Upstairs unit includes 2 spacious bedrooms, large living room and full kitchen.
Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit so there's plenty of privacy. Living room is very spacious with large sectional couch, recliner and a chair that converts to an additional twin bed. All windows have blackout curtains as well as tie backs to let the natural light in.
Eat in kitchen offers full size range, full size refrigerator, 2 breakfast bars for enjoying your meals. Keurig coffee maker at the stocked coffee bar and variety of coffee selections. Grab your cup of joe before heading out for the day.
Stairs to the private yard are off the side of the unit and lead right to the fenced yard. Private yard offers nice shade with some large trees.
Sprawling deck on the side of the house (opposite the yard) is available and offers great sunlight.
Convenient off street parking close to the unit entrance and well lit with motion sensored lights.
