We have 2 bedrooms, total of 2 Queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed. We aim to have the most comfortable beds, linens and towels. You’re provided with all the amenities you could need. Soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotion, hair dryer, iron, towels, toilet paper, bidet, paper towels, bed linens, laundry machines, full kitchen, dishes, coffee, purified water faucet, slippers, robes, phone chargers throughout the house, WIFI, Netflix on the smart TV, assortment of board games.

Outdoor:
We have a large screened in covered porch with an assortment of seating. A perfect place to enjoy a meal in the warmer weather or just relax outside.

Winter activities: Spend time on the lake when it’s frozen over. If you have the gear, the lake is great for ice fishing, ice skating, snowshoeing, or just playing in the snow. All this knowing you have a HOT TUB to come back to for a soak in an intimate setting with a gorgeous Lake View.

Summer months: Amenities include 2 KAYAKS, 2 PADDLE BOARDS, (life jackets provided) spending time on the beach fishing (with own gear), FIRE PIT on the beach and a Hot Tub with lake views! We have 1 boat mooring for those who like to travel with their boat. A full service marina with rentals 1 mile away. A public boat launch 1 mile away. Kill Kare park 2.5 miles away (has a beach and a ferry to Burton island) and the Bay Park (beach, huge playground and different sport courts) is 1 mile away to enjoy. The hot tub is a great place to relax those muscles after a day of activities or just to have some Zen moments while gazing at the lake. We have a variety of out door seating to relax in and we provide some outdoor games like a small putting green and cornhole.
The beach has 2 Kayaks, 2 paddleboards, a fire pit, benches and Cornhole.

The house was well stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses, paper products, liquids/cleaners, etc. New kitchen appliances. Lisa provided a generous welcome basket and the makings for s’mores. There were many amenities, towels, and pillows. The backyard dining table and fire pit were nice features. Also we had access to Lake Champlain across the street and kayaks. Electric baseboard heaters in each room allowed you to adjust the comfort level specific to each living area. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future."

The VT Lakehouse is 1500 sq ft with two bedrooms, one bath and a large game room with a full size pool table. Built in 2007 it features an open kitchen and living room with a knotty pine cathedral ceiling and unobstructed views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. The first floor has Corian counters, a dishwasher, with hardwood floors and tiled bathroom, both bedrooms are carpeted. A large deck with grill is right through the sliding door, overlooking beautiful Lake Champlain. Downstairs is a large game room facing the lake with a pool table, couches and laundry facilities. Stone patios and a private dock right outside the lower level provide fishing, boating and swimming a few feet from the door. The dock is available as allowed by lake level in the spring and first freezing weather in the fall.

Was very spacious for my family, had all necessary amenities including mini shower soaps, and even had a highchair for my 1-year-old! The ramp to the front door was a huge plus! Made it easy to carry our bags and groceries in and out and helped those who aren't as stable on their feet in the snow. We loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake. I only have a few minor things that could be improved. Some of the furniture (dining chairs) were in bad shape and not sturdy enough to sit on. There were floor dividers between the rooms downstairs that were raised, I can't even tell you how many times we all tripped on them or stubbed our toes. My 3-year-old included. Only my 1-year-old I guess was smart enough to witness the rest of us shouting as we stumbled forward, and she started stopping at every divider to carefully step over it. We should have followed her lead. Some cutleries could also be updated such as the cutting knives, but we made do. All in all, we had the most wonderful time as a family together. We were able to build a snowman for my girls and make snow angels and visit with my grandmother who lives in an assisted living facility nearby. We would definitely stay here again!"

In this spectacular home on Lake Champlain you are right on the lake's edge where you can walk down the stairs and be at the water's edge where you can launch one of our 3 kayaks, or a paddle board or just go for a swim. As you sip your morning coffee on the deck you can watch the birds flying across the water. In the evening you can enjoy a romantic dinner watching the spectacular sunsets over the water. We are a 5 minute walk from the St Albans marina where you can park or rent a boat. There is a bike path in the town that goes as far as Jay Peak and you can rent a bike right in town.

In the winter we are close to Smuggler's Notch, Stowe or Jay Peak where you can ski of snow board the best of the North East.

Minutes from shopping and dining and close to Burlington, Plattsburg, and Montreal Airports. Excellent water recreation, local parks, fishing, duck hunting, and relaxation. Lake water is filtered for everything but drinking. DRINKING WATER NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT IN. Our property is the length of the seawall. PLEASE do not go on neighbors land. Thank you for respecting their privacy. No internet at camp, free local internet near by. TV for DVD’s only, many to Choose from.

- "Ideal spot for 1 person, couple or a couple with 1 or 2 smaller kids. If you end up being stuck inside due to the weather, its not a very large camper. Like the ad for the property says, the water is not drinkable. You may not want to shower in it either, it really stinks. Worse than the worst geyser at Yellowstone, type of stink. Thats the bad, the good? Yes, lots of good to the property. Fantastic view of the lake/bay. You can sit and watch the boats go in and out of the harbor at St. Albans. Fantastic sunsets over the lake. I enjoyed evening campfires by the lake. The area is very dark, so the night sky, star viewing was very good. Very quiet location. The second to last property on a dead-end road, type of quite! The bed was comfortable, and I slept very well. Located 10 minutes at most to St Albans and maybe 20 minutes to the next closest town, Milton. 30 minutes to Burlington and maybe an hour over to Mt Mansfield and the Stowe area. 2 state parks very close by & one natural area. All worth time exploring or swimming at. There was a paddle board, kayak and other stuff for swimming and enjoying the lake. There was board games and DVD movies to watch. (most geared towards kids or something you likely seen already, bring your own) The camper was well stocked with little things that one forgets to bring along. I thought it would be nice NOT to have a TV/internet for the week. Except I arrived right after Vermont was hit with some serious flooding I needed the news."

Bass Cabin 189 is a Fishing Cabin Located on Lake Champlain on the Shore of St Alban's Bay Vermont 1 Mile from the Boat Ramp. This 2 Bedroom Cabin is located just minutes from Historic St Alban's Downtown, Missisquoi National Wildlife Refuge and Rail Trails. Elevated style building sets the stage for some of the most beautiful sunsets! There is a deck at the water level to enjoy. Minutes from breweries, restaurants, and parks. The Cabin is also a short 30 minute drive to Burlington and a 45 minute drive to Montreal.

- "Perfect place to stay a few days at the lake. Close to many spots to go. We enjoyed our time there with our kids. Plenty of space to play inside in case if rain. The cabin heats up rapidly with the wood stove. We stayed in the master bedroom up in the loft. The siting of the cabin on the lake really added to our enjoyment of vacation. I had a couple of questions for the host and he was immediately responsive and very helpful."

Charming Cabin located in St Albans, Vermont. This cabin is on a one acre lot with shared private lake access about a 5 minute walk from cabin.

The space can accommodate up to 4 adults: there is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a pullout couch which can accommodate two people. There is also a camper hook up on the outside of cabin which can be used for an extra $20 a day to accommodate more sleeping space if you are traveling via camper (click extra guest to add to reservation).

The cabin is located within a community of seasonal cabins and winterized homes — it does have neighbors! However, there is an expansive and private yard which is fenced on one side and surrounded by forest on the other three. The yard contains a screened in patio with ample seating, a fire pit with Adirondack style chairs, a picnic table, a hammock, a swing set, and a small deck which contains a grill and a large standing cooler. There is plenty of space to play yard games (stored in the back shed for your use) and there is a small garden. There is space for several cars or trucks in the driveway as well.

The lake near the cabin has a rocky beach with two docks, one for boat launch and one for pedestrian access. The area is great for walking, birdwatching and wading in the water, and the cabin reservation includes Vermont state park passes which can be used at Kill Kare state park, which is only a short drive away. While it is safe to swim at the camp’s lake access location, Kill Kare state park has lovely beaches and is a more popular swimming spot. The rental comes with access to water shoes, lake floats, and two kayaks

The kitchen contains plenty of basics for your convenience including a stovetop, coffee machine, microwave and toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. We try to keep the fridge and cabinets stocked with basic staples like olive oil, salt, pepper, and coffee, but we would recommend bringing anything you can’t live without!

The cabin is a short, 10-minute drive from downtown St. Albans where you can find excellent coffee, family restaurants and pubs, a market containing health food and specialty items, and some small shops. There are several grocery stores and box stores only about 15 minutes away from the cabin as well, and a convenience store only 5 minutes down the road for snacks, beer, and fishing supplies. Burlington is roughly 40-45 minutes south of the cabin, and boasts a wider selection of restaurants, breweries, and shopping spots.

- "We were looking for a place that allowed for us to relax and wake up by the water. This was a perfect location. Everything was as pictured. I was traveling with my elderly parents and the only steps we had to navigate were three from the garage. Beautiful view of the water. There is a marina nearby, but we didn't use it. Beautiful, 2 Bedroom House on the Lake. This cottage offers 2 bedrooms downstairs and a loft upstairs. This property is available from May-October every year, we rent for the week usually, but negotiable. Downstairs there is 1 queen size bed in one bedroom and 1 full size and 1 twin bed in the other bedroom. Upstairs, in the loft is 2 twin beds and a futon. Enjoy all the benefits of being home, but none of the work. The cottage will be clean when you arrive and we do the cleaning after you leave. There is Air Conditioning in the cottage. It has a Lake Well, so water can be used for everything, but drinking. Drinking Water is supplied. This rental comes with all Bedding Linens, Towels, Pots/Pans, Kitchen Utensils, Plates, Keurig K-Cup Coffee Machine, etc. Satellite Dish TV and WiFi/Internet is provided. There are also some games in the closet. There is a private dock on this property, and a fire ring by the lake with some chairs. There are 2 kayaks for your use, an outdoor table to enjoy the sunrise or sunset on the deck, a barbecue grill to enjoy your days/nights outdoors. This beautifully located house is newly renovated and tastefully decorated as a lake home. Many personal touches to make it a home away from home. Perfect for a family to make memories or just a romantic getaway. Can see Butlers Island and Woods Island right from shore. Boat Lunch within 1/2 mile from this rental. Shopping and restaurants around 4 miles away. Ice Cream stand, park, and gas station nearby. Golf Course, Gym, Community Pool, and a Movie Theatre are also all only about 4 miles away. The exterior picture of this home that is shown was when it was still being worked on. Now it is finished and there is a lawn. We currently have snow, but when I am able to, I will post an updated exterior photo. We also supply trash removal. There is a container in the back, you put the garbage in the container and we will empty when it is full. This place is beautiful and a great place to make lasting memories. You will not regret renting it!
