This is a quiet neighborhood surrounded by rural properties, operating farms and orchards. The house has 3 levels with the main living area on the 2nd floor. This is a great space for a relaxing getaway; an artists retreat or for a group of skiers, riders or hikers. Come back after a day of outdoor adventure to warm radiant heat under elm and tiled floors. Or cool off in the summer with air conditioning and fresh night air. Several architectural details created from local hardwoods. The 2nd level has a large private deck facing west for evening sunsets, bbq grilling and star gazing. This level includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area; one queen bedroom and a large bathroom/laundry. The shower is floor to ceiling travertine with built in bench. The upper loft is two spaces separated by a curved balcony. One end is for reading - with a work desk, monitor and printer. The other loft space has two full size beds tucked out of the way. Please note the steps to the loft are steep and not recommended for everyone. The first level entry has large built in cubbies and storage spaces for ski gear and backpacks. There's a private, queen sized bedroom plus it's own bathroom with walk in tiled shower. This is a great house to relax, read, write, paint or create. It's also a great jumping off place for a huge variety of activities.
