This comfortable 2 story home in Diamond Point is easy distance to everything, beach, boats, bars, restaurants, etc. The basic home has a relaxed feel and a private serene backyard with a brook running through. The house has many modern amenities such as 2 newer full bathrooms, one with tub. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and a third with 2 sets of bunk beds (twins on top, fulls on bottom) and a pullout couch in the living room. Driveway holds 3 cars.

We have wireless internet and a signal for those with Verizon cell phones.

Diamond Point is halfway between the Town of Bolton Landing and the Village of Lake George, both of which you can drive to in under 10 minutes. In Bolton Landing you will find many great restaurants, the Bolton Landing public beach and dock, and Topps grocery store. Lake George Village boasts plenty of bars, restaurants, amusement arcades, boating and parasailing, mini golf, ice cream shops, gift shops, the Adirondack Brewery and much more! A bit further down the road you will find outlet shopping and Six Flags Great Escape. In addition to the LG village and Bolton Landing, Warrensburg is about 10 minutes up the road from the home where you will find the Schroon River, (great for kayaking and fishing),antique shops, a meat smoke house, fish hatchery, the Hudson River and much more.
The home's location is also great for Golfers, with some beautiful courses within 15-25 minutes.
Winter:
This is a 4 season house that is 30 minutes from Gore Mountain and an easy day tip to West Mountain, Hickory Mountain, and White Face for those who like to ski. Also, once the lake freezes over Winter Fest kicks off. Many people come to enjoy riding their ATV's and snow mobiles out on the lake for daily cruises as well as for the organized races on the southern part of the lake. Snow shoeing up Buck Mountain is also a great winter hike that is right near the house and has spectacular views.

Firewood as available for beach bonfires.

The Guesthouse sits about 150' back from the beach. There is a filtered view of the lake from the deck and guesthouse. A private trail leads you down to the beach.

Woodland House is truly lovely, a dream of a house, where you will feel at home the minute you walk in. NOW FEBRUARY AND MARCH RATES HAVE BEEN REDUCED 10 PERCENT. AND THE WINTER CARNIVAL IS ON EVERY WEEKEND IN FEBRUARY. Just ASK the owner for that when booking.

Americade week, May 27-May 31 is still available! A really comfortable place for a group of Americaders. Eight beds: two queens, one double, four twins, and a cot. And four full bathrooms.

Though there are 47 acres of woods behind it, the house is only 200 feet from the highway--you are not far from civilization! With four really spacious bedrooms and four full baths, it sleeps ten comfortably. All bedding provided but not towels.
Though the house is on the west side of Route 9N and has no direct access to the lake, there are two beaches and playgrounds in Bolton Landing 4 miles and in Lake George Village 6 miles south, Several marinas to rent a boat are within 4 miles away as well,
We designed and built the house on the 47-acre wooded property where you have total privacy and no other houses visible. As one guest put it, "This house has to be experienced to know how perfectly lovely and welcoming and comforting it is."
Its interior of beautiful knotty pine walls and ceilings, including the vaulted ceiling of the great room, and the hardwood floors make for a truly Adirondack experience. Decorations are sparse, "but elegant," as one guest wrote. The four full bathrooms are quite an unusual luxury we are told. And everything you need is provided, others say.
The owner lives 2 miles away will be quick to respond to your questions or problems. Views from the tall windows of the great room are all of woods. in the winter and on chilly nights you will enjoy the propane-fired Vermont Castings "woodstove." A new 55-inch smart TV can be viewed from anywhere in the great room and kitchen. Ping-Pong on the screened porch is fun for all ages. And we welcome your children and pets.

This contemporary home is located in Bolton Landing, on quiet and secluded Homer Point. , Homer Point is slightly south of Bolton with its quaint shops and eateries, and only 10 minutes north of the Lake George Village. The home is situated on the west side of Lake George. Facing the Three Brothers Islands, the property has an outstanding view of the islands, the lake, Buck Mountain to the east and Shelving Rock to the Northeast. The Narrows and Glen Island ranger station are just minutes away by boat.

88 Homer is pleasingly situated on 1.1 private acres with plenty of parking. The main floor includes a half bath and laundry room, master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom plus a second full bath accessible from the lake side deck. The kitchen includes a second fridge and prep-area for packing up your picnic lunch, great room with skylight, fireplace, a flat screen TV, and decks leading to the screened-in porch.

The second floor hallway is open to the great room, and leads to a full bath, two bedrooms with queen and twin beds and an attached study with bunk beds for two. A deck off of the study leads to a second story deck above the screened porch. The house sleeps 10 and is well stocked with towels, sheets, and bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and eating in, with dishes, utensils, pots/pans and appliances. The home is serviced by high speed internet (WiFi) and cable TV. A gas grill is available on the lower deck.

The pathway from the house to the lake leads to the boathouse that provides docking for 2-3 boats outside, and two spaces inside the boat house. Water depth at the dock is 6+ feet. The dock areas around the boat house are large and well suited to swimming, lounging and sunning. Ladders are available for entering and exiting the lake. Adjacent the boathouse is a single stake dock for additional boats and more swimming and fishing! A fire pit near the water’s edge is nicely surrounded by Adirondack chairs.

Winter time brings plenty of activity too. Gore Mountain ski area (vertical drop 2,536 ft) has a Gondola and chairlifts, and is only 26 miles from the house. West Mountain has chairlifts, it's a bit smaller (vertical drop of 1,010 feet) but only 10 miles from Homer Point. The famous Sagamore Hotel is open on weekends throughout the winter, and offers extended hours on select holidays. Fredericks restaurent in Bolton is open year-round, as it Tops Market and the Price Chopper supermarket in Warrensburgh. Price Chopper, Aldi's Market, and Hannaford's Market are all open in Glen's Falls, 20 minutes away.

Enjoy spacious bedroom with 2 double beds with propane stove heater and another small bedroom with 2 twin trundle beds. Bathroom has shower/tub, washer and dryer and plenty of shelf storage. You can relax in the great room which has large sofa TV and propane stove heater. Newly build in 2018 outdoor private patio including gas grill, table with umbrella for kicking back, relaxing, enjoying the surroundings or the starry evenings.
There is plenty of parking space behind the cottage. The house has wall unit air conditioning, ceiling fans, iron and ironing board.
Near all summer activities, including Great Escape, Saratoga Springs, & Vermont with excellent hiking trails near by and horseback riding trails.

The nearby private dock makes it perfect for canoeing or kayaking.. The cottage is well furnished and overall, just lovely. When you enter the long driveway the trees loft over giving a tunnel effect down to the two-car carport. This is the point when all stress leaves your body. TECA is a quiet, secluded very private home on one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. And TECA Lodge has one of the most beautiful views on the lake. Standing on the dock takes your breath away.

Lake George is dotted with hundreds of islands for camping and picnicking or just a lovely boat ride to take in the views of the picturesque Adirondack mountains and islands. From the dock is the view of many mountains, including Black Mt Buck Mt Sleeping Beauty Mt Shelving Rock Mt. and Pilot Knob. You can also view many islands, including Dome, Three Brothers, Recluse, Phelps, Perch Island and Log Bay, Long Island, Elizabeth and Canoe Island. There also are many large tour boats, including Adirondac, Horicon, Mohican, Morgan and Lac du St. Sacrement. Many restaurants on the lake have public docking.

TECA has a large front yard leading to the lake and dock with wonderful swimming good for kids of all ages. There are wide steps leading into the water starting at 3 feet of a sandy lake bottom. TECA has a large side yard for all kinds of yard games. Many yard games are at the house. The boathouse has a boat slip available for your own boat or rental boat up to 8 feet in width. There are many marinas that rent boats on the lake. NO PETS. NO SMOKING

The house is in pristine condition. All knotty pine interior with cathedral ceilings in the kitchen and in the step down Adirondack Great Room, and the very large screened-in porch which leads out to a slate patio facing the lake. We did not use the neighborhood beach but went to the larger park on our beach day and that was only a few miles away. The restaurants in town were great and so are the shops. We enjoyed having our space so close to the downtown yet far enough away that it was quiet. We would definitely stay here again!"

- "Overall was a wonderful stay. Everything was organized and the people left a helpful binder with lots of great information. Thank you so much for the opportunity!" - "The indoor pool was a smash hit with the little ones. The pool room was well heated and stocked with many pool toys making it a pleasure for everyone. Had the pool been outdoors, it would have been too cold at times for the weather we had to use This way, the children were in the pool almost every waking minute. When they weren't in the pool, they were in the bedroom/toy room downstairs being entranced with a super abundance of toys and books. Another huge plus was the twin bunk beds which allowed each twin to choose to sleep either in the top or lower bunk without tears. The home is beautifully designed, and every amenity thoughtfully provided. The kitchen, great room with sweeping ceilings and the living/sitting room off the master bedroom all had views into the pool room. The adults loved the well-stocked kitchen and sitting in the cozy living/sitting room with a glass of wine after the little ones were tucked into bed. We spent so much time enjoying the inside of the home that we never did get to use any of the wonderful outdoor attributes such as the spa, firepit and hiking trails. Overall, we completely and unreservedly loved this home."

This house is a stunning Adirondack style A frame with lots of space both inside and out to host an extended family or group. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths with beds to sleep 14 comfortably. It has been newly furnished with custom made Adirondack log beds and décor. Main family room has a real wood fireplace for winter rentals and fire pit outside for the warmer months. The lower level is a great space for entertaining with a bar, extra large television and game room.
The house is located at the top of a private mountain road that is narrow and has a steep incline. Access by four-wheel drive is highly recommended in the winter months, particularly in snow or icy conditions. Once at the top of the road, it levels out and the driveway to the property is flat.

Welcome to our haven in Huddle Bay! Our newly renovated home has private lake access, and a private dock on one of the most quiet and beautiful bays on the lake. There is a 5 minute walk down a private road to a beach reserved for the less than ten houses on the street. The beach is mostly shallow water and is a great place for your young children to splash around while you relax. Leave your boat at our dock space by the beach and walk right back up to the house. The dock is soft bottom and can accommodate up to a 26 foot boat. You can also use our kayaks to enjoy beautiful Lake George!
This home has traditional knotty pine throughout, with modern touches in all of the rooms. The home features vaulted ceilings, a stately fireplace, and an open concept for friends and family to gather. The entire kitchen is brand new, from the island to the appliances. The entire home was renovated in the Fall of 2023.

- "A beautiful property that is even more beautiful in person. A warm and inviting space that is perfect for a group of friends or families. The kitchen is the heart of the home! It lends it self for cooking meals and the large island makes a great hang out space. With the open floor plan of the kitchen everyone can easily hang out either at the large dining room table, at the island stools, or on one of the comfy couches close by. It is the ideal open floor concept, everyone is together but has plenty of space to lounge and do their own thing. The basement is a dream entertainment space with a huge tv, large couches, a brand new air hockey table, and an arcade style basketball shooting game for two. Your kids or friends will definitely be entertained for sure. If you’re looking for a property that will provide an outdoor space to lounge and enjoy some fresh air, this is your place. The outdoor decks on both floors provide a beautiful space to enjoy a cup of coffee, drink, or a meal all while taking in the amazing fresh air of upstate. It is large, comfortable and peaceful. It"s close to the village and route 9 where so many of the area attractions and restaurants are located. Right down the road from Bolton Landing with all the restaurants. The property managers and great - super clean house. The downstairs arcade was fun for the kids. We're booking again for this summer."

- "We had a lovely week at this beautiful home. The views of the lake are spectacular and the home is well equipped and charming. The main house is wonderful and the second home spacious. The hosts had firewood for the fired pit and many chairs and places to relax. The location is very near the Bolton Landing village and marinas. The only drawbacks are: no en suite bathroom or “master suite”. The three bedrooms in the main house share the bathroom ( though there is a second full bathroom in the main entrance area) Also, this is a cabin and the walls are not insulated which means sound travels. But all in all a lovely home and gorgeous views."

Cozy 2 bedroom cabin in Lake George at tfhe Adirondack Diamond Point Lodge. Short drive to Lake George village & Bolton landing. Cabin is complete with full kitchen, full bathroom, Living room, screened porch w/ gas fireplace, private fire pit, picnic table, BBQ grill, cable & Hulu TV, & high speed multi point WiFi. Quietly and efficiently heat and A/C with a new heat pump mini split unit. Each bedroom has a full bed, and living room has sleeper sofa. There is a small sleeper love seat on the enclosed porch as well. Sleeps up go 5 guests. The cabin is part of our resort and includes an outdoor heated pool, game room, pool table, ping pong, horseshoes, shuffleboard, guest laundry facility, basketball.
The space
Our properties are part of a cabin & motel resort called the Adirondack Diamond Point Lodge. We are pleased to host larger groups and can accommodate up to 100 guests. Property is perfect for events such as family reunions and celebrations. Each of our cabins, Moose, Otter, Snowshoe Hare, Cottontail, Porcupine & Eagles Nest are similar but each have special features that make them unique. Our cabins have full kitchens stocked with pots and pans and full bath. Linens, soaps and shampoos provided. *Please bring your own beach and bath towels. Guest access
Guests have access to the heated pool (in season), cabana, communal gas grill and fire pit, outdoor games including basketball hoop, shuffleboard, ping-pong, horseshoes, badminton etc as well as the indoor rec room/community room.
Other things to note:
The property is located between Lake George Village and Bolton Landing. We are not on the lake but public beach access is a short drive away. There are beautiful hiking and biking trails just minutes away. During the summer season, our property is served by the Lake George Trolley, carrying passengers to destinations between Lake George Village and Bolton Landing. This cabin is not generally pet friendly, but please inquire for exceptions for small breeds. We DO offer other listings are ARE PET FRIENDLY on the property.

Sit on the patio next to a small pond containing bull frogs and small fish. Have a BBQ and enjoy the best of the Adirondack living. Includes a fireplace and wood stove.
