We had fun chatting with them over coffee in the morning while they prepped breakfast because we are early risers. We enjoyed the game room playing air hockey and cards. The pool table on the main floor was so much fun as well. So many rooms to enjoy on the main floor with books and tvs and sitting areas. We had fun playing the “Find Bernie Sanders bobblehead”. Trevor and Jessica were so nice and we got to meet a couple of their dogs, Minnie and her tongue was adorable. Trevor made the best pancakes. We definitely will stay here again, and are planning on booking all the rooms with our family and friends to enjoy for a getaway with us. Highly recommend The Ellis Inn! Private year-round cottage on Lake Champlain (Mallets Bay), a 10:00 drive to downtown Burlington and area colleges. The world-class Colchester Causeway bike path is just minutes outside our door. Sleeps 4-6 with a queen-size bed in the upstairs open-loft, a full-size bed in the downstairs bedroom, and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Relaxation is pretty much guaranteed. Great fishing just steps out our door. Enjoy all four seasons that Vermont has to offer! We are pet friendly (one dog only, no cats). The cottage is located in a quiet community that we treasure. Because of this, we limit the number of guest that stay, and require that all of the Mills Point Association Rules are followed, including leashed dogs, parking regulations and no loud parties.

Completely Fully furnished 2 bedroom cottage, Queen sized bed in the Large bedroom and a twin sized bed in the second bedroom. As if your plans are not enough we have a smattering of books or you can go old school with a deck of cards.

Clean up it has been our experience that over the years our guest cleans up after themselves so our cleaning fee is very low.

Parking for 2 vehicles. Patio with a flat top grill. Cozy stylish 2 story lake house, updated with new furniture, furnishings, kitchenware, spices, Queen size King Coil Mattresses, queen sofa bed, electric fireplace, plenty to do on the lake and locally. Burlington bike path starts about 1/4 mile from house and the bike ferry is also accessible. Pets are on a pre-approval basis. There is a pet fee and pet rules. With enough notice for an additional fee we can sometimes accommodate you with space for your boat either on a mooring or on the dock.
