The Carriage House is close to the village of Skaneateles and its beautiful lake. While several restaurants and Mirbeau Spa are right across the street, we're roughly a 5-10 minute walk to all other restaurants, shops, grocery store; as well as a short drive to wineries, distilleries, hiking, etc. Great for couples, groups, and families. We are 5 miles south of Auburn. The Harriett Tubman home is nearby and we are near wine country. We keep the fridge stocked with milk and juice. We have basic breakfast items available as well as coffee and tea. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome! This is a private studio detached from the main home. A pin code lock is set up to give you access at check in time. A fire pit and charcoal grill is available for use if you request it.

We use an electronic pin code lock that automatically updates for each guest with a new pin. You can check in and out easily even if we are not available as you will have a unique pin code just for your stay.

A full kitchen was added in early 2021. It is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. We do ask that you wash any dishes used, as dishes are not included with our cleaning process.

We have a Keurig, toaster oven, microwave, and refrigerator in the studio. The tap water is safe to drink.

There are two queen size beds and one futon available for use. Bedding and towels are provided. If you need extra blankets or towels please let us know a day before arrival so we can have them ready for you.

Guests have their own private studio, with access to volleyball, a fire pit, and a charcoal grill outside upon request.

We live in the house that uses the same driveway. We generally are available should you need something, but as access to the building is automated for our guests we let the guests have their privacy unless they request assistance.

This 1 bed/bath (shower only, small bathroom), has a queen bed 2- 58" smart TV's with Roku, hardwood floors, large windows, high ceilings, short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. About 10 minutes from most areas of syracuse in every direction due to the central location and easy access to highways

Keep in mind this is an inner city location it's safe but more of a working class neighborhood. There are security cameras around the property and off street parking in the back as well.

There is also a cat the lives in the home but is usually quite shy

Our home is on a very wide street with ample space for street parking. Syracuse follows odd/even parking rules to avoid tickets. On odd days (e.g., the 1st), park on our side (odd-numbered house) after 6 PM. On even days (e.g., the 2nd), park across the street (even-numbered houses). Message us for clarification if needed. We have security cameras facing the street for safety and recommend parking within their view for added security.
