If needed, air mattresses can be made available.

- "Very clean and had everything we needed" - "This apartment was perfect for our stay in Troy to visit the city and the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall. It’s clean and well equipped and Tanyana is an excellent host. One note on the parking, we got a $50 ticket issued at 4:30AM on Tuesday. We were parked pretty much in front of the building entrance under a sign that clearly indicated parking was OK after 5:00PM. Turns out there’s a sign further down the block that prohibits parking early Tuesday and Thursday morning for street cleaning so we were stuck. There are nearby streets with different cleaning days so it’s not hard to work around this, just note there’s a risk of a ticket if you park overnight in front of the building on a Monday or Wednesday."

Nicely furnished and modern apartment on the top (3rd) floor. This two bedroom with one bathroom is the most popular apartment in the building. The outdoor private deck has nice city views to enjoy morning or afternoon beverages. . The penthouse apartment also has a separate office area with desk and office chair and is adjacent to the comfortable living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, blender, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, dishes, etc.

- "I stayed 6 nights at this top floor unit hosted by Leslie LeBon. Reservation, check-in, and communication were quick and easy. Leslie was quick to respond to any questions or with any necessary communication. The unit itself was spotlessly clean and nicely appointed. Beds were quite comfortable, and the furnishings were modern and of good quality. The unit is well maintained. Leslie did mention a few repairs that were needed. But they had no impact on my stay. I really liked the place and would stay there again. I have only one minor criticism and that is the location. Being on a busy street in downtown Troy, there is a bit of street noise and urban color. That is to be expected. The windows are well insulated and block most of the noise when closed. Obviously, most of this is beyond anyone's control. Nevertheless, it is something to be aware of. Leslie has done everything possible to create a peaceful home away from home. On a more personal note, I was surprised Leslie took the time to meet me in person on my arrival. I know she is a very busy businesswoman. I expected a property manager would be managing the unit. That personal touch is much appreciated. Thanks Leslie!"

- "Compared to a hotel this is a step up as there is more room and a kitchen. Despite the description there is no washer/dryer and no soaps provided. There is a kitchen but the only pots and pans were so worn and damaged they were not usable. Cabinet doors were missed and damaged. The dish sponge was old and in need of replacement. There were no garbage bags or cleaning supplies provided. It is an apartment below a family of 8 with 6 kids. These kids are active and can be heard running until 2am. They start up again at 7am. Shortly before check in we recieved a message that there would be an additional 1000 fine for any indication of smoking. when we unlocked the door to enter it smelled as if someone was smoking marion Shortly before our arrival. i am still waiting for a refund. The driveway is narrow and difficult to maneuver. The house is not located in the area indicated. "

- "We felt very lucky to find this great apartment in Troy, NY. We were traveling from up north to NYC when the roads became bad. Fortunately, we were able to reach out to this new to the market apartment. It is in a neighborhood of great brownstones from another time. Sylva and Mark, the hosts, live next door and met us with the key. There was free parking just outside and the area seemed very safe and family oriented. And the architecture of the houses was wonderful! The weather was snowy and very cold outside, but the apartment is cozy with it's own thermostat. You have your own entrance to your apartment, but the hallway when you enter the building is shared with other visitors. It is a majestic, Victorian hallway! Sylva and Mark are continuing to bring it back to its former days!! Really a treat to see! And look out the side windows when you are in the apartment. There are lovely stain glasses circle windows in the building next door. There was everything I needed to be comfortable. The bed is comfy and sheets very nice! A Keurig is available for coffee. And there was good herbal tea. For the entire stay my big complaint was no black tea, and Sylva assured me that next time we visit it will be there. And we do want to come back. We walked around the neighborhood and found a great walking path on the Hudson River. There were several good restaurants within very short walking distance, and many more less than 1/2 a mile. We checked out Dinosaur Barbeque just down the street (.2 miles) on the river. And within a .5 miles were two lovely local coffee houses and yes a tea house (The Whistling Kettle). The three apartments can sleep a combined fifteen guests, with two queen-sized beds on this floor, one king-sized bed on the top floor, and a pullout couch and sectional which sleeps an additional 4, king size bed , queen size bed, sofa on the first floor . If needed, air mattresses can be made available.
