Within a 5-minute walk you will find fine dining, casual lunch dining, diners, coffee shops, retail shopping, shopping boutiques, wine shops, cocktail bars, beer on tap, rooftop bars, speakeasies, convenience stores, the performing arts theatre, the downtown hockey stadium, the downtown baseball stadium and the Greyhound Bus Station. Perfectly located to enjoy Binghamton's First Friday art showcase events on the first Friday of each month. Binghamton University is a short 10-minute drive, with a bus stop just out front of the building. Interstates 81, 86, and 88 are within a 5-minute drive. Binghamton Airport is 15 minutes away and Syracuse Airport is about 1 hour. Bus station across the street.

Please note: This location is safe - I live on the top floor of this building and park my car out back and have never had any issues. Just like any city, there are some curious characters you may see walking around, but I have never had any issues with crime, safety etc.

Guests can get around by walking (there are many bars, restaurants, events, shows, activities all within a 5-minute walk). Additionally, there is a bus stop right in front of the building and Uber is also readily available if needed.

I had the chance to stop in the coffee shop on the same block and grab a coffee for the 10-12 minutes walk. Walking back at night there are bars and restaurants open and people around. The apt was a 2nd floor unit and a walk-up.The space was huge and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and well-stocked with more than adequate essentials outside of what you can bring in. I liked the paper plate options in one cabinet.The living space had 2 couches and several chairs. The ROKU TV was great! And internet was provided along with access instructions and a password.The beds were very comfortable and clean.The bathroom and shower were great and well-supplied if you needed anything. There was a 1/2 bath on the first floor hallway if you ever felt you needed more privacy.The water pressure was great, and there was plenty of hot-water available for my needs.Owner Owen was communicative and that was much appreciated and accommodated me with my arrival times in Binghamton for my event. - "The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors. The place could utilize some updates but it’s worth the price to stay if you were by yourself. The landlord is very accommodating, willing to host the client and attentive. Out if several places, this place is reasonable and it’s 10 minutes from downtown and the highway is less then 5 minutes. 2-3 minutes form a gas station and a liquor store. Overall, it’s a comfortable place but could use some renovation. A lot of parking space and it’s quiet during the night. You can sometimes hear the other tenants or pets either upstairs or downstairs. Temporary place for a person to work or get settled in but not for long term stay. Enjoy and good luck! "

The apartment, completely private and located in a historical building, is beautifully decorated and features original 1800's tin tile ceilings, stunning window architecture, an arcade machine for some added fun, an oversized kitchen with quartz counters / bar seating, two full size bathrooms and a breathtaking walk-in shower. Staying in this space downtown is an experience in and of its own.

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a twin sized floor mattress with sheets (which can be easily moved to living room if needed), 12-ft ceilings, and direct access to a beautiful master bathroom that features a beautiful walk in shower.

The quartz counter kitchen offers a full sized refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and bar seating. We have coffee, creamer and tea available on site.

The loft itself is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story brick building. After taking one flight of stairs you will find the entrance to the listing where your private rental includes the entire 2BR apartment.

**PARKING** - unload your vehicle right out front and then use our parking pass at the garage 1 block away across the street.

For additional vehicles there are both paid and free overnight options all within walking distance that will be sent to you with check in instructions.

This building has long term tenants, and it has always been a respectful and quiet building. Some work Night Shift and others day shift. The building is walking distance to en-joie golf course. Nice area.

The space
The apartment is located on the second floor, so you will have to go up a set of stairs that is located inside the apartment. If you have young children the stairs may be an issue. This is an affordable apartment in an old house, so if you are looking for a fancy accommodation this is not for you! No we do not provide paper towels. We provide reusable towels that are located in the drawer in the kitchen. We are in the building every day, so if you need any extra towel, or anything else just message me.
There are long term tenants that are very respectful in this building. If you are looking for a space where you can be loud please don’t book. Regular noises is fine just not late night music or loud noises. If you are booking and hoping to bring a pet. Please also evaluate if your dog will be alone in the apartment for a long time, and if he barks please consider staying in a place where they won’t bother other people.

Stayed a few nights
The room was not only clean but also incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals and enjoy a home-cooked experience. From the cleanliness to the cozy bed and a fully equipped kitchen, every aspect contributed to a memorable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

🏕️🚶🚗 The area has a suburban atmosphere and has some permanent noise due to the traffic of people, the nearby stores and we also have the IBM company nearby. We recommend that you check the area on the map before booking (Endicott, NY, town of Broome County) and if you want a totally residential area 🛑 DO NOT book this space so you do not affect us with a bad review for this reason. You can also ask us if we have other options with different cost in another area of the city.

🙏 We do not charge a cleaning fee to keep the best price and we ask that upon departure the apartment is left clean and tidy; otherwise, we will require the payment of a cleaning fee from US$ 60.00 onwards (dirty dishes, dirty stove, garbage scattered, others).

🏠 For long stays we offer special discount from 15% for stays of more than 7 days and from 30% to 50% - negotiable - for stays of 28 days or more.

🪪 As mentioned in the description, after booking you must send via Airbnb chat, valid ID of all adults who will be staying without exceptions ☑️ If you do not send the IDs, you will not receive the information to enter the apartment 🚫🔑. If you do not agree we recommend to cancel immediately for a refund, otherwise the cancellation policy will apply.

⚠️ For long stays (more than 28 days), please take into account the additional rules of the house, about cleaning, limit of guests and pets, verification of documents, among others.

Apartment
/clean, cozy, and quiet. A perfect location for all stores, parks, and the Dick's Sporting Goods Open, as well as the best Italian 5-star restaurants and pubs with live entertainment, all within walking distance. The living room has a futon and TV. Bath has a shower with soap, shampoo, toilet tissue, and towels. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed with room-darkening shades for a cozy sleep experience. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with microwave. Wifi included.

The space
A separate entrance space with motion detector lights and cams for guest safety is located in a crime-free neighborhood. Leads out to a beautiful, Zen-like garden.

Guest access
With a reservation, the door will be left open and a key will be provided. The guest is able to enjoy the left side of the property only. Thank you!

The Chill Space includes a vacuum cleaner so you may clean as you go ;-)

This room has a private entrance and bathroom. There is a microwave and refrigerator. Very cozy, private room with lots of light! This location has easy access to major highways as well as 5 minutes from the downtown life! Right on the bus line and walking distance to SUNY Broome.
We are pet friendly, and add $20 to the overall fee when you bring your furry friend. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet.

Entrance is accessed via stairs (15 steps)

The space
Nice yard on a pond, use of fire pit (with permission). Bicycles available for a small fee including tandem bike. There are fishing poles, a horseshoe pit, kayaks and boats for rent.

Guest access
Guest are welcome to share living room and kitchen, but not rate us on these areas as they really get lived in, and So unlike the rooms, they are not always sparkling clean. Guests are also welcome to enjoy or front and back yard along with our big deck and multiple grills and fire pit.

We give you space but are available to chat and solve the mysteries life if you wish.

We reside in the upper level of the house. We have 3 cats that have no access to your room. Room is professionally cleaned. Mattress and box spring have zip-on allergen-proof covers.

Traveling medical professionals agree our place is quite convenient and comfortable. UHS Wilson Medical Center is a 2 minute(!) commute; and it's a quick hop over to Binghamton General, Binghamton's Guthrie Lourdes Hospital or Vestal's Binghamton University.

The space

This great neighborhood is close to everything and the highway's close by to take you to all the Triple Cities offers in a flash.
Johnson City is the "Home of the Square Deal", and you'll find 20th century charm in this apartment along with 21st century necessities like wifi, a 55" Toshiba Fire TV, 'Alexa', and keyless entry.
You may hear some highway noise, since Route 17 is behind the two story/two family house. (Soothing sound machine is provided in the bedroom.) The bedroom and living room have room darkening/noise suppressing drapes. There's off-street parking in the driveway right next to your entrance.
Great long-term tenants live downstairs and I am close by if needed.

Having a car is the easiest way to get around, but BC Transit does provide bus service in the area. The Greater Binghamton Airport is just a few miles away with expanded flight options!

Food shopping is a breeze with Aldi and Wegmans within a mile or two. Enjoy yummy meals and fun at our local restaurants like Food & Fire, Factory/Beer Tree Brew, Cacciatore's and more here on the North side of Johnson City; and then over to Binghamton, Vestal and all points in between, there's plenty of local and chain options. Of course, there's a McDonalds, Dunkin' Donuts, and other quick grab spots close by including Panera and Chipotle.
