This stylish apartment is in great condition and offers beautiful refinished hard wood flooring, over-sized rooms and a back deck w/ a grill. "1ST BASE APT 1" is a first level (fully air- conditioned) 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, dining area, living Room with a 50" flat screen TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 50" flat screen TV’s. One room has a king bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. For families / friends that wish to group together, “1ST BASE APT 2” is on the second floor and sleeps 4 as well.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

Each apartment has separate keys. Washer/Dryer is in the basement for laundry. This driveway is shared with 1st Base Apt 2 and the house next door with plenty of parking for multiple cars. We also offer over flow parking across the street at our office building.

The owners have thought of everything - they have all the amenities, fully stocked kitchen, and even have emergency toiletries in the bathroom. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, very convenient to All Star Village and Cooperstown Baseball World, as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas, and just 20 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours.

PLEASE NOTE: The Wilber Park community pool is approximately 1 mile from the house. There may be a fee for access.

There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

-Walk to Walmart is about a football field length, a nice feature of the home is that behind the house is a mountain with great trails that is rarely visited yet across the street in the other direction through a small trail is Walmart whose parking lot is connected to the mall. The property is extremely quite at night.
The apartment is attached to a 4 bedroom house that is separated by a garage, noise is not transferred between the two places.
We also own and rent a 5 bedroom house next door so if you need more options for renting please consider. There is about a 75ft lawn between the two properties.

Also, we have a 4 bedroom house next door. You are walking distance to Main Street for restaurants and shopping.
