Our farmhouse is located in a peaceful yet very central location to all our area has to offer. There is driveway parking for four vehicles.
The house was fully restored to ensure all the comforts that you may need during your stay. Situated on 1.5 acres, the property features a fenced in back yard with a lovely stone Firepit and a great deck to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner. On the side patio, the hot tub is ready for your use and enjoyment.
The first floor features a great mud room entry, family game room stocked with many choices, modern farmhouse kitchen, beautiful dining room and a cozy living room. The first floor also includes the downstairs master bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom.

On the second floor, you’ll find: A bedroom with a full bed, laundry area and a full bathroom. You’ll also find the other two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with a king bed. Each bedroom has their own closet space and has been upgraded with room darkening shades.

- "Daniel's place was exactly as advertised. Everything worked out well for our group. There were four of us - all guys. Two near 50 and two mid 70's. We were there for the IMSA race at Watkins Glen. Location is rural. All the appliances worked well. We used the hot tub, BBQ, stove, oven, toaster oven, kettle. We would book this location again next year if we return for next year's IMSA year. Daniel was easy to get a hold of and responded to any of our queries within minutes. Town of Horseheads is just down the road. The restaurants there were excellent."

You are booking a brand-new 2,200 sq ft home sitting perfectly in the Upstate New York countryside.

This home has 3 comfortable bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed with a massive bathroom which has a large jet tub, his and hers vanities, beautiful tile shower, private toilet room, and walk in closet. Guest room #1 has a king bed and guest room #2 has a queen bed. Full kitchen with a giant white quartz island & stainless steel appliances, pots/pans/dishes, silverware, and just about anything you can imagine needing to prepare and cook meals. For those of you who love to cook, there is a gas stove in the kitchen and a gas grill on the wrap around deck. The living space consists of 28-foot high ceilings, table seating for 8 people, a 65” smart tv, and a large comfy sectional couch. Head up the stairs to a large, open loft which overlooks the living space. The closet in the loft is stocked full of table games. The loft has a 62” smart tv and a day bed with pull out trundle for additional guests. Our home has green, efficient geothermal heating and central A/C. High speed WiFi internet throughout the home, and great cell phone service for all cell phone carriers.

During the day enjoy yard games in the massive private back yard, and in the evening lounge in the Adirondack chairs and cook up some smores in the fire pit. The breath-taking sunrise fills the living space full of natural light in the morning; the stunning sunset to the rear of the home make for relaxing views in the evening. One of our favorite places to enjoy the sunset is from the 6-8 person hot tub. There is also a playset with a playhouse, sand box, slide, monkey bars, climbing wall, and swings.
