I had the same hotel staff for both (Holden) and he was very accommodating with bottles of water at check-in and letting me get back into my room when I forgot something after I turned in my keys. I had a lovely suite that faced the back of the hotel. There was a basketball court with an incredibly bright light facing my window so thankfully the curtains were decently light tight. I was there for 5 nights and worked remotely from my room. The desk was perfect and the desk chair quite comfortable. Internet worked great for my purposes. The climate control worked well and wasn’t super loud like at some hotels. I didn’t need housekeeping services and they respected the “I’m all set” sign. Hotel was pretty quiet at night and is in a location close to everything. The only thing that bothered me on a sensory level (but isn’t worth removing a star) is there was some kind of air freshener scent that permeated the room for the duration of the stay. If my spouse had been with me, it might have been a problem but that would be my only suggestion is to reconsider using them. Otherwise a 10/10 experience and will stay here again!"

Unwind and enjoy some quiet time on the front patio, perfect for relaxing or reading a book! The laundry room is conveniently located in the basement, making it easy to take care of your needs. Feel free to access everything in the kitchen for a seamless stay!

During your stay
Me and my daughter/assistant have office space within the home so we will be in and out.

Other things to note
1- If you have a car, the driveway is first come first serve. there is free on-street parking

If you have a question about a need or want to book more than 1 room, we can try and accommodate you! just ask!

2 - We would like to inform you that our property does not have central air conditioning, but we do provide fans in each room. Fortunately, Rochester's climate typically remains comfortable, and air conditioning is not always necessary.

However, during occasional hot spells, some guests choose to have a window AC unit installed in their room. If you’d like to arrange this, our maintenance team can assist with installation for a fee of $175. At checkout, we provide a partial refund for the AC unit based on the duration of your stay.

The space
Welcome to our Metro Retreat located on the eastside in the heart of Rochester. This suite greets you with a large open space. Which may be perfect for entertainment and also retreating from a long day in the city. Traveling can be hard and tiring so we provide a comfortable full-size bed with clean bedding for all Our guests, Some linen Is also provided complementary. We also offer a reading area for all the bookworms that enjoy getting lost in a good story. We have for you a mini refrigerator and a microwave for dining convenience. Please enjoy the view with a delicious cup of tea or coffee on the partially enclosed front porch. Great for any season but best in the fall.
