Newly renovated (2013) property provides guests with every amenity. Situated on 6+ acres, plenty of space for volleyball, badminton, s mores at the fire pit.
The exterior is log cabin sided with all new windows and doors. Outdoor space includes a covered deck with gas grill, open deck for alfresco dining and a screened porch. Also a 3 season porch with books, games and puzzles.
First floor: open floor plan of dining, living and kitchen. Kitchen is extremely well equipped for all levels of culinary expertise. Well water is excellent, no need for bottled water. Electric stove, refrigerator with ice maker, small electric appliances supplied. TV with basic cable, DVD player and WiFi. Land line phone is provided, there is no cell service. Master has king bed, sitting area with working fireplace and on suite with 2 person spa tub. Also on the first floor, washer and dryer.
Second floor: 2nd bedroom with queen size bed, the sleeping loft with 2 full size beds and bathroom.
All floors are new, mostly ceramic.
Hosts have tried to think of everything to make guests comfortable. Everything including paper supplies, linens, towels for the bath and beach, life vests, soaps, shampoo etc. Guests need bring only clothes and groceries...some basics like spices, sugar, flour are provided.
Guests have the use of 2 kayaks, a canoe and a rowboat. Small sandy beach is just a minute walk. The beach is shared by several association families. The lake water is crystal clear and usually quite warm. There is no public access to the lake, owners and their guests only. 'The Little Camp' is situated off a field, away from the mainstream of people going to the beach. There are only about 25 cabins on the whole lake. There is a 7 horsepower limitation for motor driven boats. Guests may not bring their own watercraft to the lake. There are 2 docks and a swim float at the beach. Guests are to be respectful of the privacy and private property of residents. Our beach is a shared space by members of our association. GUEST PETS ARE NOT WELCOME AT THE BEACH. No lifeguard on duty. All minors, 13 and under must be supervised by a parent or able adult when at the beach.
Use only the Wamego association float and dock.
Please stow beach toys and floats respectful of others 'beach usage.

Boating: No boats in the swimming area. Kayaks and canoe must be stowed in a designated area. All guests must wear provided life vests.
Winter activities include snowshoeing, cross country skiing on site and museums, down hill skiing, sledding, shopping and dining.

20 Acre property with 3 homes that can either be rented together or separately. One home has 10 Bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, one home has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and one home has 5 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The first 12 pictures are of the ten bedroom home and the remaining pictures are of the two other houses. Lots of open space and each house has it's own private outdoor areas. We apologize, however since the houses can be rented separately or together (for a total of 22 bedrooms), there is no way to fully keep the calendar up to date and please feel free to email or call with any inquiries.

The 10 bedroom home has 8 bedrooms with a Queen size bed and a twin size bed, 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a Queen size platform bed, and one smaller bedroom with a twin size bed. 4 of the bedrooms have private bathrooms and 4 of the bedrooms have decks right off the bedroom. The house has a game room with a pool table, ping pong table and an air hockey table. The home has a private hot tub surronded by windows. A ramp leads inside the home which allows access to an ADA compiant bathroom, one of the bedrooms, the living/dining room, kitchen and dinette. A propane BBQ grill is supplied and there is a fire pit near the house.

The seven bedroom home has seven bedroooms (2 of which have private bathrooms and 1 with a private half bathroom), a huge cathederal living room/dining room with a 32 foot deck, a 6 person hot tub in a window enclosed deck, five bathrooms, pool table room, modern kitchen, three decks, a ping pong table and air hockey table. A propane BBQ grill is supplied and there is a fire pit near the house.

The five bedroom home has five bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a Queen size bed and a twin size bed. Two of the bedrooms have a set of twin size beds. One of the bedrooms has a set of full size beds. This house does not have a hot-tub, however it has a game room with a ping pong and Foosball table. A propane BBQ grill is supplied and there is a fire pit near the house.

The homes are located on 20 Luscious Private Acres across the road from the Lake/River and your own private dock (the dock is shared by our three houses). Located in Corinth on Route 9N. Property includes a hot tub (for the two larger houses), basket ball hoop, barbecue grill, swingset/clubhouse (for the two larger houses) and plenty of park like grounds.

Houses can be rented together or separately. Each house has it's own private areas, so you have privacy if you rent the house separately.

Our family-owned cabin is nestled at the Northern end of the lake where it is quiet and incredibly serene. The location is at the base of a forested mountain and situated to face The Great Sacandaga Lake. The log-built exterior is flanked with Amish built chairs and a large A-frame screen-in porch. The firepit welcomes all the traditional memory makers such as smores, storytelling, music playing and/or to simply enjoy your favorite drink as the fireflies and crickets begin the evening.
Once inside, you will be welcomed by the exceptionally clean and upscale furnishings. The kitchen is well appointed with all the items you and your family will need for making a hearty breakfast and dinners on the lakeside dock.
The bedrooms are decorated to help with your escape from the grind with high quality Queen beds and bedding. Need more beds? We have two air mattresses that will be set up with sheets, pillows and blankets for you too!

Our private lake side deck and floating dock is a short walk and will become a favorite place from the get-go. We only have 10ft. which is not enough to keep a boat there but Kayaks, tubes, floats for swimming are allowed.

We spent much of our evenings in the screened in pourch and most of our day using the dock to put kayaks in and a float and a paddle baord. Very comfortable 5 bedroom house located between Lake George and Saratoga Springs. The house is approximately 15 minutes from Lake George and 15 minutes from Saratoga Springs.

5 Bedroom house across the road from the lake. We have a private dock across the road from the house (shared by our three houses), however it's not a good place for swimming since it's in a rocky area, there is a quite public beach one mile away. Two of the bedrooms have a Queen size bed and a twin size bed and two of the bedrooms have a set of twin size beds. One and a half bathrooms. Plenty of beautiful open space outside. The house is available year round, and of course is air conditioned and heated. There is a game room with a ping pong table and foosball table.

- "The outdoor space is plentiful - we setup badminton, corn hole, kanjam, ladder ball, spike ball, and still had plenty of room for football, baseball, etc. air conditioning in every room. Extra chairs for the fire pit outside. A giant deck out back - a great gas grill. More than enough indoor space. Only thing we needed was some more mixing bowls 8-). Foosball and ping pong were a great addition for the 3-4 hours of rain we experienced one day. Couldn’t be happier - and Meir was easy to deal with, and quick to answer our questions and notes."

The space
This is a 1920s Adirondack camp (the local term for a more rustic cabin) that is very clean and has all new linens, towels and blinds this year.

The cabin has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a second bedroom with a full size bed. The second bedroom is typical of the era it was built in that the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling and there is a curtain for a door.

The camp has a small bathroom, oven and stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig and toaster. It has all the basic cooking items you will need. There is a screened in porch with a table and chairs as well as a propane grill, fire pit and Adirondack chairs outside near the river.

This cabin is its own property but a part of a larger campground with waterfront swimming access, a pool and a camp store. You can keep to yourself at the cabin or explore the rest of the campground and play ping pong or pool in the pavilion.

There is WiFi at the house and you can access it in other parts of the campground as well. Dogs are welcome for a 35 fee and we have a dog park a short walk away from the Pine Cabin.

- "Came up for a bachelor party/fishing trip. Inside of the house was as advertised. Location was pretty remote, about 30 minutes from Lake George Village, about 40 from Saratoga Springs, and about 15-20 minutes to the nearest gas station. Amenities in the house kept us plenty occupied, fully stocked kitchen as far as dishes, right on Sacandaga with beach access, although the beach is big rocks and boulders. Owner was friendly and responded quickly through everything."
