This is a newly renovated unique 2 bedroom one bath apartment. Walking distance to the lake and downtown. Located on the first level of building (requiring taking a few steps up to enter). This unit features 10ft ceilings in living space and queen bedroom. The décor is simply gorgeous and airy. Included are plenty of amenities. Bedroom 1 -has (2) twin size beds. Bedroom 2- has a queen bed. These mattresses are memory comfort to minimize motion. The living room has a leather queen sofa bed that can accommodate (2) addt guests. We did not cook any meals, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. Most importantly, the property was extremely clean. I am very discerning about the cleanliness of properties when we travel and I check places very carefully. I found every surface to be clean when we arrived. The property has a couple little quirks, but they are part of the character that come with an apartment in an older home/building and do not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience. I contacted the hosts once during our stay and they were wonderful and quick to respond. They had also given us some suggestions for local restaurants, activities, etc. that were great choices. One more thing to mention is the hosts's attention to detail. They have taken all the little extra steps to provide an overall welcoming and comfortable guest experience. I was traveling my two kids and this was the first stop during a week long trip across the state. We stayed in several different places and everyone agreed this was our favorite place during our trip!"
