We invite you to stay in our 3-bedroom/2-bathroom house with a beautiful view of the eastern shore of Northern Lake George. The house is a great home base for your vacation and is situated conveniently on Rt. 9N in Hague. A five-minute drive in either direction puts you on either The Hague Public Beach or Roger’s Rock State Park Beach for your swimming pleasure. Boats may be rented in Hague.

Enjoy the beautiful views of Anthony's Nose Mountain and northern Lake George from the deck while having BBQ or enjoying afternoon cocktails. The backdrop of Vermont's Green Mountains make this view unique. The large deck area has a Weber gas grill, hand made Adirondack chairs, patio furniture, picnic table and a fire pit for your summer activities.

The air conditioned first floor has a large open living room with a wall mounted flat screen smart TV. Netflix, cable, DVD, and VCR are provided along with wireless internet. A sliding glass door opens to the deck with beautiful lake views. The open dining area and full kitchen, also feature a nice view. The bathroom (with tub) completes the first floor.

The upstairs has three air-conditioned bedrooms-

If you are looking for a quiet mountain retreat this is your spot. The home, on Eagle Lake, sits on 11 acres of land and has been in the family since the late 1800's. The original home built in 1891 was replaced with a modern camp/cabin in the 1960's and has been updated.

The views of the lake, mountains and of course the sunsets are breathtaking. Spend a day at historic Fort Ticonderoga and learn about the important role it played during colonial times.

If you love to kayak, hike, and swim Eagle Lake is the place to be. Quick access to the lakefront is by steps or a path. (both somewhat steep)

A day trip to Burlington Vermont to visit the Shelburne Museum or lunch and shopping in Lake Placid are always a treat. Montreal is 2-4 hours way by car or train--Amtrak has a stop in Ticonderoga. The Adirondack Museum in Blue Mountain Lake is a must see as well.

An up to date kitchen, a large master bedroom and a great deck are just a few highlights. The downstairs also has 2 comfortable queen futons. Summer is lovely on the lake but don't miss out on the fall foliage--- see the beautiful autumn colors while cruising Lake Champlain on the Carillon, a 60 ft lake boat departing from Fort Ticonderoga.

While we are pet friendly (one pet), please do not leave your pet alone if you are away for the day. Pet fee is $50. Kindly keep pets off furniture or bedding and pick up yard waste. Cleaner will check for scratching and other damage upon departure. Please do a quick vacuum for shedding/fur in house.

Water's edge is just 25 feet from the front door where one side of the 40ft dock is available for mooring your boat without additional charge (up to 24ft), swimming (ladder at end of dock 4 feet depth), or sunning.

There is always something great to do in the Adirondacks & Lake George area. Bass fishing opens the 3rd week in June followed by the best fourth in the north with parades, fairs, and fireworks. The area is steeped in history. Just seven miles away, visit Fort Ticonderoga or take the ferry to Vermont. For hikers, there are hundreds of miles of marked trails and the trailhead up Cook's Mountain is just a 1/4 mile away with a beautiful view down the lake.

This is a very well kept cottage in a nice quiet Association, Cape Cod Village, located in Hague, NY in Warren County on the north end of Lake George in New York's scenic Adirondack Mountains. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath (showers only), sleeps 8, full kitchen, washer/dryer, sun room with beautiful views. We supply towels and linens and all your cooking supplies, including a gas grill. Has internet and Roku TV. Can see the lake from the house. Private beach, basketball court, horse shoes, shuffleboard, volleyball/badminton, pickleball, playground. Also an open area for corn hole, frisbee or to toss a football around. There are no boat slips available for renters. If you rent a boat, you will need to keep it at the marina. Also, during the summer months of July & August we rent from Saturday to Saturday (or Sunday to Saturday). Hague is a very tranquil and charming village nestled on the shores of Lake George’s northern basin. Our Cabin is situated atop a hill overlooking Lake George with the Vermont mountains in the backdrop. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one newly remodeled), a half bathroom, 2 fireplaces, and an oversize deck. This is the perfect place for getaways with friends and family or just for you to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustled of city life.

From our years of traveling at numerous properties, we know what we want as a guest in a vacation home. In short, we want a place that will provide us with the enjoyment and comfort we deserve while away from home. If this is what you looking for, we invite you to be our guest.

On the first level (upon entering the main entrance), you'll find a master suite and a laundry room. The master suite features a queen bed, fireplace, a cozy leather recliner. The ensuite bathroom is spacious with a large tub. The laundry room has a washer and dryer in which detergent will be provided.

On the second level, you will find an open floor plan featuring a full kitchen, half bathroom, dining area, an open living room with a fireplace and TV, as well as a corner work space. The oversized deck is accessed from this floor. On the deck, you'll find a gas grill, a large size picnic table, and Adirondack chairs for you to sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning views. The decks also has a retractable awning.

Up the spiral staircase, the third floor loft offers two bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom. The bedroom on the left features two full size beds. The bedroom to the right has a queens size bed. The bathroom is tastefully remodeled with a modern standing shower.

Something to note:
- We have air conditioning on the main level. We provide portable fans for other parts of the house.
- There are hummingbird feeders around the property. Please look out as they are frequent visitors.
- We have a spiral staircase. Please be cautious. ALWAYS keep a close watch on babies or kids.
- We have choices of soft and firm pillows to ensure you have comfortable stay.
- We are among nature, you might encounter bugs or other critters.
- Due to the plumbing setup, sometimes it may take a little bit of time for the water to heat up for the kitchen sink and 3rd floor shower.
-We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The dogs must be under 25 lbs, crate trained, housebroken and well behaved. Pets are not allowed on beds and cannot be left unattended at any time during your stay nor can they be bathed in the shower or tub. Please note we only provide dog beds and feeding bowls. Guests need to pick up after their pets and will be responsible for any damage incurred as a result of pets. (Please note we charge a pet fee of $150 per stay.)

Located on the majestic, quiet end of Lake George, this large 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is right on the lake, with no public roads to cross and unobstructed views of both the lake and your kids at play on the expansive lawn.

As part of an association, the grounds are meticulously maintained and include a kid-friendly beach with a shallow swim area, a playground, basketball/pickleball court, tetherball, hammocks, and large, open lawn areas. There are two docks and a float off the main beach and two additional docks and a float at a second beach about 150 feet north. A boat slip for up to a 22' long boat is available for your use, but must be reserved prior to your stay. Several local marinas will rent boats by the hour, day and week, or you may bring your own which must be registered with the Lake George Park Commission and can be done online. Two kayaks, two stand up paddle-boards and inflatable floats are available for your use.

If you want take a break from fun on the water, close by are great hiking trails, the Silver Bay YMCA with kids’ camp and day passes to access tons of activities, the quaint Hague Village, the popular Wind Chill Factory ice cream and food, and the larger Ticonderoga community for convenient shopping.

This is a two-story home with many new amenities and furnishings. The first floor has central air and includes an eat-in kitchen, a living room with a classic stone fireplace, an enclosed porch -- all with views of the lake. Also on the first floor are three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a bathtub and a shower.

Upstairs is a large family room with beautiful views of the lake. It's stocked with games, toys and a 55" smart TV. The family room also has a bar area with a sink and small refrigerator, and plenty of room for kids to play on a rainy day. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The upstairs is kept cool with in-room air conditioners.

The Welcome Book she provided was very helpful and provided thorough walkthroughs of the check-in and check-out processes. Our group had (4) guests and there was plenty of room for all of us. If you are a larger group or planning to go to the lakes (the home is in a field, so not immediately next to a beach), I would recommend packing a few extra towels with you as there were just enough provided that we didn't need to worry about doing laundry during our stay. Our historic Four season 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home (accommodating up to 12 Guests) and cozy 2-bed, 1-bathroom cottage (accommodating up to 4 additional Guests), located in the Lake George Hamlet of Hague, is perfect for family vacations or a relaxing getaway with friends. Originally built over 150 years ago, our updated home was previously a functioning B&B (The Locust Inn) and has unique and spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom, and our cottage, has a private, newly remodeled bathroom and is furnished with a blend of antiques and modern amenities. Bedrooms have individual air conditioning and flat screen TVs for streaming. Our home and cottage provide beautiful views of Lake George, the Hague Brook and the charming Hamlet. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a functional antique Garland gas stove/oven and modern appliances (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and coffeemaker). Our home also has a very large enclosed porch with abundant seating for relaxing and sharing meals, as well as a dining room, first floor sitting room, living room with television, and a second-floor landing with seating. Parking available for up to 7 vehicles.

The quiet Hague Town Park, Beach, and Boat Launch, located adjacent to our home, provides a beach and roped off swimming area with lifeguards, a public boat launch, and canoe and kayak access to Lake George. The Park also has picnic tables and a playground, Wednesday evening concerts in the summer, and professional fireworks to celebrate Independence Day. In the winter, the Town Park provides easy access to the ice and is a home base for ice fishing tournaments.

Enjoy swimming, fishing, and boating in the pristine waters of Lake George or just relax and listen to the Hague Brook, spend time at the peaceful Town Park Beach, or stroll through Peggy's Point and Friendship Garden - all which are directly adjacent to our home.

Dockside Landing Marina is a 5-minute walk north from our property and they rent a variety of boats and watersports equipment. If you rent a boat from them, you can dock it at the slip they provide you any time day or night, and they can provide an open (unblocked) slip so you can access and use the boat when they are not open.

Located in the heart of New York's Adirondack Mountains, and less than 5 miles from a Pharaoh Lake Wilderness Trailhead and Jabe Pond, our guests enjoy easy year-round access to numerous walking, hiking, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing trails.

Our home is just a short walk to additional amenities in Hague, including the Hague Market, Dockside Landing Marina, specialty shops, churches, the Community Center, the Hague Brook fishing access and hiking trail, Peggy's Point, and the historic Hague Town Boat Dock.

Guests can also play golf in the Lord Howe Valley at the nearby Ticonderoga Golf Course, with its new clubhouse, tap room and Seymour's restaurant, or visit historic Fort Ticonderoga. For additional sight-seeing, guests can cross the Ticonderoga Ferry to Vermont or drive a bit further north and cross over Lake Champlain on Crown Point's new bridge. Saratoga is just a little more than an hour to the south on I-87.

Our home is also less than an hour drive to Gore Mountain Ski Center and Six Flags-Great Escape, and a 30-minute drive to Adirondack Extreme High Ropes Adventure Course and many white-water rafting opportunities.

Also 5.1 mile from Rogers Rock campground where you can hike, rock climb, fish, use boat launch and beach. This is the perfect place for you to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of city life.
In the winter you can enjoy ice fishing on Lake George or skiing at Gore Mountain.

This is our third year renting out our home. We are flexible with our guests. The kitchen is newly renovated with all new appliances. Both bathrooms have also been completely renovated. The basement is unfinished and does take in a small amount of water. We are still upgrading the cabin, but all major work is complete and ready to enjoy.

The cabin is set on a large grassy, woodsy property, minutes away from to so many outdoor activities.

Four season condo, conveniently located at Boat Marina (Dockside Landing Marina) in the quaint town of Hague. Spectacular mountain views surround this second story 2 bedroom condo facing the east which mother nature provides amazing sunrises over the mountains reflecting onto beautiful Lake George. Beautiful granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen, and bath. Adirondack style furnishing bring you comfort and charm as you relax in the living room with stone fireplace, dining area and den. Enjoy early morning coffee or afternoon drinks on the deck as you begin or wind down your day. There are amazing views from every window especially the living room/dining and kitchen areas where large windows and french doors bring the sunshine and magnificence in. Six can comfortably sleep with the two bedrooms offering queen beds and the den with a pull-out couch. The den is a wonderful Adirondack escape for enjoying a good book or watching your favorite tv show as others go undisturbed.

All the conveniences of home are here with washer/dryer, dishwasher, linens, towels and internet. Boat docking is provided or boat rental is available on site. Just pack your belongings and relax.

Hague is conveniently located to many activities including hiking, fishing, boating, beaches, golfing, jet and water skiing, to name a few. Visit Historic Ticonderoga, or Vermont by ferry just a short distance away. Enjoy Bolton Landing 15 minutes from Hague and all the attractions of Lake George Village including The Great Escape and shopping outlets are about 40 minutes away. Skiers can enjoy Gore Mountain in the winter and Saratoga Race track in the summer.

Located at Dockside Landing Marina, you can enjoy renting a boat from a great selection of modern boats and all the latest accessories you need to enjoy your boating experience on Lake George.

The kitchen was well stocked with beautiful dishes and all the kitchenware needed to prepare a meal. There is a gas grill with a spare tank of gas available for use. The Roku TV provides cable along with Netflix, HBO Max and other streaming apps. Comfortable beds made for a good nights' sleep. I highly recommend the beautiful lakefront gem. I hope to be back again next year."

The property in Hague, NY has the best views on the lake! The large grass yard gently slopes to the water. Easy swim access plus 14' water depth at end of dock is good for diving. Large windows provide view of lake and mountains from great room and interior porch. Throughout the house there is a Gilded Age feel with artisan decor. Baths have luxurious-style glass showers. Winterized for four-season use. Abundance of books, games, and puzzles for a rainy day.

Three minutes south in the town of Hague is a quaint village center with gift shops, market, public beach, park, boat rental and boat launch. Ten minutes north in Ticonderoga is easy access to grocery shopping, restaurants, golf, and revolutionary Fort Ticonderoga.
