat and dock at the marina nearby.

This spectacular 4 bedroom lake house on Otisco Lake is just steps from 75 feet of private waterfront. Separated into 2 floors and endless outdoor space, this is the perfect lakefront getaway!

Located on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen, living area with 55" television, enclosed porch with large dining table and sitting area, full bath, and one bedroom with two single beds. Air conditioning is provided in both the downstairs and upstairs.

There are three bedrooms located on the second floor. A larger bedroom with a king bed and television. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin. And a third bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a half bathroom located on the second floor. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

The main floor wrap around deck has amazing views overlooking the water. The deck is set with a table that seats 6 and an umbrella, 2 Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill.

Situated directly over the lake, the spacious, newly renovated lower deck is filled with plenty of seating areas and a large picnic table.

Stairs lead from the lower deck to the lower dock and 75 feet of private waterfront. This spot is perfect for swimming, fishing, sunbathing, and much more! A canoe is included with the rental. Boat rentals are available at the marina.

Located only 15 minutes from fine dining in the village of Skaneateles, 10 minutes to Beak and Skiff Apple Orchards and the 1911 Tasting Room, and 30 minutes to Downtown Syracuse.

140 acres of conservation set aside with wildlife, birding, and hiking, mowed trails. Isolated, quiet, and private but with easy access to Skaneateles, Auburn, Syracuse, and Ithaca. Fishing, swimming, and ice skating at Granary Pond. Great restaurants and cultural amenities... theater, music, and museums. Just down the road is the Skaneateles Pet Lodge at the Granary, should you require pet sitting during an outing.

Bicycling, motorcycling, hiking trails, golf, apple and pumpkin picking, wineries, restaurants, and shopping all within 10 to 20 minute drive.
Or, you can hang out and try your hand at farm life. This is a great opportunity to introduce yourself and your children to livestock and animal care. Help feed, clean and water the animals, groom animals, or collect eggs from our free-range chickens.

- "We used this as a halfway point to stay with family from Pennsylvania, New York and Ontario. We had 5 adults and 3 children ages 2 and under. The house had a great layout with the rooms far enough apart that the kids didn’t wake each other up through the night. The kitchen was also nice and open for family meals and games together. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The backyard was also a really nice space if the weather allows it. We would recommend this property! "

The space
Extraordinary is a 19th century building that was previously used as the farm’s grain storage barn. There are two floors and 4 porches - all open for guests to enjoy. This space is heated by electric baseboard heating and a cozy woodstove fireplace. There is also a window unit AC on the first floor for use during summer.
Guest access
Behind Granary Farm Pond across the creek are mowed trails that will take you through and around our entire 150 acre property. We encourage you to stroll, jog or walk your dog on those trails. There are exceptional birding and wildlife viewing opportunities to be had, and early mornings and evening are the best time to do so.
The center of our preserve and the main water feature is the man-made Granary Farm Pond. This pond is spring fed and its cool water is a great for a refreshing dip, even in the height of summer.

However, once I started needing to use the facilities, especially the kitchen, I realized that they were in dire need of renovation/swapping out. The cottage can easily retain the vintage/rustic feel and be a much more pleasant nook with a new kitchen and bathroom. New sinks, countertops and other fixtures would be much more straightforward to keep clean and appealing. Also, there is an A/C leak problem that affects the cottage's downstairs apartment, though the unit itself cools very well."
