Enjoy the peaceful country setting in this adorable studio apartment. Across the road is a horse pasture and in the backyard is an old orchard with beautiful birdsong. A quaint path meanders through the back of the property. Enjoy it with a morning coffee or an afternoon spritzer. Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing BBQ on the patio after a day of hiking, wineries, or exploring all the area has to offer!

Guests have the entire space to themselves with a private entrance, private outdoor area, as well as amenities. The house, while not a true duplex, does have another unit that is on the opposite end of the house. There are no shared walls however as the middle section is unoccupied so as to create tranquility and quiet for all guests. Guests could potentially book both units if they were traveling with another couple giving them both space and privacy, yet enjoying each other’s company. Please see additional photos.

This is a clean quiet space, centrally located in the Village of Horseheads, NY, close to the Finger Lakes, Elmira, Corning and Watkins Glen. Just off of I86, Corning Glass and Watkins Glen are 15 to 20 minutes away. The malls are less than 5 min.

The Finger Lakes wineries and breweries are main attractions, along with NASCAR @ Watkins Glen International Racetrack, The Corning Glass Center, Elmira Civic Center, Clemons Center Performing Arts Ctr and Montour Falls.

This is a complete upstairs apartment, with air conditioning and cathedral ceilings finished in pine. Granite kitchen counter tops. Also a private entrance and a balcony.
