HOUSE RULES

• No unregistered guests. including unregistered children. (for insurance & liability reasons, everyone needs to be registered). Additional guests could be allowed upon request and permission from host.
• No parties of any kind. If a party is hosted with unregistered guests, Guests and occupants may be evicted without refund, which may also include, if applicable, forfeiture of Guest's security deposit.
• Smoking IS allowed outdoors on the property at least 15 feet away from the house. NO Smoking allowed anywhere in the home, including sunroom porch.
• Quiet time is between 10:00pm-8:00am. This includes loud music and voices; noise travels easily where it is quiet and serene.
• If you bring a pet, please use the pet covers provided on the couches, chair and bed
• No wet towels or clothing on the furniture please.
• Do not move larger furniture.
• Doors should remain closed to keep the bugs and mosquitoes out of the house.
• There is no garbage disposal - please be careful what goes in the kitchen sink.
• No candles anywhere on the property.
• No weapons are allowed on the property

Update: the house does have an air conditioner now in the living room. Being on the north side of the property, the window unit is sufficient to bring the temperature down to a reasonable level very fast in our upstate NY summer weather.

A great place to rent for Saratoga Race Track or just a get away. Its like your own 5 star resort!! We have just the place for you. Located in Clifton Park. Close to restaurants, shopping, attractions and easy access to highways. Large comfy space features a Living Room, kitchenette, bathroom with a custom tiled stand up shower, desk, WiFi, queen bed with night stands, 37 Inch TV, large closet with dresser, and a safe. Backyard with in-ground pool and hot tub, lounge chairs and grill. Private entrance and parking. *Its a basement apartment located under our main residence.*

The host was fantastic with their communication and made every accommodation we requested. I am 6’2” and the ceilings were a bit low. This is a finished basement with everything you’d need. Backyard is a private oasis boasting an in-ground pool and hot tub with a large patio and a fire pit for fun family gatherings. Located 20 minutes from Saratoga and 5 minutes from large shopping centers. Enjoy the pool from May 20 through September 30. Hot tub is open all year round. Finished basement is loaded with activities: pool, foosball, darts and 2 flat screen TVs for enjoying movies or sports with the family. This location is only 35 minutes from the Adirondacks that is abundant with hiking, fishing and plenty of tourist related activities.

With everything here you won't even have to leave the property, but of course if you do then it is within a short distance to many destinations in Albany and downtown Saratoga.
